背景技术
流脑是流行性脑脊髓膜炎的简称,它是由脑膜炎双球菌引起的化脓性炎症,具有较强的传染性。冬春季节为流行高峰期,15岁以下儿童容易患这种病,两岁左右的婴儿患病率比较高。发生流脑时,在病情发展初期为上呼吸道感染期,患儿会出现一些类似伤风感冒的症状如咽痛、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽和轻微的发热等。

S13、将浸膏用水溶解后以1-5BV/h的流速通过聚酰胺柱,动态吸附饱和后,用3-8BV去离子水以1-10BV/h的流速淋洗上述聚酰胺柱,再用体积分数为20%-100%的有机溶剂水溶液以5-10BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集有机溶剂洗脱液直至无绿原酸流出,喷雾干燥,得金银花提取物。
其中,所述松针发酵粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将新鲜的松针经超微粉碎后,按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭活,低温烘干,得松针发酵粉。
其中,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比3∶2∶1混合所得。
其中,所述板蓝根提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的板蓝根置于闪式提取器加入6倍体积的90%甲醇或乙醇溶液,处理1-3分钟,固液分离后,回收甲醇或乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,再用水饱和正丁醇对提取物萃取4次,回收溶剂后,将提取物真空浓缩干燥,得板蓝根提取物。
其中,所述连翘提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的连翘置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.7-1.3MPa,爆破处理8-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.3-1.7MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.5-2.5min,过滤,药渣按质量比为1∶10加水回流提取2次,每次回流提取1小时,合并3次提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20(室温),喷雾干燥浓缩液,得连翘提取物。
其中,所述生绿豆冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将生绿豆经超微粉碎后,进行预冻升华处理,预冻温度为20℃,预冻时间6h;在升华处理次爆破处理,升华温度为-9.5℃,真空度为260pa,升华时间210min。
其中,所述芹菜籽冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将芹菜籽洗净后置于汽爆罐内汽爆处理三次,冷冻干燥得芹菜籽冻干粉;其中,第一次爆破处理保持压力为0.6-0.9Mpa、温度65-95摄氏度、时间7-23min,第二次爆破处理保持压力为0.9-1.1Mpa、温度95-115摄氏度、时间0.8-1.2min,第三次爆破处理保持压力为3-5Mpa、温度70-90摄氏度、时间0.8-2.8min。
其中,所述葛仙米粉为葛仙米经超微粉碎所得;所述魔芋粉为魔芋经超微粉碎所得。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过特殊的工艺,获取了松针发酵粉、金银花提取物、板蓝根提取物、连翘提取物、生绿豆冻干粉和芹菜籽冻干粉,并将这些原料按最优配比与蔓越莓、橄榄叶、魔芋粉等结合在一起,可以有效的防治流脑,增加人体的抵抗力,且不产生抗药性。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下实施例中,所使用的金银花提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
S11、将金银花提取物的水溶液先通过复合聚氯乙烯超滤膜进行膜分离,收集透过液,再用截留分子量250的纳滤膜将提取液浓缩至原体积的11%,收集浓缩液;
S12、将得到的浓缩液以2-6BV/h的流速通过大孔树脂柱,动态吸附饱和后,用去离子水以3-11BV/h的流速淋洗上述大孔树脂柱至流出液无色,再用体积分数为30%-110%的有机溶剂以7-13BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集有机溶剂洗脱液直至无绿原酸流出,最后将收集所得洗脱液减压浓缩,得浸膏;
S13、将浸膏用水溶解后以1-5BV/h的流速通过聚酰胺柱,动态吸附饱和后,用3-8BV去离子水以1-10BV/h的流速淋洗上述聚酰胺柱,再用体积分数为20%-100%的有机溶剂水溶液以5-10BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集有机溶剂洗脱液直至无绿原酸流出,喷雾干燥,得金银花提取物。
所使用的松针发酵粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将新鲜的松针经超微粉碎后,按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭活,低温烘干,得松针发酵粉。其中,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比3∶2∶1混合所得。
所使用的板蓝根提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的板蓝根置于闪式提取器加入6倍体积的90%甲醇或乙醇溶液,处理1-3分钟,固液分离后,回收甲醇或乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,再用水饱和正丁醇对提取物萃取4次,回收溶剂后,将提取物真空浓缩干燥,得板蓝根提取物。
所使用的连翘提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的连翘置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.7-1.3MPa,爆破处理8-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.3-1.7MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.5-2.5min,过滤,药渣按质量比为1∶10加水回流提取2次,每次回流提取1小时,合并3次提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20(室温),喷雾干燥浓缩液,得连翘提取物。
所使用的生绿豆冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将生绿豆经超微粉碎后,进行预冻升华处理,预冻温度为20℃,预冻时间6h;在升华处理次爆破处理,升华温度为-9.5℃,真空度为260pa,升华时间210min。
所使用的芹菜籽冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将芹菜籽洗净后置于汽爆罐内汽爆处理三次,冷冻干燥得芹菜籽冻干粉;其中,第一次爆破处理保持压力为0.6-0.9Mpa、温度65-95摄氏度、时间7-23min,第二次爆破处理保持压力为0.9-1.1Mpa、温度95-115摄氏度、时间0.8-1.2min,第三次爆破处理保持压力为3-5Mpa、温度70-90摄氏度、时间0.8-2.8min。

葛仙米粉20份、松针发酵粉25份、金银花提取物15份、板蓝根提取物6份、连翘提取物6份、生绿豆冻干粉13份、蔓越莓23份、橄榄叶26份、芹菜籽冻干粉25份、魔芋粉27份。
实施例2
一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
葛仙米粉30份、松针发酵粉35份、金银花提取物25份、板蓝根提取物18份、连翘提取物18份、生绿豆冻干粉17份、蔓越莓37份、橄榄叶38份、芹菜籽冻干粉35份、魔芋粉33份。
实施例3
一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
葛仙米粉25份、松针发酵粉30份、金银花提取物20份、板蓝根提取物12份、连翘提取物12份、生绿豆冻干粉15份、蔓越莓30份、橄榄叶32份、芹菜籽冻干粉30份、魔芋粉30份。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
葛仙米粉20-30份、松针发酵粉25-35份、金银花提取物15-25份、板蓝根提取物6-18份、连翘提取物6-18份、生绿豆冻干粉13-17份、蔓越莓23-37份、橄榄叶26-38份、芹菜籽冻干粉25-35份、魔芋粉27-33份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,所述金银花提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
S11、将金银花提取物的水溶液先通过复合聚氯乙烯超滤膜进行膜分离,收集透过液,再用截留分子量250的纳滤膜将提取液浓缩至原体积的11%,收集浓缩液;
S12、将得到的浓缩液以2-6BV/h的流速通过大孔树脂柱,动态吸附饱和后,用去离子水以3-11BV/h的流速淋洗上述大孔树脂柱至流出液无色,再用体积分数为30%-110%的有机溶剂以7-13BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集有机溶剂洗脱液直至无绿原酸流出,最后将收集所得洗脱液减压浓缩,得浸膏;
S13、将浸膏用水溶解后以1-5BV/h的流速通过聚酰胺柱,动态吸附饱和后,用3-8BV去离子水以1-10BV/h的流速淋洗上述聚酰胺柱,再用体积分数为20%-100%的有机溶剂水溶液以5-10BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集有机溶剂洗脱液直至无绿原酸流出,喷雾干燥,得金银花提取物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,所述松针发酵粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将新鲜的松针经超微粉碎后,按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭活,低温烘干,得松针发酵粉。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比3∶2∶1混合所得。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,所述板蓝根提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的板蓝根置于闪式提取器加入6倍体积的90%甲醇或乙醇溶液,处理1-3分钟,固液分离后,回收甲醇或乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,再用水饱和正丁醇对提取物萃取4次,回收溶剂后,将提取物真空浓缩干燥,得板蓝根提取物。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,所述连翘提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的连翘置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.7-1.3MPa,爆破处理8-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.3-1.7MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.5-2.5min,过滤,药渣按质量比为1∶10加水回流提取2次,每次回流提取1小时,合并3次提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20(室温),喷雾干燥浓缩液,得连翘提取物。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,所述生绿豆冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将生绿豆经超微粉碎后,进行预冻升华处理,预冻温度为20℃,预冻时间6h;在升华处理次爆破处理,升华温度为-9.5℃,真空度为260pa,升华时间210min。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,所述芹菜籽冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将芹菜籽洗净后置于汽爆罐内汽爆处理三次,冷冻干燥得芹菜籽冻干粉;其中,第一次爆破处理保持压力为0.6-0.9Mpa、温度65-95摄氏度、时间7-23min,第二次爆破处理保持压力为0.9-1.1Mpa、温度95-115摄氏度、时间0.8-1.2min,第三次爆破处理保持压力为3-5Mpa、温度70-90摄氏度、时间0.8-2.8min。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种具有改善中枢神经系统炎症的药剂,其特征在于,所述葛仙米粉为葛仙米经超微粉碎所得;所述魔芋粉为魔芋经超微粉碎所得。
