双玻太阳能光电板汇流条折弯装置,包括机架,机架包括底板、设置在底板上竖直放置的背板、背板上端的压紧装置、背板中部的移动平台以及底板上的压紧台,所述移动平台套接于压紧台两侧的导向柱上,移动平台中心设置有上模,下膜对应设置于定位台的中心,所述压紧装置包括压杆座以及压杆座上的活动压杆,活动压杆末端连接上模带动移动平台在导向柱上下移动,压杆座固定连接于背板上端,所述下模包括方形基体,方形基体前侧设置有两个对称的方形凸块,凸块间的凹槽构成汇流条放置口,所述基体下方设置有压缩弹簧。操作简单,折弯效率高,并且结构简单,制作成本低。

本发明涉及太阳能光电板制作领域,尤其双玻太阳能光电板汇流条折弯装置。
背景技术
现有技术的太阳能光电板汇流条一般采用手工弯折,弯折效率低下且容易产生废品,影响产品质量,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种操作简单,折弯效率高,并且结构简单,制作成本低的双玻太阳能光电板汇流条折弯装置。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:双玻太阳能光电板汇流条折弯装置,其特征在于包括机架,机架包括底板、设置在底板上竖直放置的背板、背板上端的压紧装置、背板中部的移动平台以及底板上的压紧台,所述移动平台套接于压紧台两侧的导向柱上,移动平台中心设置有上模,下膜对应设置于定位台的中心,所述压紧装置包括压杆座以及压杆座上的活动压杆,活动压杆末端连接上模带动移动平台在导向柱上下移动,压杆座固定连接于背板上端,所述下模包括方形基体,方形基体前侧设置有两个对称的方形凸块,凸块间的凹槽构成汇流条放置口,所述基体下方设置有压缩弹簧。
作为优选,下模前侧的定位台上正对凸块间的凹槽开设有方形缺口。
作为优选,活动压杆包括杆体、连接杆以及手柄,手柄末端与压杆座上端铰接,连接杆一端与杆体上端铰接、另一端与手柄中部铰接。
本发明有益效果:本发明大大节约了人工工时,结构简单,操作方便,大大提高了汇流条的折弯效率。

实施例1:双玻太阳能光电板汇流条折弯装置,包括机架1,机架1包括底板1.1、设置在底板1.1上竖直放置的背板1.2、背板1.2上端的压紧装置2、背板1.2中部的移动平台3以及底板1.1上的压紧台4,所述移动平台3套接于压紧台4两侧的导向柱5上,移动平台3中心设置有上模3.1,下膜6.1对应设置于定位台6的中心,所述压紧装置2包括压杆座2.1以及压杆座2.1上的活动压杆2.2,活动压杆2.2末端连接上模3.1带动移动平台3在导向柱5上下移动,压杆座2.1固定连接于背板1.2上端,所述下模6.1包括方形基体6.1.3,方形基体前侧设置有两个对称的方形凸块6.1.1,凸块6.1.1间的凹槽6.1.2构成汇流条放置口,所述基体6.1.3下方设置有压缩弹簧6.1.4。下模6.1前侧的定位台6上正对凸块6.2.1间的凹槽6.2.2开设有方形缺口6.2。活动压杆2.2包括杆体2.2.1、连接杆2.2.2以及手柄2.2.3,手柄2.2.3末端与压杆座2.1上端铰接,连接杆2.2.2一端与杆体2.2.1上端铰接、另一端与手柄2.2.3中部铰接。

1.双玻太阳能光电板汇流条折弯装置,其特征在于包括机架,机架包括底板、设置在底板上竖直放置的背板、背板上端的压紧装置、背板中部的移动平台以及底板上的压紧台,所述移动平台套接于压紧台两侧的导向柱上,移动平台中心设置有上模,下膜对应设置于定位台的中心,所述压紧装置包括压杆座以及压杆座上的活动压杆,活动压杆末端连接上模带动移动平台在导向柱上下移动,压杆座固定连接于背板上端,所述下模包括方形基体,方形基体前侧设置有两个对称的方形凸块,凸块间的凹槽构成汇流条放置口,所述基体下方设置有压缩弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双玻太阳能光电板汇流条折弯装置,其特征在于下模前侧的定位台上正对凸块间的凹槽开设有方形缺口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双玻太阳能光电板汇流条折弯装置,其特征在于活动压杆包括杆体、连接杆以及手柄,手柄末端与压杆座上端铰接,连接杆一端与杆体上端铰接、另一端与手柄中部铰接。
