本发明涉及保健品领域,特别地,涉及一种参苓草组合物。此外,本发明还涉及参苓草饮品及制备方法。
背景技术
目前,由于人们生活节奏加快,生活压力加大,导致部分人群出现免疫力低下,具体表现为体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等,因此研制一种能提高人体免疫力,改善精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等不适症的食品是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种参苓草组合物、参苓草饮品及制备方法,以解决精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍的技术问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明一方面提供了一种参苓草组合物,参苓草组合物以重量份计包括:人参5~30重量份、茯苓10~30重量份、百合10~30重量份、沙棘5~30重量份、蛹虫草1~5重量份。
进一步地,参苓草组合物包括:人参5~20重量份、茯苓12~25重量份、百合15~20重量份、沙棘8~20重量份、蛹虫草2~4重量份。
进一步地,参苓草组合物包括:人参15重量份、茯苓22重量份、百合18重量份、沙棘15重量份、蛹虫草3重量份。
进一步地,参苓草组合物还包括甜味剂,甜味剂包括糖5~20重量份、浓缩橙汁2~10重量份。
本发明另一方面提供了一种参苓草饮品,其特征在于,参苓草饮品包括上述的参苓草组合物中的水提取液。
本发明还提供了一种参苓草饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将人参、蛹虫草、茯苓、百合、沙棘加入7~9倍上述组分总质量的水浸泡2~3小时,然后加热煎煮2~3小时,过滤,滤渣再加入6~8倍质量水煎煮1~2小时,过滤,合并两次滤液,得到混合水提取液。
将混合水提取液在60~70℃、-0.06~-0.08MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.02~1.05。
在浓缩液中加入上述参苓草组合物中的其它组分,并加入8~12倍浓缩液质量的水,灭菌,即得参苓草饮品。
进一步地,参苓草饮品的制备方法还包括:
将浓缩液静置10~14h小时,取上清液,参苓草组合物中的其它组分加入上清液中。
进一步地,参苓草组合物包括糖和浓缩橙汁时,糖加入上清液中煮沸后,再加入浓缩橙汁和山梨酸钾。
进一步地,灭菌的方法为煮沸至少30分钟灭菌。
本发明具有以下有益效果:上述参苓草组合物,包括人参、茯苓、百合、沙棘和蛹虫草,上述组分配伍比例合适,且各组分之间具有协同增效的作用,具有显著的增强免疫力的作用,对因免疫力低下引起不适有一定防治和缓解作用,且安全无毒。
除了上面所描述的目的、特征和优点之外,本发明还有其它的目的、特征和优点。下面将对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
本发明的优选实施例提供了一种参苓草组合物,参苓草组合物以重量份计包括:人参5~30重量份、茯苓10~30重量份、百合10~30重量份、沙棘5~30重量份、蛹虫草1~5重量份。
蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris Link),又名北冬虫夏草,属麦角菌科(Clavicipitaceae)虫草属(Cordyceps),蛹虫草含有虫草酸、虫草多糖、腺苷和虫草素等多种生物活性成分,虫草素的含量尤其高。研究表明:蛹虫草具有提高人体免疫力、消炎、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗病毒等作用。蛹虫草因对生境和寄主的不苛求,以及可人工培育等优点成为冬虫夏草代用品的首选。其医疗保健功效和活性成分与冬虫夏草类似,可作高级滋补食品、佳肴和饮料,具有保健作用。
人参,味甘,人参的主要功效包括有补脾益肺、大补元气、生津安神益智等。人参中主要成分包括有糖类,皂苷类,挥发性成分等,有机酸以及其酯,酶类,蛋白质,甾醇及其苷,含氮化合物,多肽类,黄酮类,木质素,无机元素以及维生素类等。在这诸多化学成分中主要的有效成分是人参皂苷以及人参多糖。人参主要用作增强健康、强壮和补益的药物,《神农本草经》把人参列为上品,言其具有“主补五脏,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,明目,开心益智,久服有轻身延年之功效”。现代药理学研究表明人参是适应原性药物,具有双向调节作用。人参的双向调节作用是指向着有利于机体功能恢复和加强的方向进行调节,被称作“百药之王”,具有极高的保健作用。
茯苓,多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poriacocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核,味甘,性平,淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经,有利尿渗湿、健脾宁心之功效,主要用于脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠等症。茯苓主要成分有茯苓多糖、茯苓素等。现代药理学研究茯苓具有利尿、免疫调节、保肝、抗氧化等多种药理作用。
百合,百合科植物卷丹Lilium lancifolium Thunb.、百合Lilium brownieF.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker或细叶百合Lilium pumilum DC.的干燥肉质鳞叶。味甘,寒。归心、肺经。百合中主要含有磷脂、生物碱、皂营及多糖,另外还含有一些淀粉、氨基酸和无机元素。百合具有养阴润肺,清心安神之功效,用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚,百合不但有良好的药用价值,还是较好的营养保健食品。
沙棘为胡颓子科植物沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides L.的干燥成熟果实。沙棘是药食兼用的功能植物,在中国被广泛用为藏药、蒙药和中药,沙棘中主要含有脂质的脂肪酸、寡聚原花青素,黄酮醇苷,极性胡萝卜脂蛋白复合物,植物甾醇等成分,具有解除重金属中毒,放射防护及其作用机制,预防肿瘤,抑制血栓形成,创伤组织的愈合及康复,抗氧化应激,细胞和体液免疫调节等作用。
本发明具有以下有益效果:上述参苓草组合物,包括人参、茯苓、百合、沙棘和蛹虫草,上述组分配伍比例合适,且各组分之间具有协同增效的作用,具有显著的增强免疫力的作用,对因免疫力低下引起不适有一定防治和缓解作用,且安全无毒。
可选地,参苓草组合物包括:人参5~20重量份、茯苓12~25重量份、百合15~20重量份、沙棘8~20重量份、蛹虫草2~4重量份。
可选地,参苓草组合物包括:人参15重量份、茯苓22重量份、百合18重量份、沙棘15重量份、蛹虫草3重量份。
可选地,参苓草组合物还包括甜味剂,甜味剂包括糖5~20重量份、浓缩橙汁2~10重量份。加入糖和浓缩橙汁可改善参苓草组合物的口感和色泽。浓缩橙汁可购买市售的浓缩橙汁,浓缩橙汁的浓缩程度可不做限定。
本发明另一方面提供了一种参苓草饮品,其特征在于,参苓草饮品包括参苓草组合物中的水提取液。
本发明还提供了一种参苓草饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将人参、蛹虫草、茯苓、百合、沙棘加入7~9倍上述组分总质量的水浸泡2~3小时,然后加热煎煮2~3小时,过滤,滤渣再加入6~8倍质量水煎煮1~2小时,过滤,合并两次滤液,得到混合水提取液。
将混合水提取液在60~70℃、-0.06~-0.08MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.02~1.05。
在浓缩液中加入参苓草组合物中的其它组分,并加入8~12倍浓缩液质量的水,灭菌,即得参苓草饮品。
参苓草组合物中的人参、蛹虫草、茯苓、百合、沙棘通过水浸泡加热煎煮,提取其中的有效成分。过滤之后,滤渣再进行一次煎煮。即对参苓草组合物中的固体原料进行两次煎煮。可以理解的是当参苓草组合物中不包括浓缩橙汁和糖时,浓缩液直接加入水。混合水提取液在60~70℃、-0.06~-0.08MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.02~1.05(60℃),在该条件下,可保护营养成分不被高温破坏,同时保证浓缩的速度。参苓草饮品的制备过程中的灌装、封盖、杀菌、包装和检验中的步骤可采用常规的操作方法,在此不再赘述。
可选地,参苓草饮品的制备方法还包括:
将浓缩液静置10~14h小时,取上清液,参苓草组合物中的其它组分加入上清液中。
可选地,参苓草组合物包括糖和浓缩橙汁时,糖加入上清液中煮沸后,再加入浓缩橙汁和山梨酸钾。
可选地,灭菌的方法为煮沸30分钟灭菌。
实施例1
一种参苓草饮品,原料干物质重量配比,按每19.02kg原料制成10万毫升产品:人参2.68kg、茯苓5.36kg、百合5.36kg、沙棘1.34kg、蛹虫草0.53kg、糖2.5kg、浓缩橙汁1.25kg。
参苓草饮品的制备方法,具体按如下过程操作:
1、中草药提取液的制备
将配方中的中草药原料投入提取罐中,加入8倍水浸泡2小时,然后加热煎煮2小时,滤过,再加入7倍水煎煮1.5小时,滤过,合并两次提取液,备用。
2、配制
a将中草药提取液浓缩:在60℃、-0.06MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.03(60℃),静置12小时,倾取上清液,加入白砂糖,浓缩橙汁与0.4g山梨酸钾,混匀,滤过,加纯化水调整总量至100000ml,煮沸灭菌30min,分装,即得。
b过滤:将调配好的料液用0.45μm陶瓷膜过滤,收集滤液。
c灌装:将调配过滤后的料液用250ml、100ml营养品瓶灌装、封盖,杀菌,经包装、检验合格后即为成品。
实施例2
一种参苓草饮品,原料干物质重量配比,按每20.36kg原料制成10万毫升产品:人参2.68kg、茯苓6.7kg、百合5.36kg、沙棘1.34kg、蛹虫草0.53kg、糖2.5kg、浓缩橙汁1.25kg。
参苓草饮品的制备方法,具体按如下过程操作:
1、中草药提取液的制备
将配方中的中草药原料投入提取罐中,加入7倍水浸泡2小时,然后加热煎煮2.5小时,滤过,再加入6倍水煎煮1小时,滤过,合并两次提取液,备用。
2、配制
a将中草药提取液浓缩:在65℃、-0.07MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.02(60℃),静置10小时,倾取上清液,加入白砂糖,浓缩橙汁与0.4g山梨酸钾,混匀,滤过,加纯化水调整总量至100000ml,煮沸灭菌30min,分装,即得。
其余步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
一种参苓草饮品,原料干物质重量配比,按每20.36kg原料制成10万毫升产品:人参2.68kg、茯苓5.36kg、百合6.7kg、沙棘1.34kg、蛹虫草0.53kg、糖2.5kg、浓缩橙汁1.25kg。
参苓草饮品的制备方法,具体按如下过程操作:
1、中草药提取液的制备
将配方中的中草药原料投入提取罐中,加入8倍水浸泡2.5小时,然后加热煎煮2.5小时,滤过,再加入8倍水煎煮1.5小时,滤过,合并两次提取液,备用。
2、配制
a将中草药提取液浓缩:在68℃、-0.07MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.04(60℃),静置13小时,倾取上清液,加入白砂糖,浓缩橙汁与0.4g山梨酸钾,混匀,滤过,加纯化水调整总量至100000ml,煮沸灭菌30min,分装,即得。
其余步骤同实施例1。
实施例4
一种参苓草饮品,原料干物质重量配比,按每19.4kg原料制成10万毫升产品:人参2.68kg、茯苓5.36kg、百合5.36kg、沙棘1.68kg、蛹虫草0.53kg、糖2.5kg、浓缩橙汁1.25kg。
参苓草饮品的制备方法,具体按如下过程操作:
1、中草药提取液的制备
将配方中的中草药原料投入提取罐中,加入9倍水浸泡3小时,然后加热煎煮3小时,滤过,再加入8倍水煎煮2小时,滤过,合并两次提取液,备用。
2、配制
a将中草药提取液浓缩:在70℃、-0.08MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.05(60℃),静置14小时,倾取上清液,加入白砂糖,浓缩橙汁与0.4g山梨酸钾,混匀,滤过,加纯化水调整总量至100000ml,煮沸灭菌30min,分装,即得。
其余步骤同实施例1。
本发明的参苓草饮品经测试分析含有丰富的营养成分及特殊的保健因子。经功能试验表明,具有显著的增强免疫力的作用,对因免疫力低下引起不适有一定防治和缓解作用,且安全无毒。
实验例1 增强免疫力功能实验
1.样品:一种参苓草饮品,配方及工艺同实施例1。对小鼠进行动物毒性试验,实验方法依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003版)》中的功能性评价及检验方法。
实验结果表明:参苓草饮品能提高小鼠的血清溶血素水平,增加小鼠的NK细胞活性,小鼠的抗体生成细胞数,而且对小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力、足趾肿胀度、脾淋巴细胞繁殖能力、脾脏/体重比值、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清吞噬指数和胸腺/体重比值均无明显影响。根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》判定标准,该样品有一定的增强免疫力作用。
结论:参苓草饮品增加免疫力功能好、安全方便等优点。
实验例2 增强免疫力功能实验
以实施例1~4的参苓草饮品为试饮对象,每个实施例制备的参苓草饮品选取100名试饮员进行随机试饮,共400名处于亚健康状态的试饮员。试饮一个月后对以下各自精神状态、身体状态、食欲状态和睡眠状态进行评分。评分标准列于表1中。所得结果列于表2中。

统计每名试饮员对参苓草饮品各项指标打分结果,如表2所示。可见实施例1~4的参苓草饮品可明显的提升饮用者的精神状态、身体状态、食欲状态和睡眠状态,具有显著的增强免疫力的作用,消除亚健康状态。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种参苓草饮品,其特征在于,所述参苓草饮品包括参苓草组合物的水提取液,所述参苓草组合物以重量份计包括:人参5~30重量份、茯苓10~30重量份、百合10~30重量份、沙棘5~30重量份、蛹虫草1~5重量份、糖5~20重量份、浓缩橙汁2~10重量份;
所述参苓草饮品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将人参、蛹虫草、茯苓、百合、沙棘加入7~9倍上述组分总质量的水浸泡2~3小时,然后加热煎煮2~3小时,过滤,滤渣再加入6~8倍质量水煎煮1~2小时,过滤,合并两次滤液,得到混合水提取液;
将所述混合水提取液在60~70℃、-0.06~-0.08MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.02~1.05;
在浓缩液中加入所述参苓草组合物中的其它组分,并加入8~12倍浓缩液质量的水,灭菌,即得参苓草饮品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的参苓草饮品,其特征在于,
所述参苓草组合物包括:人参5~20重量份、茯苓12~25重量份、百合15~20重量份、沙棘8~20重量份、蛹虫草2~4重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的参苓草饮品,其特征在于,
所述参苓草组合物包括:人参15重量份、茯苓22重量份、百合18重量份、沙棘15重量份、蛹虫草3重量份。
4.一种参苓草饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将人参5~30重量份、蛹虫草1~5重量份、茯苓10~30重量份、百合10~30重量份、沙棘5~30重量份加入7~9倍上述组分总质量的水浸泡2~3小时,然后加热煎煮2~3小时,过滤,滤渣再加入6~8倍质量水煎煮1~2小时,过滤,合并两次滤液,得到混合水提取液;
将所述混合水提取液在60~70℃、-0.06~-0.08MPa的条件下减压浓缩至相对密度1.02~1.05;
将浓缩液静置10~14h小时,取上清液,其它组分加入所述上清液中,将糖加入所述上清液中煮沸后,再加入浓缩橙汁和山梨酸钾;
混匀,滤过,并加入8~12倍浓缩液质量的水,灭菌,即得参苓草饮品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的参苓草饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述灭菌的方法为煮沸至少30分钟灭菌。
