本发明公开了一种药用复合双铝包装膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5~10份、2246抗氧剂1~3份、胶原纤维1~3份、防腐剂1~3份、聚十一酰胺1~5份、弹力胶5~10份、丁苯1~3份、甲基异丁基甲酮1~3份、纳米碳酸钙1~3份、聚全氟乙炳烯5~8份、乙基戊丙酮1~3份和水5~10份。通过上述方式,本发明其中的粘合胶层柔韧性好,提升了整体的使用性能。

药用复合双铝包装膜
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种药用复合双铝包装膜。
背景技术
目前,药品片剂、胶囊栓剂等医药产品的外包装大多使用泡罩包装。泡罩包装是将产品封合在透明塑料薄片形成的泡罩与封底(用纸板、塑料薄膜或薄片,铝箔或他们的复合材料制成)之间的一种包装方法。现有的这种封底基本上都是采用复合铝箔,现有的这种复合铝箔性能上还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种药用复合双铝包装膜,其中的粘合胶层柔韧性好,提升了整体的使用性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种药用复合双铝包装膜,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5~10份、2246抗氧剂1~3份、胶原纤维1~3份、防腐剂1~3份、聚十一酰胺1~5份、弹力胶5~10份、丁苯1~3份、甲基异丁基甲酮1~3份、纳米碳酸钙1~3份、聚全氟乙炳烯5~8份、乙基戊丙酮1~3份和水5~10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、2246抗氧剂1份、胶原纤维1份、防腐剂1份、聚十一酰胺1份、弹力胶5份、丁苯1份、甲基异丁基甲酮1份、纳米碳酸钙1份、聚全氟乙炳烯5份、乙基戊丙酮1份和水5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8份、2246抗氧剂2份、胶原纤维2份、防腐剂2份、聚十一酰胺4份、弹力胶8份、丁苯2份、甲基异丁基甲酮2份、纳米碳酸钙2份、聚全氟乙炳烯7份、乙基戊丙酮2份和水8份。

实施例二:
所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8份、2246抗氧剂2份、胶原纤维2份、防腐剂2份、聚十一酰胺4份、弹力胶8份、丁苯2份、甲基异丁基甲酮2份、纳米碳酸钙2份、聚全氟乙炳烯7份、乙基戊丙酮2份和水8份。
实施例三:
所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、2246抗氧剂3份、胶原纤维3份、防腐剂3份、聚十一酰胺5份、弹力胶10份、丁苯3份、甲基异丁基甲酮3份、纳米碳酸钙3份、聚全氟乙炳烯8份、乙基戊丙酮3份和水10份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明药用复合双铝包装膜,其中的粘合胶层柔韧性好,提升了整体的使用性能。

1.一种药用复合双铝包装膜,其特征在于,包括:从外往内依次设置的印刷层、外膜层、第一粘合胶层、铝箔层、第二粘合胶层和热封层,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5~10份、2246抗氧剂1~3份、胶原纤维1~3份、防腐剂1~3份、聚十一酰胺1~5份、弹力胶5~10份、丁苯1~3份、甲基异丁基甲酮1~3份、纳米碳酸钙1~3份、聚全氟乙炳烯5~8份、乙基戊丙酮1~3份和水5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药用复合双铝包装膜,其特征在于,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、2246抗氧剂1份、胶原纤维1份、防腐剂1份、聚十一酰胺1份、弹力胶5份、丁苯1份、甲基异丁基甲酮1份、纳米碳酸钙1份、聚全氟乙炳烯5份、乙基戊丙酮1份和水5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药用复合双铝包装膜,其特征在于,所述第一粘合胶层和第二粘合胶层均包括下列重量份的组份:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8份、2246抗氧剂2份、胶原纤维2份、防腐剂2份、聚十一酰胺4份、弹力胶8份、丁苯2份、甲基异丁基甲酮2份、纳米碳酸钙2份、聚全氟乙炳烯7份、乙基戊丙酮2份和水8份。
