本用于吹塑机上的双层模头,包括调整杆、伺服缸组件、射料组件、冷却板、等高柱、内芯体、加热器、储料筒、储料芯、口模加热器、模套和模芯;伺服缸组件包括伺服缸活杆、伺服缸活塞和伺服缸筒,射料组件包括射料缸活塞杆、射料缸活塞、四根射料顶杆和射料缸筒;调整杆设于所述双层模头尾端中心处,伺服缸组件、射料组件、冷却板、等高柱、内芯体、加热器、储料筒、储料芯、口模加热器、模套和模芯依次向双层模头头部设置;通过缸组件和射料组件的配合动作,并在储料芯前端设有模套,模套内设有模芯座,模芯将模套内的空间分成两层,模套位于双层模头头部,模套外围设有口模加热器,在吹塑时,双层模头头部能够吹塑出双层桶体,满足盛装需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及吹塑机领域,具体涉及一种用于吹塑机上的双层模头。
背景技术
在现今的市场,有好多盛装各种液体物资的桶体,但一般都是单层的桶体,特别是对于盛放特殊的液体,如有些食品、医药、及化工用品,原来的单层桶无法适应高度洁净包装的要求,为了适应食品医疗和化工避光和高度洁净的要求,行业内也想到了生产双层桶体来盛装,但双层桶体的吹塑难度较大,其传统的单层桶体生产模具根本无法实现。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,我们提出了一种用于吹塑机上的双层模头,能够生产加工出双层桶体,满足盛装特殊液体的需求。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于吹塑机上的双层模头,包括调整杆、伺服缸组件、射料组件、冷却板、等高柱、内芯体、加热器、储料筒、储料芯、口模加热器、模套和模芯;所述伺服缸组件包括伺服缸活杆、伺服缸活塞和伺服缸筒,所述射料组件包括射料缸活塞杆、射料缸活塞、四根射料顶杆和射料缸筒;所述调整杆设于所述双层模头尾端中心处,所述伺服缸活杆和伺服缸活塞设于所述调整杆前部,所述伺服缸筒设于所述伺服缸活杆和伺服缸活塞外围,所述伺服缸筒前端设有上过度缸盖和下过度缸盖;所述上过度缸盖和下过度缸盖前端设有射料缸活塞杆、射料缸活塞、四根射料顶杆和射料缸筒,所述射料缸筒前端设有冷却板,所述冷却板前端与等高柱后端连接,所述等高柱前端连接在储料筒的上盖上,储料筒内后部设有加热器,储料筒的前部内侧设有储料芯,其外侧设有加热器,所述储料芯前端设有模套,模套内设有模芯座,模芯座前端装有模芯,所述模芯将模套内的空间分成两层,所述模套位于双层模头头部,所述模套外围设有口模加热器。
优选的,所述双层模头外侧面设有耐磨圈。
通过上述技术方案,本发明通过所述伺服缸组件和所述射料组件的配合动作,并在储料芯前端设有模套,模套内设有模芯座,模芯将模套内的空间分成两层,模套位于双层模头头部,模套外围设有口模加热器,这样在吹塑时,双层模头头部能够吹塑出双层桶体,满足盛装特殊液体的需求。如外层带色层来避光,内层纯白盛装原料,从而达到了设计新颖、结构合理、且应用效果好的目的。

如图1所示,一种用于吹塑机上的双层模头,包括调整杆7、伺服缸组件、射料组件、冷却板18、等高柱21、内芯体29、加热器40、储料筒、储料芯、口模加热器、模套和模芯;所述伺服缸组件包括伺服缸活杆8、伺服缸活塞9和伺服缸筒10,所述射料组件包括射料缸活塞杆13、射料缸活塞14、四根射料顶杆16和射料缸筒15;所述调整杆7设于所述双层模头尾端中心处,所述伺服缸活杆8和伺服缸活塞9设于所述调整杆7前部,所述伺服缸筒10设于所述伺服缸活杆8和伺服缸活塞9外围,所述伺服缸筒10前端设有上过度缸盖11和下过度缸盖12;所述上过度缸盖11和下过度缸盖12前端设有射料缸活塞杆13、射料缸活塞14、四根射料顶杆16和射料缸筒15,所述射料缸筒15前端设有冷却板18,所述冷却板18前端与等高柱21后端连接,所述等高柱21前端连接在储料筒33的上盖上,储料筒33内后部设有加热器40,储料筒33的前部内侧设有储料芯34,其外侧设有加热器40,所述储料芯34前端设有模套48,模套48内设有模芯座49,模芯座49前端装有模芯50,所述模芯50将模套48内的空间分成两层,所述模套48位于双层模头头部,所述模套48外围设有口模加热器47。
其中,所述双层模头外侧面设有耐磨圈20。
在本例中,本发明通过所述伺服缸组件和所述射料组件的配合动作,并在储料芯34前端设有模套48,模套48内设有模芯座49,模芯50将模套48内的空间分成两层,模套48位于双层模头头部,模套48外围设有口模加热器47,这样在吹塑时,双层模头头部模芯50就能够吹塑出双层桶体,满足盛装特殊液体的需求。如外层带色层来避光,内层纯白盛装原料,从而达到了设计新颖、结构合理、且应用效果好的目的。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一种用于吹塑机上的双层模头优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于吹塑机上的双层模头,其特征在于,包括调整杆、伺服缸组件、射料组件、冷却板、等高柱、内芯体、加热器、储料筒、储料芯、口模加热器、模套和模芯;所述伺服缸组件包括伺服缸活杆、伺服缸活塞和伺服缸筒,所述射料组件包括射料缸活塞杆、射料缸活塞、四根射料顶杆和射料缸筒;所述调整杆设于所述双层模头尾端中心处,所述伺服缸活杆和伺服缸活塞设于所述调整杆前部,所述伺服缸筒设于所述伺服缸活杆和伺服缸活塞外围,所述伺服缸筒前端设有上过度缸盖和下过度缸盖;所述上过度缸盖和下过度缸盖前端设有射料缸活塞杆、射料缸活塞、四根射料顶杆和射料缸筒,所述射料缸筒前端设有冷却板,所述冷却板前端与等高柱后端连接,所述等高柱前端连接在储料筒的上盖上,储料筒内后部设有加热器,储料筒的前部内侧设有储料芯,其外侧设有加热器,所述储料芯前端设有模套,模套内设有模芯座,模芯座前端装有模芯,所述模芯将模套内的空间分成两层,所述模套位于双层模头头部,所述模套外围设有口模加热器。
