And because the injection molding process is carried out for many times, the supporting slide block 1 is driven by the oil cylinder 2 to carry out reciprocating motion and can move between the first travel switch 5-1 and the second travel switch 5-2 in a reciprocating way. Therefore, according to the characteristics, the supporting slide block 1 can be folded to the position of the mold to be injection molded when the signal trigger rod 4 is located at the first position and the second position, and can be unfolded to the outside of the mold to be injection molded when the signal trigger rod 4 is located between the first position and the second position.
The supporting slide block 1 is provided with a side wall supporting slide block aiming at the side wall of the injection mold to be injected, and when the injection mold is injected, the side wall of the injection mold is clamped and coated so as to stabilize the injection position. For example, the sidewall support slider is similar to a two-clip type, and clamps the sidewall portion to be injection-molded in the middle, so as to uniformly distribute the clamping force and reduce the concentrated force on the sidewall at a certain point.
