Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the user terminal may collect specified user behaviors according to a user instruction, extract feature parameters based on each collected user behavior, and use the feature parameters as behavior samples of corresponding user behaviors, then collect the behavior samples of various user behaviors, and generate a behavior sample set, for example, collect acceleration, shaking direction, and the like generated when a user shakes a mobile phone, collect a gravity change value generated when the user turns over the mobile phone, and collect voice, fingerprint, and the like generated behavior samples of the user, or actively enter corresponding behavior samples and set a corresponding feedback mode by the user, where the entered behavior samples may be voice, motions, gestures, and the like, which are not exemplified one by one.
Certainly, the behavior sample set is not fixed and unchangeable, and the user can collect new user behaviors through the user terminal at any time according to the use requirement and the use habit of the user to generate new behavior samples, and the new behavior samples are added into the behavior sample set.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present application, a specific process of a user terminal responding to a service is as follows:
step 100: and when the user terminal receives a service use request sent by the service opposite terminal, the user terminal monitors the behavior of the user and acquires the behavior parameters of the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the user terminal may include, but is not limited to: cell-phone, panel computer, intelligent wearing equipment etc..
Optionally, after receiving the service usage request of the service peer, the user terminal needs to further detect whether the received service usage request carries a set priority identifier before acquiring the behavior parameter of the user, determine that the priority identifier does not exist, and determine that subsequent matching operation can be performed.
This is because, if there is an emergency at the opposite end of the service and the user needs to be contacted immediately, the priority identifier for indicating the emergency state can be carried in the service usage request, so that when the user terminal detects the priority identifier in the service usage, the user is not monitored for the behavior, but is immediately notified to receive the service usage request, so as to prevent delaying the emergency.
For example, when the service opposite end has an emergency state, a specified character may be added to the service request, for example, the emergency flag bit in the message header is written as "1", "2", "3" … …, so that when the user terminal receives such a service request, an emergency prompt operation at a corresponding level may be triggered, for example, a voice is played to the user, or an emergency ring tone is played, or an emergency animation is played to prompt the user that the service opposite end has an emergency currently and needs to respond immediately.
Specifically, in the step 100, the ue may adopt, but is not limited to, any of the following manners:
the first mode is as follows: when receiving a service use request sent by a service opposite terminal, a user terminal collects the voice of a user through an audio collector to obtain a voice keyword input by the user, namely the obtained voice keyword is used as a behavior parameter of the user.
For example, if the behavior sample set by the user is a voice keyword, assuming that the behavior sample set by the user includes three keywords of "reject", "5 minutes", and "reply", when the user terminal receives an incoming call from the service opposite end, it is monitored that the voice output by the user is "reject answering", and is spoken after 5 minutes ", then the user terminal extracts the keyword" reject "and" 5 minutes "as the behavior parameter of the user.
The second way is: when receiving a service use request sent by a service opposite end, a user terminal monitors the motion state of a user through a sensor (such as an acceleration sensor, a gravity sensor and the like) to obtain the motion parameters of the user, namely, the obtained motion parameters are used as the behavior parameters of the user.
For example, the behavior sample set by the user is a motion acceleration change mode and a change time threshold within a specified time, and then, it is assumed that the behavior sample set by the user includes 3 types, specifically: the mobile phone behavior parameter is that the motion acceleration changes in two opposite directions within 1 second and the change frequency is 1 (corresponding to the user shaking the mobile phone once), "the operation acceleration changes in two opposite directions within 2 seconds and the change frequency is 2 (corresponding to the user shaking the mobile phone twice), and" the motion acceleration changes in two opposite directions within 3 seconds and the change frequency is 3 (corresponding to the user shaking the mobile phone three times), when the user terminal receives the incoming call of the opposite service end, the behavior of the user is monitored to be the mobile phone with one shaking, and then the behavior parameter is converted into the corresponding behavior parameter that the motion acceleration changes in two opposite directions within 1 second and the change frequency is 1, and the corresponding behavior parameter is used as the user.
Step 110: and the user terminal matches the obtained behavior parameters with a preset behavior sample set to obtain a matching result, wherein the behavior sample is a data sample for describing the non-touch screen type user behavior.
In practical applications, there are various matching methods that can be adopted.
For example, if the speech keyword of the user is obtained as the behavior parameter, the similarity between the behavior parameter and the behavior sample may be calculated, and if the similarity reaches a set threshold, it is determined that the matching is successful, because the user may forget some keywords, it is only necessary to speak most of the speech keywords instead of all the speech keywords.
For another example, if the motion parameters of the user are obtained as the behavior parameters, hash values of the behavior parameters and the behavior samples may be calculated respectively, and if the finally obtained hash values are consistent, it is determined that the matching is successful, because different behaviors may correspond to different feedback methods, and slight differences in the behaviors may cause erroneous determination, so the behaviors are preferably consistent to prevent the user from performing misoperation.
Step 120: and when the user terminal determines that the behavior parameters are successfully matched with any behavior sample according to the matching result, acquiring a preset feedback mode corresponding to any behavior sample, and executing the feedback mode.
Similarly to step 110, when the user terminal determines that the behavior parameter is successfully matched with any behavior sample according to the matching result, the following method may be adopted, but is not limited to:
the first mode is as follows: and the user terminal determines that the matching is successful when knowing that the similarity between the behavior parameters and any behavior sample reaches a set threshold value based on the obtained matching result.
For example, the user terminal uses the extracted voice keyword "reject +5 minutes" as the behavior parameter of the user, and the behavior sample is "reject +5 minutes + reply", and the similarity reaches 66.68%, and then it is determined that the matching is successful.
And the second method comprises the following steps: and when the user terminal knows that the behavior parameters are completely consistent with any behavior sample based on the obtained matching result, the user terminal determines that the matching is successful.
For another example, the user terminal monitors that the operation parameter of the user "the motion acceleration changes in two opposite directions within 1 second and the change frequency is 1" as the behavior parameter of the user, and the behavior sample "the motion acceleration changes in two opposite directions within 1 second and the change frequency is 1" and the two are completely consistent, it is determined that the matching is successful.
On the other hand, in practical application, corresponding feedback modes are respectively set for different behavior parameters, and are used for responding to a service use request, specifically, if the user terminal determines that matching is successful based on the matching result, the user terminal refuses to accept the service use request, obtains a preset feedback mode corresponding to any one behavior sample successfully matched, and notifies an opposite service end of specified information content (such as a refusing reason, a solution mode and the like) by using the feedback mode, and specifically, the notification can be performed by using a short message, instant messaging, a mail and the like.
Certainly, the feedback mode executed by the user terminal is not limited to the above-described several, the above-described process is only an example, and other application scenarios may be set by themselves according to actual requirements, for example, further, after the service opposite end is rejected, the service opposite end is not prompted, but a terminal user receiving the service use request is prompted, where the prompting mode may be divided into multiple modes, specifically, only a prompting content may be output, and the user actively triggers a corresponding service (the prompting mode is exemplified by one), for example, in a case where the user terminal rejects the service use request, the user may be prompted in an operation interface of the terminal user receiving the service use request that the user needs to reply to the service opposite end after a set duration (the duration may be set by the system default or by the user), and may further prompt when the set duration arrives; prompt content and a corresponding service shortcut triggering entry can be output, and the entry is actively triggered by a user to quickly execute the service (a prompt mode is shown as an example two); and when the set time length is reached, directly triggering and executing the corresponding service to the opposite service terminal. By analogy, various reply modes can be flexibly set, and are not described in detail herein.
The above embodiments are further described in detail below using a specific application scenario.
Referring to fig. 2, first, a sensing variable, such as "shake operation", is set, and the number of times of the sensing variable, such as "shake number", is set, that is, the user terminal adopts "shake operation + shake number" as the monitored action parameter.
Then, the correspondence between the action parameters and the feedback manner is set, for example, as shown in fig. 2, "shake 2 times" corresponds to notifying the business opposite end that "i do not answer the call at present, give you the call after 5 minutes", "shake 3 times" corresponds to notifying the business opposite end that "i do not answer the call at present, give you the call after 30 minutes", and so on. Of course, other corresponding relationships may be provided, and only these two conditions are described here as examples.
Then, referring to fig. 3, when another user makes an incoming call, the user may set a prompt about the "correspondence between action parameters and feedback modes" before seeing the prompt on the operation interface of the user terminal (of course, this content may not be displayed), and select a corresponding operation according to the current situation of the user. If the user terminal is shaken twice, the user terminal immediately rejects the incoming call of another user and sends a short message to the user, i.e. the user does not conveniently answer the call at present and gives you a call after 5 minutes.
Based on the above embodiment, referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a user terminal includes: a monitoring unit 40, a matching unit 41 and a response unit 42, wherein,

and the response unit 42 is configured to, when it is determined that the behavior parameter is successfully matched with any behavior sample according to the matching result, obtain a preset feedback mode corresponding to any behavior sample, and execute the feedback mode.

and detecting whether the service use request carries a set priority identifier, and judging that the subsequent matching operation can be executed when the priority identifier does not exist.

or,

determining that the matching is successful when the similarity of the behavior parameters and any behavior sample reaches a set threshold value based on the matching result; or

based on the feedback mode, acquiring corresponding information content by combining the behavior parameters represented by any behavior sample, or constructing corresponding information content;
