A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡半个小时，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入砂锅内，注入过药36mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮45分钟，滤取药液后，再次注入过药31mm的微温开水进行第二次煎煮38分钟，二次混合浓缩成50%的中药液900毫升备用。

鸡血藤，性味：味苦、微甘、性温，具有活血舒筋、养血调经之功效，用于治疗手足麻木、肢体瘫痪、风湿痹痛、妇女有经不调、痛经、闭经等症；
桑枝，性味：苦、性平，具有祛风湿、通经络、行水气之功效，用于治疗风湿痹痛、中风半身不遂、水肿脚气、肌体风痒；
当归，性味：性温、味甘辛, 具有补血和血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠之功效，用于治疗血虚、面色萎黄、眩晕心悸、血虚、或兼有瘀滞的月经不调、经闭、痛经、虚寒性腹痛、冠心病心绞痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤等症；
防风，性味：味辛、甘、性微温，具有祛风解表、胜湿止痛、解痉、止痒之功效，用于治疗外感风寒、头痛身痛、风湿痹痛、骨节酸痛、腹痛泄泻、肠风下血、破伤风、风疹瘙痒、疮疡初起等病症；
川芎，性味：辛、温，具有行气开郁、法风燥湿、活血止痛之功效，用于治疗风冷头痛旋晕、胁痛腹疼、寒痹筋挛、经闭、难产、产后瘀阻块痛、痈疽疮疡、月经不调、瘕腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌扑肿痛、风湿痹痛等症；
红花，性味：味辛、性温，具有活血能经、祛瘀止痛之功效，用于治疗经闭、痛经、产后瘀阻腹痛、胞痹心痛症瘕积聚、跌打损伤、关节疼痛、中风偏竣、斑疹等症；
姜黄，性味： 味苦、辛、性温，具有破血行气、通经止痛之功效，用于治疗血瘀气滞诸证、胞腹胁痛、妇女痛经、闭经、产后瘀滞腹痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、痈肿等症；
路路通，性味：味苦、平，具有祛风湿、通经络、利水、下乳之功效，用于治疗风湿痹痛、肢节麻木、四肢拘挛、水肿、小便不利、气血壅滞、乳汁不通、风疹瘙痒；

白芥子，性味：味辛、性温，具有利气豁痰、温中散寒、通络止痛之功效，用于治疗痰饮咳喘、胸胁胀满疼痛、反胃呕吐、中风不语、肢体痹痛麻木、脚气、阴疽、肿毒、跌打肿痛；
胆星，性味：味苦、微辛、性凉，具有清火化痰、熄风定惊之功效，用于治疗中风、惊风、癫痫、头痛、眩晕、喘嗽；
蜈蚣（不去头足），性味：味辛、性温，有毒，具有祛风止痉、通络止痛、攻毒散结之功效，用于治疗惊风、癫痫、痉挛抽搐、中风口、破伤风、风湿顽痹、偏正头痛、毒蛇咬伤、疮疡、瘰疬等症；
刘寄奴，性味：味辛、微苦、性温，具有破瘀通经、止血消肿、消食化积之功效，用于治疗经闭、痛经、产后瘀滞腹痛、恶露不尽、癥瘕、跌打损伤、金疮出血、风湿痹痛、便血、尿血、痈疮肿毒、烫伤、食积腹痛、泄泻痢疾；
甘草，性味：甘、平，具有益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药之功效，用于治疗倦怠食少、肌瘦面黄、心悸气短、腹痛便溏、四肢挛急疼痛、脏躁、咳嗽气喘、咽喉肿痛、痈疮肿痛、小儿胎毒及药物、食物中毒等症。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗颈椎病的辨病与辨证相结合的原则，从药理作用及作用机制认为：就颈椎病一证，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。

实施例3：
一种治疗颈椎病的新型中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及质量份比如下所示：
葛根16g、桂枝12g、鸡血藤26g、桑枝32g、当归16g、防风16g、川芎12g、红花12g、姜黄16g、路路通10g、羌活25g、穿山甲10g、灵仙15g、白芥子10g、胆星6g、蜈蚣（不去头足）7.5g、刘寄奴10g、甘草15g。
典型病例：
经临床诊断治疗颈椎病患者共190例，年龄为53岁以上的150例，只有40例为53岁以下。190例患者中痊愈的158例，显效的32例，总有效率达100%。经治疗后，症状逐渐减轻或痊愈。

1.一种治疗颈椎病的新型中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
葛根8～16g、桂枝3～12g、鸡血藤15～26g、桑枝15～32g、当归8～16g、防风8～16g、川芎5～12g、红花5～12g、姜黄5～16g、路路通3～10g、羌活10～25g、穿山甲3～10g、灵仙8～15g、白芥子3～10g、胆星3～6g、蜈蚣（不去头足）2.5～7.5g、刘寄奴5～10g、甘草2.5～15g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗颈椎病的新型中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
葛根10～14g、桂枝8～11g、鸡血藤18～23g、桑枝18～28g、当归10～14g、防风10～14g、川芎8～11g、红花8～11g、姜黄8～14g、路路通6～9g、羌活15～22g、穿山甲6～9g、灵仙10～13g、白芥子7～9g、胆星4～5.5g、蜈蚣（不去头足）3～7g、刘寄奴6～9g、甘草8～13g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的治疗颈椎病的新型中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
葛根13g、桂枝10g、鸡血藤20g、桑枝25g、当归13g、防风13g、川芎10g、红花10g、姜黄13g、路路通8g、羌活20g、穿山甲8g、灵仙12g、白芥子8g、胆星5g、蜈蚣（不去头足）6g、刘寄奴8g、甘草12g。
