Abstract
本发明公开了一种电吹风防腐蚀涂料,由下列原料制成:聚氨酯树脂、纯丙乳液、聚硫橡胶、环氧树脂、甘油、立德粉、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、水适量、催化剂、增稠剂、超细碳酸钙、醋酸丁酯、有机硅胶;其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:(1)制备初混液;(2)制得中间液;(3)制得混合液;(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液投入球磨机中研磨处理,过筛即得成品。本发明制备方法科学合理,通过采用综合性能较佳的有机高分子材料并进行优化组合,提高了组合物的防腐蚀性能,其成本较低,生产周期短,适于工业化批量生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料行业技术领域,尤其涉及一种电吹风防腐蚀涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆,指涂布于物体表面在一定的条件下能形成薄膜而起保护、装饰或其他特殊功能(绝缘、防锈、防霉、耐热等)的一类液体或固体材料。因早期的涂料大多以植物油为主要原料,故又称作油漆。现在合成树脂已取代了植物油,故称为涂料。涂料属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现代的涂料正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。目前,我国的涂料行业渐已成熟,市场接近饱和,加之在绿色经济全球化的大环境下,人们越来越关心经济越发达后,环境受到重大的破坏。随着新《环保法》颁布,国家“绿色环保,美丽中国”等环保主张也不再停留于宣传口号上,而是实施执行,落实到大力推动绿色科技行业的发展中来。
目前,家用电器的涂饰已经有了较大的变化,传统的热固性涂料正在被环保的水性涂料等替代,然而不同的电器由于功能等方面的差异对涂料有不同的要求,更环保、更个性已经成为家电用涂料的追求方向。面对家电用涂料巨大的市场需求和不断增长的应用前景,加大研发力度,不断改进并提升产品性能,加速产品品质升级,开发出在技术上、成本上、性能上更显现出强劲的竞争优势的家电用涂料具有实际的意义和广阔的市场空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种电吹风防腐蚀涂料及其制备方法,该涂料产品性能优异,具有良好的防腐蚀性能,且节能环保,具备较好的经济效益和社会效益。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电吹风防腐蚀涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯树脂35~45份、纯丙乳液10~15份、聚硫橡胶2~5份、环氧树脂5~12份、甘油8~15份、立德粉2~6份、异丙醇1~3份、丙二醇甲醚6~12份、水适量、催化剂1.5~3份、增稠剂1.5~2.5份、超细碳酸钙1~5份、醋酸丁酯5~10份、有机硅胶5~12份;
其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将甘油、立德粉、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、超细碳酸钙和适量水加入到反应容器中,加热至50~65℃,在900~1200转/分下搅拌20~30分钟,混合均匀后得到初混液;
(2)将聚氨酯树脂、纯丙乳液、聚硫橡胶、环氧树脂和醋酸丁酯混合加入到步骤(1)得到的初混液中,加热至65~80℃,继续搅拌30~40分钟,得到中间液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间液降温至40~50℃,再加入催化剂、增稠剂和有机硅胶,混合搅拌50~80分钟,得到混合液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液投入球磨机中研磨处理,过筛即得成品。
优选的,所述催化剂为磺酸钠。
优选的,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明制备方法科学合理,通过采用综合性能较佳的有机高分子材料并进行优化组合,提高了组合物的防腐蚀性能,采用本发明得到的涂层表面平整、细腻、光滑,保光性好,拉伸强度等指标均优于普通涂料,能满足涂装体的较为全面的使用要求;本发明成本较低,实现了资源和能源的充分利用,生产过程环保无污染,生产周期短,适于工业化批量生产,具备较好的经济效益和社会效益。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种电吹风防腐蚀涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯树脂35份、纯丙乳液10份、聚硫橡胶2份、环氧树脂5份、甘油8份、立德粉2份、异丙醇1份、丙二醇甲醚6份、水适量、催化剂1.5份、增稠剂1.5份、超细碳酸钙1份、醋酸丁酯5份、有机硅胶5份;
其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将甘油、立德粉、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、超细碳酸钙和适量水加入到反应容器中,加热至50~65℃,在900~1200转/分下搅拌20分钟,混合均匀后得到初混液;
(2)将聚氨酯树脂、纯丙乳液、聚硫橡胶、环氧树脂和醋酸丁酯混合加入到步骤(1)得到的初混液中,加热至65~80℃,继续搅拌30分钟,得到中间液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间液降温至40~50℃,再加入催化剂、增稠剂和有机硅胶,混合搅拌50分钟,得到混合液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液投入球磨机中研磨处理,过筛即得成品。
实施例2:
一种电吹风防腐蚀涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯树脂45份、纯丙乳液15份、聚硫橡胶5份、环氧树脂12份、甘油15份、立德粉6份、异丙醇3份、丙二醇甲醚12份、水适量、催化剂3份、增稠剂2.5份、超细碳酸钙5份、醋酸丁酯10份、有机硅胶12份;
其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将甘油、立德粉、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、超细碳酸钙和适量水加入到反应容器中,加热至50~65℃,在900~1200转/分下搅拌30分钟,混合均匀后得到初混液;
(2)将聚氨酯树脂、纯丙乳液、聚硫橡胶、环氧树脂和醋酸丁酯混合加入到步骤(1)得到的初混液中,加热至65~80℃,继续搅拌40分钟,得到中间液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间液降温至40~50℃,再加入催化剂、增稠剂和有机硅胶,混合搅拌80分钟,得到混合液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液投入球磨机中研磨处理,过筛即得成品。
本发明上述实施例中:
所述催化剂为磺酸钠;
所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素。

1.一种电吹风防腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯树脂35~45份、纯丙乳液10~15份、聚硫橡胶2~5份、环氧树脂5~12份、甘油8~15份、立德粉2~6份、异丙醇1~3份、丙二醇甲醚6~12份、水适量、催化剂1.5~3份、增稠剂1.5~2.5份、超细碳酸钙1~5份、醋酸丁酯5~10份、有机硅胶5~12份;
其制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将甘油、立德粉、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、超细碳酸钙和适量水加入到反应容器中,加热至50~65℃,在900~1200转/分下搅拌20~30分钟,混合均匀后得到初混液;
(2)将聚氨酯树脂、纯丙乳液、聚硫橡胶、环氧树脂和醋酸丁酯混合加入到步骤(1)得到的初混液中,加热至65~80℃,继续搅拌30~40分钟,得到中间液;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的中间液降温至40~50℃,再加入催化剂、增稠剂和有机硅胶,混合搅拌50~80分钟,得到混合液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合液投入球磨机中研磨处理,过筛即得成品。
