Abstract
本发明公开了组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,每个电池模块两端皆包裹设有相互嵌合的形状相同的电池固定卡件,最外端的两个电池固定卡件皆设有端封面;四组螺杆组件分别从四个安装通孔穿过将电池固定卡件串接在一起,各个电池模块的正极和负极分别通过连接片连接在一起,各个电池固定卡件侧边皆设有散热槽,电池模块顶部覆盖绝缘盖。本发明连接件少、固定方式简洁,整体质量轻,模块化设置可以节省安装空间,散热槽组成的散热通孔保证了电池使用时温度不会升得很高,保证了温度的一致性;绝缘盖可以防止异物进入,防止直接接触电池发生危险;能够根据功率需要安装任意数量的电池模块,从而适用于多种车型,并且可以自动化上线组装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,属于新能源汽车领域。
背景技术
以电池系统为动力的新能源汽车,其动力电池的性能直接影响了新能源汽车的续驶里程,为提高新能源汽车的续驶里程,一般一个电池系统中需要大量的模组,而且根据车型不同和电池系统放置空间不规则性,导致同一个电池系统中用的模组种类也不尽相同,这样就非常考验设计模组的通用性。而目前相关电池的适应性差,无法做到通用模块化的设计,模组结构复杂,连接件多、质量大,造成组装周期长、成本高,还存在温度一致性差、绝缘性能差的问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种质量轻、结构和组装简单,可以模块化组装,组装周期短,能够适应多种车型、通用性强、使用安全、性能可靠的组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,包括多个并排布置的电池模块,所述每个电池模块两端皆包裹设有相互嵌合的形状相同的电池固定卡件,最外端的两个电池固定卡件皆设有端封面;所述电池固定卡件四角设有安装通孔,四组螺杆组件分别从四个安装通孔穿过将电池固定卡件串接在一起,各个电池模块的正极和负极分别通过连接片连接在一起,所述连接片固定在最外端的电池固定卡件上,所述各个电池固定卡件侧边皆设有散热槽,电池模块顶部通过可拆卸胶固定有绝缘盖。
进一步的,所述电池模块上设有泄压阀。
进一步的,所述电池固定卡件顶部沿电池模块的排布方向设有线束固定槽。
优选的,所述每个电池固定卡件两个端面侧边分别设有凹槽和凸起,相邻的电池固定卡件通过位置一致的凹槽和凸起配合固定在一起。
优选的,所述电池模块和电池固定卡件为方形。
本发明模组结构简单,采用相同形状的构件组装,减少了开模种类;连接件少、固定方式简洁,在保证结构强度的同时缩短了组装时间、减轻了整体质量,安全可靠;电池相互绝缘,隔有间隙,电池之间相互不干涉、不受力,安全性高,模块化设置可以节省安装空间,保证了温度的一致性,散热槽组成的散热通孔保证了电池使用时温度不会升得很高,保持性能稳定;覆盖的绝缘盖可以防止异物进入,防止人体直接接触电池模组发生危险;能够根据功率需要安装任意数量的电池模块,从而适用于多个电池系统、多种车型,并且可以自动化上线组装,能够大大缩减生产周期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,一种组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,包括多个并排布置的电池模块1,所述每个电池模块1两端皆包裹设有相互嵌合的形状相同的电池固定卡件2,最外端的两个电池固定卡件2皆设有端封面3;所述电池固定卡件2四角设有安装通孔,四组螺杆组件4分别从四个安装通孔穿过将电池固定卡件2串接在一起,各个电池模块1的正极和负极分别通过连接片5连接在一起,所述连接片5通过螺栓6固定在最外端的电池固定卡件2上,所述各个电池固定卡件2侧边皆设有散热槽7,电池模块1顶部通过可拆卸胶固定有绝缘盖8。
本发明模组结构简单,连接件少、固定方式简洁,模块化设置可以节省安装空间,保证了温度的一致性,性能稳定;相邻电池固定卡件2上的散热槽7拼合成散热通孔,在电池模块1温度过高时散热通孔可以及时将热量散发出去,为整个电池模组降温;绝缘盖8通过可拆卸胶固定在电池模块1顶部,可以防止异物进入,防止人体直接接触电池模组1发生危险,需要检修时,拆掉可拆卸胶,拿掉绝缘盖8即可随意更换各零部件;本发明能够根据功率需要安装任意数量的电池模块1,从而适用于多个电池系统、多种车型,并且可 以自动化上线组装,能够大大缩减生产周期。
优选的,所述电池模块1上设有泄压阀1a,电池内部压力大的时候泄压阀1a会被撑开,将多余的压力释放出来,防止压力过大发生爆炸。
优选的,为了方便整理电池上的连接线,所述电池固定卡件2顶部沿电池模块1的排布方向设有线束固定槽2a,需要整理时可以直接将多根与电池模组连接的线束集合到一起固定在线束固定槽2a中,使整个电池模组更加整洁有条理,利于产品维护,提高稳定性。
优选的,所述每个电池固定卡件2两个端面侧边分别设有凹槽(图中未示出)和凸起2c,相邻的电池固定卡件2通过位置一致的凹槽和凸起2c配合固定在一起,可以更好的定位和固定。
优选的,为了能够尽量节省安装放置空间,所述电池模块1和电池固定卡件2为方形。

1.一种组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,其特征在于,包括多个并排布置的电池模块(1),所述每个电池模块(1)两端皆包裹设有相互嵌合的形状相同的电池固定卡件(2),最外端的两个电池固定卡件(2)皆设有端封面(3);所述电池固定卡件(2)四角设有安装通孔,四组螺杆组件(4)分别从四个安装通孔穿过将电池固定卡件(2)串接在一起,各个电池模块的正极和负极分别通过连接片连接在一起,所述连接片固定在最外端的电池固定卡件(2)上,所述各个电池固定卡件(2)侧边皆设有散热槽(7),电池模块(1)顶部通过可拆卸胶固定有绝缘盖(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,其特征在于,所述电池模块(1)上设有泄压阀(1a)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,其特征在于,所述电池固定卡件(2)顶部沿电池模块(1)的排布方向设有线束固定槽(2a)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,其特征在于,所述每个电池固定卡件(2)两个端面侧边分别设有凹槽和凸起(2c),相邻的电池固定卡件(2)通过位置一致的凹槽和凸起(2c)配合固定在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组装式可拓展安全动力电池模组,其特征在于,所述电池模块(1)和电池固定卡件(2)为方形。
