Abstract

本发明公开了一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,包括:支撑架和两块支撑板,所述支撑板的末端分别设置有轴承,两个轴承之间设置有向上延伸的中心转轴,所述中心转轴内设置有储油腔,所述中心转轴的外侧同心设置有支撑套筒,所述支撑套筒的外侧同心设置有涂油面层,所述中心转轴与支撑套筒内壁的上部之间设置有数个导油管相连接。通过上述方式,本发明所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,利用导轨的输送摩擦而带动涂油面层的旋转,涂油面层旋转的同时把防锈油涂抹在导轨的侧面,涂油均匀性好,自动化程度高,涂油量通过万向油枪嘴得以控制,节油性好,调节方便,工作效率高。

一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置
技术领域
本发明涉及导轨生产领域,特别是涉及一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置。
背景技术
T型钢导轨在电梯中的应用比较方法,由于电梯运行精度和稳定性受T型钢导轨的影响较大,因此对T型钢导轨的加工精度要求较高。
T型钢导轨的两侧精度要求高,需要进行刨床加工,而且加工完成后需要涂油进行防锈处理,避免生锈而影响使用。目前导轨侧面的涂油主要通过人工涂油和机械涂油,人工涂油的效率低,防锈油浪费严重,而机械涂油难以涂抹均匀,实用性差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,提升导轨侧面涂油的工作效率和涂油均匀性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,包括:支撑架和两块支撑板,所述两块支撑板分别设置在支撑架的顶部和底部并向外侧延伸,所述支撑板的末端分别设置有轴承,两个轴承之间设置有向上延伸的中心转轴,所述中心转轴内设置有储油腔,所述中心转轴的外侧同心设置有支撑套筒,所述支撑套筒的外侧同心设置有涂油面层,所述中心转轴与支撑套筒内壁的上部之间设置有数个导油管相连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述中心转轴的顶部设置有与储油腔相连接的万向油枪嘴。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述涂油面层为橡胶套、海绵套、多层无纺布或者多层织物面料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述橡胶套上密布有微孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述数个导油管环形阵列设置在所述中心转轴的外圆上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述导油管与储油腔相连通。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述支撑套筒内壁上设置有与导油管相连通的通孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述支撑架的外侧设置有牵引板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述导轨侧面滚动涂油装置还包括固定座和伸缩驱动装置,所述固定座上设置有位于支撑架下方的滑轨,所述伸缩驱动装置设置在固定座上且与牵引板相连接,所述伸缩驱动装置为油缸或者气缸。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述支撑套筒的顶部设置有与中心转轴相连接的第一环形挡板,所述支撑套筒的底部设置有与中心转轴相连接的第二环形挡板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,利用伸缩驱动装置的伸长而把支撑架推向导轨的侧面,利用导轨的输送摩擦而带动涂油面层的旋转,同时,外部的防锈油通过万向油枪嘴注入储油腔,并通过导油管进入涂油面层,对涂油面层进行浸油处理,使得涂油面层旋转的同时把防锈油涂抹在导轨的侧面,涂油均匀性好,自动化程度高,涂油量通过万向油枪嘴得以控制,节油性好,调节方便,工作效率高。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,包括:支撑架1和两块支撑板11,所述两块支撑板11分别设置在支撑架1的顶部和底部并向外侧延伸,所述支撑板11的末端分别设置有轴承2,两个轴承2之间设置有向上延伸的中心转轴3,所述中心转轴3内设置有储油腔31,所述中心转轴3的外侧同心设置有支撑套筒6,所述支撑套筒6的外侧同心设置有涂油面层7,所述中心转轴3与支撑套筒6内壁的上部之间设置有数个导油管8相连接,所述导油管8与储油腔31相连通,所述支撑套筒6内壁上设置有与导油管8相连通的通孔,导油管8把储油腔31内的防锈油导入涂油面层7,进行涂油面层7的浸油处理,所述数个导油管8环形阵列设置在所述中心转轴3的外圆上,提升防锈油的流动均匀性。
所述支撑套筒6的顶部设置有与中心转轴3相连接的第一环形挡板4,所述支撑套筒6的底部设置有与中心转轴3相连接的第二环形挡板5,第一环形挡板4和第二环形挡板5的外圆突出在支撑套筒6的外侧,方便对涂油面层7的固定,提升了结构稳定性。
所述中心转轴3的顶部设置有与储油腔31相连接的万向油枪嘴32,方便中心转轴3在旋转时对储油腔31的注油。
所述涂油面层7为橡胶套、海绵套、多层无纺布或者多层织物面料,所述橡胶套上密布有微孔,提升涂油的涂抹均匀性。
所述支撑架1的外侧设置有牵引板12,所述导轨侧面滚动涂油装置还包括固定座14和伸缩驱动装置13,所述固定座14上设置有位于支撑架1下方的滑轨15,所述伸缩驱动装置13设置在固定座14上且与牵引板12相连接。在伸缩驱动装置13的伸缩驱动下,牵引板12可以推拉着支撑架1沿着滑轨15的方向来回移动,调节涂油面层7与导轨9侧面之间的距离,在导轨9输送时,涂油面层7被摩擦而旋转,并把防锈油涂抹在导轨9侧面。
所述伸缩驱动装置13为油缸或者气缸,油缸或者气缸的工作稳定性高,调节方便。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,自动化程度高,涂油的工作效率高,对导轨9侧面涂油的均匀性好,涂油量可以控制,避免了不必要的浪费。

Claims (10)

1.一种导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,包括:支撑架和两块支撑板,所述两块支撑板分别设置在支撑架的顶部和底部并向外侧延伸,其特征在于,所述支撑板的末端分别设置有轴承,两个轴承之间设置有向上延伸的中心转轴,所述中心转轴内设置有储油腔,所述中心转轴的外侧同心设置有支撑套筒,所述支撑套筒的外侧同心设置有涂油面层,所述中心转轴与支撑套筒内壁的上部之间设置有数个导油管相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述中心转轴的顶部设置有与储油腔相连接的万向油枪嘴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述涂油面层为橡胶套、海绵套、多层无纺布或者多层织物面料。
4.根据权利要求4所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述橡胶套上密布有微孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述数个导油管环形阵列设置在所述中心转轴的外圆上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述导油管与储油腔相连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述支撑套筒内壁上设置有与导油管相连通的通孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述支撑架的外侧设置有牵引板。
9.根据权利要求1所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述导轨侧面滚动涂油装置还包括固定座和伸缩驱动装置,所述固定座上设置有位于支撑架下方的滑轨,所述伸缩驱动装置设置在固定座上且与牵引板相连接,所述伸缩驱动装置为油缸或者气缸。
10.根据权利要求1所述的导轨侧面滚动涂油装置,其特征在于,所述支撑套筒的顶部设置有与中心转轴相连接的第一环形挡板,所述支撑套筒的底部设置有与中心转轴相连接的第二环形挡板。
