It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and they may alternatively be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or fabricated separately as individual integrated circuit modules, or fabricated as a single integrated circuit module from multiple modules or steps. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (6)
1. A method for controlling an intelligent terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the intelligent terminal in a standby state receives a voice signal;
the intelligent terminal judges whether the voice signal is a voice control function starting signal or not, and if so, the intelligent terminal starts the voice control function;
when the intelligent terminal receives a new voice signal again, the intelligent terminal executes the control operation corresponding to the new voice signal through the voice control function;
wherein, the intelligent terminal judges whether the voice signal is a voice control function starting signal or not, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the intelligent terminal does not start the screen locking function, the intelligent terminal judges whether the voice signal is matched with a pre-stored voice control function starting signal or not, and if the voice signal is matched with the pre-stored voice control function starting signal, the voice signal is determined to be the voice control function starting signal;
when the intelligent terminal starts a screen locking function, the intelligent terminal judges whether the voice signal is matched with a pre-stored unlocking code, if so, the intelligent terminal unlocks a screen and determines that the voice signal is a voice control function starting signal;
wherein, intelligent terminal receiving voice signal under standby state includes:
the intelligent terminal in a standby state starts an internally arranged voice collector;
the intelligent terminal receives a voice signal through the voice collector;
the intelligent terminal in the standby state receiving the voice signal further comprises:
the intelligent terminal in a standby state starts an internally arranged wireless connecting part to receive a voice signal transmitted by a remote part; wherein, the wireless connecting part comprises a Bluetooth receiver or an infrared voice receiver.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the intelligent terminal starts the voice control function, the method further comprises:
and the intelligent terminal sends out a reminding signal for starting the voice control function, wherein the reminding signal comprises one or more of vibration, light flash or sound.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent terminal executing the control operation corresponding to the new voice signal through the voice control function comprises:
the intelligent terminal searches a command matched with the new voice signal in a pre-stored voice control command set;
the intelligent terminal takes the searched instruction as a control instruction of the new voice signal;
and the intelligent terminal executes the control instruction of the new voice signal through the voice control function.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent terminal executing the control operation corresponding to the new voice signal through the voice control function comprises:
when the intelligent terminal is a mobile phone and the control operation corresponding to the new voice signal is a mobile phone application operation, the intelligent terminal executes the mobile phone application operation in the standby state, wherein the mobile phone application operation comprises: dialing a call application, reading a short message application, and starting a specified application.

the voice signal receiving module is used for receiving a voice signal when the intelligent terminal is in a standby state;

the control operation module is used for executing the control operation corresponding to the new voice signal through the voice control function when the voice signal receiving module receives the new voice signal again;
wherein the voice control function starting module is used for:
when the intelligent terminal does not start the screen locking function, the intelligent terminal judges whether the voice signal is matched with a pre-stored voice control function starting signal or not, and if the voice signal is matched with the pre-stored voice control function starting signal, the voice signal is determined to be the voice control function starting signal;
when the intelligent terminal starts a screen locking function, the intelligent terminal judges whether the voice signal is matched with a pre-stored unlocking code, if so, the intelligent terminal unlocks a screen and determines that the voice signal is a voice control function starting signal;
the voice signal receiving module includes:
the short-distance receiving unit is used for starting a voice collector arranged in the intelligent terminal when the intelligent terminal is in a standby state and receiving voice signals through the voice collector; or,
the remote receiving unit is used for starting a wireless connecting part arranged in the intelligent terminal to receive a voice signal transmitted by a remote component when the intelligent terminal is in a standby state; wherein, the wireless connecting part comprises a Bluetooth receiver or an infrared voice receiver.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the voice control function initiation module comprises:
and the signal reminding unit is used for controlling the intelligent terminal to send out a reminding signal for starting the voice control function when the voice signal received by the voice signal receiving module is the voice control function starting signal, wherein the reminding signal comprises one or more of vibration, light flash or sound.
