the filtering unit 25 is connected to the signal conversion unit 26;
the signal conversion unit 26 is connected with the single chip microcomputer unit 27;
the single chip unit 27 is further connected to a clock unit 28 and a display unit 29, the clock unit 28 being connected to the display unit 29.
A weighing platform unit 21 for placing goods to be weighed;
an initialization unit 22, configured to start a weighing operation after performing weighing initialization;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the initialization unit 22 reads the basic data from the data synchronization module, and performs initialization setting on the weighing terminal. As an alternative embodiment, the initialization settings include, but are not limited to: initializing an operating system, initially setting a weighing value to zero and logging in an account.
A weighing data receiving unit 23 for receiving an analog signal output by a weighing sensor connected to the weighing platform unit 21;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the commodity is placed on the weighing platform (weighing platform unit 21), the weight sensor senses the weight of the commodity, the sensed weight is converted into an analog signal of voltage or current, and the analog signal is output to the weighing data receiving unit 23.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the display unit 29 may adopt a high-sensitivity resistive touch screen.
As another alternative embodiment, the weighing module further comprises: a keyboard unit (not shown) connected to the information input subunit.
And the keyboard unit is used for receiving the information input by the operator and outputting the information to the information input unit.
In the embodiment of the invention, relevant input operation can be carried out through an external keyboard server program.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the commodity needs to be weighed, the weighing module is connected with the weighing sensor. The weighing terminal enters a login window (for an operator) after being started, the weighing terminal performs local verification login after the operator inputs corresponding login information in the login window, if the verification is correct, the weighing terminal logs in, and if the verification fails, the verification is performed again.
In the embodiment of the invention, the weighing terminal starts a weighing operation process after the login verification of the user is passed, is connected with the weighing sensor and is started.
As an optional embodiment, after the weighing terminal is started, automatically detecting whether a weighing platform adhered to the weighing sensor returns to zero, when the self-checking returns to zero, firstly reading the weighing weight of the weighing platform, if the read weighing weight is less than or equal to a preset zero-returning threshold value, the zero-returning operation is not required, and the self-checking zero-returning process is finished; and if the read weighing weight is larger than the preset zeroing threshold value, performing preset filtering zeroing operation.
As another alternative, after performing the initial self-zeroing, the connection to the load cell is disconnected, the load cell is turned back on after a preset time of sleep, for example, 500ms or 800ms, and the self-zeroing detection is performed again to enhance the reliability of the self-zeroing detection.
As a further alternative embodiment, the weighing module further comprises:
the printing unit is connected with the singlechip unit or the display unit; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the scanning unit is connected with the weighing platform unit; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a card reading unit (not shown in the figure) connected to the weighing station unit. Wherein,

And the card reading unit is used for identifying card information of the goods to be weighed, matching the card information with data stored in the data synchronization module and determining basic data of the goods to be weighed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a weighing terminal in the embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the weighing terminal is mainly composed of a data acquisition part, an extended clock module, a single chip microcomputer control module (single chip microcomputer) and a software processing module. The data acquisition part comprises a weighing sensor and a special high-precision high-gain 24-bit A/D conversion chip for the electronic scale. The weighing object (target weight) is converted into an analog signal by a weighing sensor arranged on a weighing platform, the analog signal is converted into a digital signal by an A/D processor (A/D conversion chip) after amplification and filtering treatment, the digital signal is operated and processed by a singlechip, the processed weight information is sent to an X86 platform, the processing and application of a software layer are carried out, and finally, the weight information is displayed in a digital mode by a display screen.
The weighing terminal of the embodiment of the invention aims to solve the problems (intellectualization, networking and customization) of the weighing field which cannot be solved by the existing weighing terminal and provides a whole set of solution from the front end to the rear end. The data query and statistics functions are provided for users, and corresponding query data are displayed on a query terminal such as a mobile terminal or PC equipment. It is possible to facilitate management of the weighing data and the financial settlement data by an operator (manager). Has the following beneficial technical effects:
the weighing terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention can be compatible with various types of sensors, so that a data acquisition sensor (weighing sensor) does not need to be replaced, the cost is saved for upgrading of a user, and the excessive cost of the user from the traditional electronic scale to the intelligent electronic scale is saved to a certain extent.
Secondly, the weighing terminal of the embodiment of the invention has high integration level, performs high integration on weighing, data acquisition and data processing, and simultaneously provides various hardware interfaces, thereby facilitating integration of other external hardware devices, such as: scanning rifle, printer, bluetooth etc. have promoted user's easy operability.
The weighing terminal is simple to operate, and an operation mode of combining the high-sensitivity resistive touch screen and the physical keyboard is used, so that corresponding convenience is brought to operators to a certain extent, and the weighing terminal can be easily used by operators without any use foundation after short-time training.
Fourth, the weighing terminal of the embodiment of the invention has accurate data acquisition and can be correspondingly set according to the accuracy of the sensor.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a weighing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, in the case that the weighing terminal has completed basic setup and data synchronization, the process includes:
step 401, starting up;
step 402, selecting an operator, inputting an operator password for login, and entering a weighing interface;
step 403, clicking a mode, and selecting a weighing mode;
in this step, the weighing mode includes a warehousing mode and a ex-warehousing mode.
Step 404, selecting an operator;
step 405, selecting a unit of current and current;
step 406, selecting commodities needing to be warehoused or warehoused, and selecting the commodities in a large-class selection or scanning gun code scanning selection mode;
step 407, inputting unit prices and synchronizing unit prices of commodities;
in the step, unit price is input when the unit price needs to be modified, and if the unit price does not need to be modified, the step is omitted.
