本发明涉及金属加工润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂及其制备方法。一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,按重量份数计,由以下组份组成:环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯10‑15份,异丙醇胺5‑10份,石墨烯添加剂20‑25份,消泡剂0.5‑1.5份,成膜助剂3‑5份,pH调节剂1‑3份,平衡剂1‑3份,去离子水余量。本发明制备的润滑剂润滑效果好,耐高温,稳定性好;同时本发明制备的润滑剂成本低、方法简单、经济环保,便于清洗,大大降低了清洗的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,适用于多种金属加工领域。

Description

一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在金属加工工艺中,如切削、拉拔、压延、车、磨、钻等,需要消耗相当一部分的能源和材料,并且排放一定量的有毒废液。为了降低金属加工中的能耗以及提高加工效果,多使用到润滑剂。润滑剂按油品化学组成分为非水溶性液和水溶性液两大类。目前,国内市场上生产、销售、使用的金属加工用润滑剂,多为油基润滑剂、乳化液和微乳化液等。这些润滑剂的润滑性能欠佳,导致加工时摩擦力偏大、加工性能欠佳、加工效率低、能耗高等缺陷。另外,这些润滑剂中所使用的防锈剂大多是致癌物质—亚硝酸钠,有些润滑剂还含有磷、氯等有害元素,对人体健康有害,且环境污染大。目前水基液所采用的基础油主要是油溶性的矿物油,但复配出的水基液成分复杂,稳定性差,易析出、废液处理费用高、不可再生。这在一定程度上也限制了水基金属加工液的发展。中国专利CN 104498168A公开了一种金属冲压用水基润滑剂,由聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸钠、脂肪酰胺、古尔胶、焦磷酸钠、硅溶胶、聚丙烯酰胺、磷酸氢二钾、萘磺酸盐和水组成,通过创造性的组分配比,润滑剂在保证良好的润滑性的同时,而且具有良好的防锈性能,但该润滑剂耐高温性能和稳定性不好;中国专利CN 104140876A公开了一种金属加工用润滑剂,该金属加工用润滑剂含有成膜剂、辅助成膜剂、平衡剂、及水组成,所述润滑剂润滑性能优异、适用于极压环境、而且环保,但该发明润滑性能和稳定性有待进一步提高,且使用的钼酸铵对接触的皮肤具有刺激性。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种润滑效果好,耐高温,稳定性好,便于清洗,不污染环境的含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂及其制备方法。
一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,按重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯10-15份,异丙醇胺5-10份,石墨烯添加剂20-25份,消泡剂0.5-1.5份,成膜助剂3-5份,,pH调节剂1-3份,平衡剂1-3份,去离子水余量
进一步,所述的环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯按如下步骤制备:(1)在干燥氮气气体的保护下,将20-25份甲苯二异氰酸酯、20-25份甘油三羟甲基丙烷在60~90℃进行预聚反应3~5h,然后加入具有活泼氢的化合物在60~90℃进行扩链封端反应1~2h,得到所述水溶性聚氨酯;(2)向步骤(1)中加入0.1-0.2份氢氧化锂和0.1-0.5份抗氧化剂1010,缓慢升高温度至190-200℃,反应2-4h;(3)加入20-30份环氧大豆油迅速升高温度至200-220℃,当体系酸值为30-40mgKOH/g时,停止加热;(4)降低温度至120℃,加入5-8份丙二醇乙醚搅拌均匀,继续降低温度至60℃,加入5-10份二乙醇胺反应0.5-1h;(5)加入余量去离子水搅拌均匀制得环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯溶液。
进一步,所述的石墨烯添加剂按如下方法制备:将1-5份氧化石墨烯分散到去离子水中,配制成水溶液;再加入5-10份六偏磷酸钠,搅拌溶解,接着加入10-15份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声处理,得到石墨烯添加剂。
进一步,所述的消泡剂为正丁醇、正戊醇、正辛醇中的一种或几种。
进一步,所述的成膜助剂由海藻酸钠和四硼酸钠按质量比1-5:1组成。
进一步,所述的pH调节剂为30%的氨水溶液。
进一步,所述的平衡剂由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯醇按质量比(1-3):1组成。
进一步,一种如权利要求1所述的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水、平衡剂、成膜剂,在400~600r/min转速下搅拌,加热至50-70℃,待原料完全溶解后降温至30-40℃;
(2)将石墨烯添加剂滴加入到步骤(1)的溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
(3)滴加氨水,调节体系的pH值为9-10,依次加入环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯、异丙醇胺、消泡剂,在800~1000r/min转速条件下,搅拌混合0.5-1h后降温至室温,即可制得润滑剂。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明制备的环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯赋予润滑剂良好的水溶性、清洗性和润滑性,防止润滑剂水分挥发后干燥成膜,聚氨酯主链引入环氧基团,增强主链分子间作用力,进一步提高产物润滑性及抗磨稳定性。
(2)本发明引入石墨烯添加剂,能够显著改善机械零部件的摩擦磨损行为,提高润滑剂的润滑性能,起到促进散热作用,冷却效果好,从而改善目前润滑剂耐高温性能不佳的缺陷,有效解决了金属在高温环境下的极压耐磨、抗高温氧化、表面防锈等问题,克服了常规润滑剂的高温失效等问题。
(3)本发明的成膜剂和平衡剂均是水溶性可降解聚合物,使得该润滑剂对工件具有良好的润湿性和吸附性,从而提高了润滑的性能,且具有良好的冷却性能。
(4)本发明制备的润滑剂成本低、方法简单、经济环保,便于清洗,大大降低了清洗的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,适用于多种金属加工领域。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实例,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
(1)在干燥氮气气体的保护下,将20份甲苯二异氰酸酯、20份甘油三羟甲基丙烷在70℃进行预聚反应3~5h,然后加入具有活泼氢的化合物在70℃进行扩链封端反应1~2h,得到所述水溶性聚氨酯;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入0.1份氢氧化锂和0.1份抗氧化剂1010,缓慢升高温度至190-200℃,反应2-4h;
(3)加入20份环氧大豆油迅速升高温度至200-220℃,当体系酸值为30-40mg KOH/g时,停止加热;
(4)降低温度至120℃,加入5份丙二醇乙醚搅拌均匀,继续降低温度至60℃,加入5份二乙醇胺反应0.5-1h;
(5)加入余量去离子水搅拌均匀制得环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯溶液。
一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,按重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯10份,异丙醇胺5份,石墨烯添加剂20份,正丁醇0.5份,海藻酸钠和四硼酸钠按质量比1:1组成的成膜助剂3份,30%的氨水溶液1份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯醇按质量比1:1组成的平衡剂1份,去离子水余量
所述的石墨烯添加剂按如下方法制备:将1-5份氧化石墨烯分散到去离子水中,配制成水溶液;再加入5-10份六偏磷酸钠,搅拌溶解,接着加入10-15份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声处理,得到石墨烯添加剂。
本申请的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂有以下方法制成:
(1)将去离子水、平衡剂、成膜剂,在400~600r/min转速下搅拌,加热至50-70℃,待原料完全溶解后降温至30-40℃;
(2)将石墨烯添加剂滴加入到步骤(1)的溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
(3)滴加氨水,调节体系的pH值为9-10,依次加入环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯、异丙醇胺、消泡剂,在800~1000r/min转速条件下,搅拌混合0.5-1h后降温至室温,即可制得润滑剂。
实施例2-6与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于表1。

通过上述方案制备的润滑剂,所述的润滑剂起到润滑减磨的作用,环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯与石墨烯添加剂具有协同作用。所述的石墨烯添加剂在润滑剂中所占的重量百分比为20-25份。如果所述石墨烯添加剂在润滑剂中所占的重量百分比少于20份,则体系润滑效果不佳;如果所述石墨烯添加剂在润滑剂中所占的重量百分比高于25份,则润滑效果改善不明显。

Claims (8)

1.一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,按重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯10-15份,异丙醇胺5-10份,石墨烯添加剂20-25份,消泡剂0.5-1.5份,成膜助剂3-5份,pH调节剂1-3份,平衡剂1-3份,去离子水余量。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯按如下步骤制备:(1)在干燥氮气气体的保护下,将20-25份甲苯二异氰酸酯、20-25份甘油三羟甲基丙烷在60~90℃进行预聚反应3~5 h,然后加入具有活泼氢的化合物在60~90℃进行扩链封端反应1~2 h,得到所述水溶性聚氨酯;(2)向步骤(1)中加入0.1-0.2份氢氧化锂和0.1-0.5份抗氧化剂1010,缓慢升高温度至 190-200℃,反应2-4h;(3)加入20-30份环氧大豆油迅速升高温度至200-220℃,当体系酸值为30-40mg KOH/g时,停止加热;(4)降低温度至 120℃,加入5-8份丙二醇乙醚搅拌均匀,继续降低温度至60℃,加入5-10份二乙醇胺反应0.5-1h;(5)加入余量去离子水搅拌均匀制得环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯溶液。
3.由权利要求1所述的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的石墨烯添加剂按如下方法制备:将1-5份氧化石墨烯分散到去离子水中,配制成水溶液;再加入5-10份六偏磷酸钠,搅拌溶解,接着加入10-15份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声处理,得到石墨烯添加剂。
4.由权利要求1所述的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为正丁醇、正戊醇、正辛醇中的一种或几种。
5.由权利要求1所述的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的成膜助剂由海藻酸钠和四硼酸钠按质量比1-5:1组成。
6.由权利要求1所述的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的pH调节剂为30%的氨水溶液。
7.由权利要求1所述的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的平衡剂由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和聚乙烯醇按质量比1-3:1组成。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的一种含石墨烯添加剂的金属加工多功能润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水、平衡剂、成膜剂,在400~600r/min 转速下搅拌,加热至50-70℃,待原料完全溶解后降温至30-40℃;
(2)将石墨烯添加剂滴加入到步骤(1)的溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
(3)滴加氨水,调节体系的pH值为9-10,依次加入环氧大豆油改性聚氨酯、异丙醇胺、消泡剂,在 800~1000r/min 转速条件下,搅拌混合 0.5-1h后降温至室温,即可制得润滑剂。
