本发明公开了一种杀菌除臭气雾剂及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:金银花提取液70‑80、桂皮提取液30‑40、蔗糖脂肪酸酯0.5‑1、玫瑰花精油0.2‑0.5、绿茶提取液50‑60、乌梅提取液40‑50、常春藤提取液30‑40、苹果多酚2‑3、芦荟多酚2‑3、聚乙二醇0.5‑1、羟丙甲纤维素2‑3、丙酸钙0.1‑0.2。本发明选材来源于绿色植物,产品安全有效、对环境友好,对人、畜无害,本发明可有效清除空气中所含的硫化氢、硫醇、氨、甲胺、烟碱、醛类、酮类、醚类、卤代烃以及低分子脂肪酸等恶臭物质,净化空气,使空气清新自然。

一种杀菌除臭气雾剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种杀菌除臭气雾剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
除臭是增进人、畜健康,净化和美化环境的重要部分。臭味、臭气来自方方面面,它们都直接影响着人、畜的身体健康。臭体可以分为两大类,即硫(S)基化合物类和氮(N)基化合物类。S基化合物类有硫化氢、甲硫醇和乙硫醇等,最常见的硫化氢气体有剧毒,恶臭,可使人、畜中毒甚至死亡,某些含硫化合物也能溢发恶臭,如硫化铵、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、氨基甲酸盐和异硫氰酸盐等。N基化合物有氨与胺类化合物。氨类强烈刺激人、畜的视觉器官,使人、畜中毒或窒息,胺类化合物散发出强烈的恶臭,威胁人、畜的身体健康。传统依靠物理吸附和香味掩盖等除臭剂并不能从根本上消除臭味分子的存在,臭味实际上依然存在,所以除臭效果并不理想,依靠二氧化氯、对二氯苯等化学品除臭,虽然除臭效果相对较好,但其对人和动物的刺激性较大,也不讨人喜欢。因此,研究开发高效、环保、对人畜无害的新型除臭剂是当前空气质量控制中亟待解决的重要难题。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种杀菌除臭气雾剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种杀菌除臭气雾剂,其组成原料的重量份为:金银花提取液70-80、桂皮提取液30-40、蔗糖脂肪酸酯0.5-1、玫瑰花精油0.2-0.5、绿茶提取液50-60、乌梅提取液40-50、常春藤提取液30-40、苹果多酚2-3、芦荟多酚2-3、聚乙二醇0.5-1、羟丙甲纤维素2-3、丙酸钙0.1-0.2。
所述的杀菌除臭气雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将金银花提取液、桂皮提取液进行混合,加入蔗糖脂肪酸酯搅拌均匀,再加入玫瑰花精油继续搅拌,直至形成乳液;
(2)将绿茶提取液、乌梅提取液、常春藤提取液混合,加入苹果多酚、芦荟多酚至完全溶解,再加入聚乙二醇继续搅拌,直至形成均一稳定的溶液;
(3)将步骤(1)的乳液与步骤(2)的溶液混合,加入羟丙甲纤维素和丙酸钙混合均匀,5000-8000转/分离心5-10分钟,将离心上清液装入密闭容器内,再压入抛射剂,得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明选材来源于绿色植物,产品安全有效、对环境友好,对人、畜无害,本发明可有效清除空气中所含的硫化氢、硫醇、氨、甲胺、烟碱、醛类、酮类、醚类、卤代烃以及低分子脂肪酸等恶臭物质,净化空气,使空气清新自然。
2、本发明工艺中金银花提取液、桂皮提取液与蔗糖脂肪酸酯的配合使用,可以维持溶液良好的分散性和乳化性,与玫瑰花精油配合使用可以在净化空气的同时使空气清香,绿茶提取液、苹果多酚等于聚乙二醇的配合使用,可以维持溶液良好的润滑性和分散性,与羟丙甲纤维素和丙酸钙配合使用可以增加保湿和杀菌效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,凡是其他在不脱离本发明核心的情况下做出的简单的变形或修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
一种杀菌除臭气雾剂,其组成原料的重量份(千克)为:金银花提取液70、桂皮提取液30、蔗糖脂肪酸酯0.5、玫瑰花精油0.2、绿茶提取液50、乌梅提取液40、常春藤提取液30、苹果多酚2、芦荟多酚2、聚乙二醇0.5、羟丙甲纤维素2、丙酸钙0.1。
所述的杀菌除臭气雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将金银花提取液、桂皮提取液进行混合,加入蔗糖脂肪酸酯搅拌均匀,再加入玫瑰花精油继续搅拌,直至形成乳液;
(2)将绿茶提取液、乌梅提取液、常春藤提取液混合,加入苹果多酚、芦荟多酚至完全溶解,再加入聚乙二醇继续搅拌,直至形成均一稳定的溶液;
(3)将步骤(1)的乳液与步骤(2)的溶液混合,加入羟丙甲纤维素和丙酸钙混合均匀,5000转/分离心10分钟,将离心上清液装入密闭容器内,再压入抛射剂,得到成品。
将普通除臭剂与本发明除臭剂分别用于养殖场空气除臭,普通除臭剂的除臭效率只有70%,而本发明除臭剂的除臭效率可以达到95%以上,经本发明除臭剂除臭后空气清新自然,无人、畜不适宜症状。

Claims (2)

1.一种杀菌除臭气雾剂,其特征在于,其组成原料的重量份为:金银花提取液70-80、桂皮提取液30-40、蔗糖脂肪酸酯0.5-1、玫瑰花精油0.2-0.5、绿茶提取液50-60、乌梅提取液40-50、常春藤提取液30-40、苹果多酚2-3、芦荟多酚2-3、聚乙二醇0.5-1、羟丙甲纤维素2-3、丙酸钙0.1-0.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌除臭气雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将金银花提取液、桂皮提取液进行混合,加入蔗糖脂肪酸酯搅拌均匀,再加入玫瑰花精油继续搅拌,直至形成乳液;
(2)将绿茶提取液、乌梅提取液、常春藤提取液混合,加入苹果多酚、芦荟多酚至完全溶解,再加入聚乙二醇继续搅拌,直至形成均一稳定的溶液;
(3)将步骤(1)的乳液与步骤(2)的溶液混合,加入羟丙甲纤维素和丙酸钙混合均匀,5000-8000转/分离心5-10分钟,将离心上清液装入密闭容器内,再压入抛射剂,得到成品。
