本发明涉及一种加热器,更确切地说,是一种儿童积木电热加固装置。
背景技术
儿童积木所选用的木材需要精密的优质木材才能保证避免划伤儿童,从而极大的提高了生产成本。对于一些劣质木材,缺乏有效的加工。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种可保证安全的儿童积木电热加固装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种儿童积木电热加固装置,包含一电热器本体,在所述的电热器本体中心设一贯穿孔,在所述的贯穿孔正面设一卡合凹槽,在所述的电热器本体侧面设一第一接线口和一第二接线口。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的电热体本体可加热温度不超过41摄氏度。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的卡合凹槽形状可替换。
由于本发明的儿童积木电热加固装置通过电热器本体加热且加热温度不超过41摄氏度,从而在不烫伤木材的情况下,有效的加固了积木,避免木材出现尖角划伤儿童。且所述的卡合凹槽可替换,从而极大的提高了适用范围,且设有贯穿孔,防止积木因加热膨胀导致的难以取出现象。

如图1、图2所示,一种儿童积木电热加固装置1,包含一电热器本体2,在所述的电热器本体2中心设一贯穿孔3,在所述的贯穿孔3正面设一卡合凹槽4,在所述的电热器本体2侧面设一第一接线口51和一第二接线口52。
如图1、图2所示,所述的电热体本体2可加热温度不超过41摄氏度。
如图1、图2所示,所述的卡合凹槽4形状可替换。
该发明的儿童积木电热加固装置通过电热器本体加热且加热温度不超过41摄氏度,从而在不烫伤木材的情况下,有效的加固了积木,避免木材出现尖角划伤儿童。且所述的卡合凹槽可替换,从而极大的提高了适用范围,且设有贯穿孔,防止积木因加热膨胀导致的难以取出现象。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。
