一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆。
背景技术
目前,电线电缆已经广泛被应用于工业生产、交通运输、建筑工程和设施,甚至包括太空和海洋的高端领域,都会使用到电缆,随着社会经济的发展,电缆品种不断更新和完善,生产量也在持续增加,正因电缆在不同领域的应用,人们对其要求也随之而提高,现有的电缆因材质或结构上的问题并不能满足行业的需要,在一些高温的环境下普通的电缆并不能够正常工作,很容易出现电缆内部结构因高温出现工作不稳定的情况,使信号传输失真等缺点。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、加强层、绝缘层和外护套,所述电缆本体内部设置有多个加强层;所述加强层内部设置有多根导体;所述加强层和导体共同构成缆芯;所述电缆本体内部设置有多根缆芯;且所述缆芯外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外挤包一层耐高温层;所述耐高温层外挤包一层金属编织层;所述金属编织层外挤包一层外护套。
上述的一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,所述绝缘层和缆芯之间间隙部分填充有多根金属加强芯。
上述的一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,所述金属编织层内部环绕设置有多根包塑金属软管。
上述的一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,所述绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯材料制成。
上述的一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,所述外护套采用丁腈聚氯乙烯材料制成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有结构设计合理、隔热效果好和使用方便等优点,所述外护套采用丁腈聚氯乙烯材料制成,能够保证电缆本体在油浸或酸碱环境下使用,防止电缆本体出现表面开裂的情况,有效的杜绝电缆出现短路造成电器损坏的不良情况,且延长了电缆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,它包括电缆本体1,所述电缆本体1包括导体2、加强层3、绝缘层5和外护套9,所述电缆本体1内部设置有多个加强层3;所述加强层3内部设置有多根导体2;所述加强层3和导体2共同构成缆芯;所述电缆本体1内部设置有多根缆芯;且所述缆芯外设置一层绝缘层5;所述绝缘层5外挤包一层耐高温层6;所述耐高温层6外挤包一层金属编织层7;所述金属编织层7外挤包一层外护套9。
所述导体2外包裹的一层加强层3可以有效的保护导体2,防止导体2出现断裂的情况,延长了导体2的使用寿命;所述金属加强芯4提高了电缆本体1的抗拉伸强度,延长了电缆在拖拽工作环境下的使用寿命,从而降低了使用成本;所述绝缘层5采用交联聚乙烯材料制成,该材料的绝缘可靠性大,具有良好的机械物理性能、耐环境应力开裂性能以及耐磨性,能够承受集中的机械应力;所述耐高温层6遇火后会结成硬壳生成多空隙和高发泡的热阻材料,具有优异的防撞击性能和抗高温能力;所述金属编织层7大幅度提高了电缆的抗拉和抗弯性能,提高了电缆本体1的强度,且起到了良好的电磁屏蔽性能,减少了电缆本体1在传输信号时出现信号衰减等问题;所述包塑金属软管8不仅可以随意弯曲,而且具有一定张力,电缆在受到重力牵扯或重物挤压时不会出现破裂等情况;所述外护套9采用丁腈聚氯乙烯材料制成,能够保证电缆本体1在油浸或酸碱环境下使用,防止电缆本体1出现表面开裂的情况,有效的杜绝电缆出现短路造成电器损坏的不良情况,且延长了电缆的使用寿命。

1.一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,它包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括导体、加强层、绝缘层和外护套,其特征在于:所述电缆本体内部设置有多个加强层;所述加强层内部设置有多根导体;所述加强层和导体共同构成缆芯;所述电缆本体内部设置有多根缆芯;且所述缆芯外设置一层绝缘层;所述绝缘层外挤包一层耐高温层;所述耐高温层外挤包一层金属编织层;所述金属编织层外挤包一层外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层和缆芯之间间隙部分填充有多根金属加强芯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,其特征在于:所述金属编织层内部环绕设置有多根包塑金属软管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃隔热型通信电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套采用丁腈聚氯乙烯材料制成。
