Abstract
本发明公开一种输液装置,属于医疗器械领域,包括液体软袋(1)、输液器(2)、加药管(3)、三通a(5),所述液体软袋(1)与输液器(2)螺纹连接,所述三通a(5)串联在输液器(2)上部,三通a(5)的另一通道从外向内依次设有防水透气膜(7)、过滤膜(10),所述加药管(3)的上端设有与导管a(11)的下端适配的螺纹,加药管(3)的下部串联有三通b(6),所述三通b(6)的另一通道从外向内依次设有防水透气膜(7)、过滤膜(10),加药管(3)的下端设有瓶针(31)。本发明结构精巧、使用安全可靠、操作方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别涉及一种输液装置。
背景技术
现有输液器中的液体软袋与输液器由穿刺的方式连接,在穿刺时,会产生橡胶碎屑,碎屑进入血液会给人体带来极大地伤害。而且现有的输液器带有一条较长的进气支管,输液时,需要将进气支管绑在液体软袋上,操作比较繁琐。同时当需要配伍药物时,需要额外的空针,吸取药液注入药瓶,待药物混合均匀后,再通过空针将药物注入液体软袋,这种方式不仅操作繁琐而且需要额外的医疗用品,在外出救治或者其他用品不全时甚至威胁到患者的生命安全。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种输液装置,结构精巧、使用安全可靠、操作方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明公开的一种输液装置,包括液体软袋、输液器、三通a,所述液体软袋与输液器螺纹连接,所述三通a串联在输液器上部,三通a的另一通道从外向内依次设有防水透气膜、过滤膜,所述加药管的上端设有与导管a的下端适配的螺纹,加药管的下部串联有三通b,所述三通b的另一通道设有防水透气膜,加药管的下端设有瓶针。
优选的,所述液体软袋底部设有导管a,所述导管a的下端设有与输液器的上端适配的螺纹。
优选的,还包括密封盖,所述密封盖与导管a的下端螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述密封盖的外侧壁设有防滑槽。
进一步的,所述导管a设有导管夹。
优选的,所述液体软袋底部还设有导管b,所述导管b的下端由橡胶塞密封,所述橡胶塞由拉盖密封。
优选的,还包括加药管,
进一步的,所述导管a的下部、输液器的上部、加药管的上部分别设有一对凸楞,所述凸楞沿管体外壁轴向设置,两个凸楞位于管体的对立面。
进一步的,所述三通a和三通b均设有进气孔塞。
优选的,所述三通a和三通b分别通过连接带与各自的进气孔塞连接。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.液体软袋与输液器通过螺纹连接,连接稳固、不会产生橡胶碎屑;
2.加药操作更方便,节省步骤,节省时间,还能减少药液与空气接触的机会,减少药液被污染的机会;
3.防水透气膜能够避免药液流出,还能让空气进入避免形成负压;
4.过滤膜能够出去空气中的细菌和扬尘等,避免药液污染;
5.进气装置不需要额外的固定操作,节约步骤,操作方便;
6.液体软袋底部设有导管a,配合上螺纹的连接方式,能够将液体软袋里药液全部放空,避免浪费;
7.密封盖能够保证液体软袋内药液的卫生;
8.密封盖的外侧壁设有防滑槽,方便开启;
9.导管a设有导管夹,能够保证液体软袋开启、连接输液器或者加药管时不损失药液;
10.加药管用于给液体软袋内加药,用品齐全,避免紧急情况时找不到空针,耽误治疗时机;
11.凸楞的设置,利于螺纹连接,避免打滑;
12.进气孔塞的设置,能够在不需要进气的时候关闭进气口;
13.连接带能够避免进气孔塞在不使用时掉落。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1-6所示,本发明公开的一种输液装置,包括液体软袋1、输液器2、三通a5,液体软袋1与输液器2螺纹连接,三通a5串联在输液器2上部,三通a5的另一通道从外向内依次设有防水透气膜7、过滤膜10,液体软袋1底部设有导管a11,导管a11的下端设有与输液器2的上端适配的螺纹,还包括密封盖12,密封盖12与导管a11的下端螺纹连接,密封盖12的外侧壁设有防滑槽,导管a11设有导管夹4,液体软袋1底部还设有导管b13,导管b13的下端由橡胶塞密封,橡胶塞由拉盖14密封还包括加药管3,加药管3的上端设有与导管a11的下端适配的螺纹,加药管3的下部串联有三通b6,三通b6的另一通道从外向内依次设有防水透气膜7、过滤膜10,加药管3的下端设有瓶针31,导管a11的下部、输液器2的上部、加药管3的上部分别设有一对凸楞,凸楞沿管体外壁轴向设置,两个凸楞位于管体的对立面,三通a5和三通b6均设有进气孔塞8,三通a5和三通b6分别通过连接带9与各自的进气孔塞8连接。
本发明的使用方法:加药时,关闭导管a11的导管夹4,开启密封盖12,然后通过加药管3上部的螺纹与导管a11下部的螺纹连接,利用凸楞旋转螺纹至紧密连接,然后开启连接加药管3的导管a11的导管夹4,待药液充满加药管3,再利用瓶针31刺进药瓶,如果药瓶内为液体,直接开启进气孔塞8,将药瓶倒立置高,药液即可流回液体软袋1,如果药瓶内为粉末药品,用力积压液体软袋1,药液即可进入药瓶,待粉末药品完全溶解再将药瓶倒立置高,药液即可流回液体软袋1,然后关闭导管a11的导管夹4,旋转取掉加药管3,然后通过输液器2上部的螺纹与导管a11下部的螺纹连接,利用凸楞旋转螺纹至紧密连接,然后开启导管夹4,让药液进入输液器即可进行输液操作;如果要配伍的药品装在安瓿等没有插接部的容器中时,还是可以用空针从导管b13的橡胶塞14注入。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种输液装置,其特征在于:包括液体软袋(1)、输液器(2)、加药管(3)、三通a(5),所述液体软袋(1)与输液器(2)螺纹连接,所述三通a(5)串联在输液器(2)上部,三通a(5)的另一通道从外向内依次设有防水透气膜(7)、过滤膜(10),所述加药管(3)的上端设有与导管a(11)的下端适配的螺纹,加药管(3)的下部串联有三通b(6),所述三通b(6)的另一通道从外向内依次设有防水透气膜(7)、过滤膜(10),加药管(3)的下端设有瓶针(31)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液装置,其特征在于:所述液体软袋(1)底部设有导管a(11),所述导管a(11)的下端设有与输液器(2)的上端适配的螺纹。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种输液装置,其特征在于:还包括密封盖(12),所述密封盖(12)与导管a(11)的下端螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种输液装置,其特征在于:所述密封盖(12)的外侧壁设有防滑槽。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种输液装置,其特征在于:所述导管a(11)设有导管夹(4)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种输液装置,其特征在于:所述液体软袋(1)底部还设有导管b(13),所述导管b(13)的下端由橡胶塞密封,所述橡胶塞由拉盖(14)密封。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种输液装置,其特征在于:所述导管a(11)的下部、输液器(2)的上部、加药管(3)的上部分别设有一对凸楞,所述凸楞沿管体外壁轴向设置,两个凸楞位于管体的对立面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液装置,其特征在于:所述三通a(5)和三通b(6)均设有进气孔塞(8)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种输液装置,其特征在于:所述三通a(5)和三通b(6)分别通过连接带(9)与各自的进气孔塞(8)连接。
