The invention discloses a mailbox processing method and device. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: selecting one or more contacts in the mailbox as priority contacts; establishing a mail list corresponding to each priority contact; wherein the mailing list includes incoming and outgoing mails of the priority contacts; and after receiving an operation instruction of the user for the priority contact person, calling the mail list of the priority contact person for the user to perform mail processing operation. By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the important contacts of the mailbox can be aggregated, and the functions of quickly checking the mails and sending the mails to each other aiming at the important contacts can be realized. The requirement that the user can quickly and conveniently communicate with the important contact is met, the work efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.

Further, the method further comprises: displaying the names of the priority contacts at the top of the mail list of the priority contacts; and hiding the mailing list in a sliding mode, and editing the mailing list in a long press mode.
Further, the method further comprises: displaying the names of the priority contacts on the side bar of the mail list of the priority contacts; and the names of the priority contacts are in the same level with the receiving and sending boxes of the mailboxes.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the examples, but without limiting the invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a mailbox processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, selecting one or more contacts in the mailbox as priority contacts;
step S104, establishing a mail list corresponding to each priority contact; the mail list comprises the incoming and outgoing mails of the priority contact persons;
and step S106, after receiving an operation instruction of the user for the priority contact, calling a mail list of the priority contact for the user to perform mail processing operation. The mail processing operation mainly comprises: viewing incoming and outgoing mails of the prior contact; alternatively, an email is sent to the priority contact.
The operation instruction of the user for the priority contact may be: the user may perform other types of operations such as a double-click operation or a long-press operation with respect to the priority contact.
By the method, the important contact persons of the mailbox can be aggregated, and the functions of quickly checking the mails and sending the mails to each other aiming at the important contact persons are realized. The requirement that the user can quickly and conveniently communicate with the important contact is met, the work efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a preferred flowchart of a mailbox processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:

The names of the priority contacts can also be displayed on the side column of the mail list, and the names of the priority contacts are in the same level with the receiving and sending boxes of the mailbox and exist as a conventional function of the mailbox APP. The mail processing operation mainly comprises: viewing incoming and outgoing mails of the prior contact; alternatively, an email is sent to the priority contact.
The operation instruction of the user for the priority contact may be: the user may perform other types of operations such as a double-click operation or a long-press operation with respect to the priority contact.

and after receiving an operation instruction of the user for the priority contact person, calling the mail list of the priority contact person for the user to perform mail processing operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the operation instruction of the user for the priority contact comprises: and clicking operation of the user for the priority contact.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the mail processing operation comprises:
viewing incoming and outgoing emails of the priority contacts; or,
and sending an email to the priority contact.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
displaying the names of the priority contacts at the top of the mail list of the priority contacts; and hiding the mailing list in a sliding mode, and editing the mailing list in a long press mode.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
displaying the names of the priority contacts on the side bar of the mail list of the priority contacts; and the names of the priority contacts are in the same level with the receiving and sending boxes of the mailboxes.
6. Mailbox processing apparatus, characterised in that it comprises:
the priority setting module is used for selecting one or more contacts in the mailbox as priority contacts;
the list establishing module is used for establishing a mail list corresponding to each priority contact; wherein the mailing list includes incoming and outgoing mails of the priority contacts;
and the mail processing module is used for calling the mail list of the priority contact person after receiving an operation instruction of the user for the priority contact person so as to provide the user with mail processing operation.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the operation instruction of the user for the priority contact comprises: and clicking operation of the user for the priority contact.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the mail processing operation comprises: viewing incoming and outgoing emails of the priority contacts; or sending an email to the priority contact.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the first display module is used for displaying the names of the priority contacts at the top of the mail list of the priority contacts; and hiding the mailing list in a sliding mode, and editing the mailing list in a long press mode.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second display module is used for displaying the names of the priority contacts on the side bar of the mail list of the priority contacts; and the names of the priority contacts are in the same level with the receiving and sending boxes of the mailboxes.
