本发明涉及一种防晒美白面料,该面料由下列重量份数的原料混纺织造:竹纤维4080份,长绒棉纤维4080份,珍珠纤维1030份,亚麻纤维1030份,芦荟纤维1020份,云母纤维1020份,牛奶蛋白纤维520份,然后经过抗菌防晒整理液处理而成,所述抗菌防晒整理液包含壳聚糖510份,茶多酚510份,2羟基4甲氧基二苯甲酮0.53份,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.53份,三聚磷酸钠0.52份,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵58份,聚乙二醇510份,聚六亚甲基双胍510份,纳米二氧化钛515份,N十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺38份,水性聚胺酯510份。该面料具有超强抗菌防晒功效,并且美白护肤功效,质地凉爽、抗起球、透气、吸湿性好、柔软舒适而又耐磨,非常适合内衣、外衣、衬衫、T恤等衣物的制作。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种纺织面料,具体而言涉及一种防晒美白面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对纺织服装提出了更高的要求,不仅要求美观大方、穿着舒适,转而将目光集中在具有保健、安全等特殊功能的功能性面料上,而且提出了防晒美白护肤的要求。
同时大量化学物质破坏了大气层中的臭氧层,破坏了这道保护人类健康的天然屏障。据国家气象中心提供的报告显示,1979年以来中国大气臭氧层总量逐年减少,在20年间臭氧层减少了14%。而臭氧层每递减1%,皮肤癌的发病率就会上升3%。长期紫外线照射最易造成皮肤产生各种色斑、皮肤病,甚至是皮癌,还可能造成降低生物体免疫功能,使人容易得病。人们出门时大多会涂抹防晒霜以削弱紫外线辐射,但是该种方式效果有限,并且不方便,长时间涂抹化学物质也会伤害皮肤。因此,人们更多的把注意力放在研发抗紫外线衣物上。
不同纤维的性能各异,各具优缺点,通过混纺交织复合可以取长补短,大大改善面料的性能。由纤维组成的纺织品面料,由于其多孔式物体形状和高分子聚合物的化学结构利于微生物附着,成为微生物生存、繁殖的良好寄生体。寄生体除了对人体的危害之外还会污染纤维,因而抗菌防晒面料的主要目的就是消除这些不利影响。现在市场上的抗菌防晒面料一般采用棉纤维、竹炭纤维等材料纺织而成,但是面料的效果不尽如人意,一般的面料抗菌防晒效果不明显,保健效果功能更是微乎其微,完全不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防晒美白面料,该面料先由下列重量份数的原料混纺织造:竹纤维40-80份,长绒棉纤维40-80份,珍珠纤维10-30份,亚麻纤维10-30份,芦荟纤维10-20份,云母纤维10-20份,牛奶蛋白纤维5-20份,然后经过抗菌防晒整理液处理而成。
在本发明一个具体的实施方式中,所述的一种防晒美白面料,其中所述抗菌防晒整理液包含壳聚糖5-10份,茶多酚5-10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5-3份,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.5-3份,三聚磷酸钠0.5-2份,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵5-8份,聚乙二醇5-10份,聚六亚甲基双胍5-10份,纳米二氧化钛5-15份,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺3-8份,水性聚胺酯5-10份。

本发明另一方面提供一种防晒美白面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份取竹纤维、长绒棉纤维、珍珠纤维、亚麻纤维、芦荟纤维、云母纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维,混纺织造,得混纺面料;
(2)取壳聚糖,茶多酚,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯,三聚磷酸钠,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵,聚乙二醇加入到适量的水中,采用高速剪切均质机均质,得初次整理液,将混纺面料置于初次整理液中,按浴比1:20-30,于40-50℃下保温震荡18-22min,浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
(3)取聚六亚甲基双胍,纳米二氧化钛,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺,水性聚胺酯,加入到适量的水中,采用高速剪切均质机均质,得二次整理液,将步骤(2)处理后的面料置于二次整理液中,按浴比1:35-40,于42-46℃下保温震荡18-22min,浸轧,30℃烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥,60℃下烘焙10-18s。
竹纤维作为一种纤维素纤维是由人们所熟知的竹子加工而成的一种天然高聚物。竹纤维因其大分子的特殊结构,而具有良好抑止细菌生长、吸附异味等保健功能,且吸湿透气、可生物降解,被誉为新世纪的绿色纤维。
珍珠纤维既有珍珠养颜护肤功效,又有粘胶纤维吸湿透气、穿着舒适的特性。珍珠纤维表面均匀分布珍珠微粒,长期与皮肤接触,具有珍珠养颜护肤、清火败毒、嫩白肌肤、抗紫外线的功效。珍珠纤维含有多种氨基酸和微量元素,纤维表面光滑凉爽,有珍珠般光泽。人体穿着珍珠纤维内衣,纤维上的珍珠纳米微粒与肌肤亲密接触,汗液中的乳酸会溶出纤维中部分珍珠营养成分,通过皮肤被吸收,促进人体肌肤超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,抑制黑色素的合成保持皮肤白皙悉尼。此外,由于SOD具有清楚自由基的作用,可防止皮肤衰老起皱。
云母纤维具有冰凉效果,薄层云母本身完全透明无色,其熔点高达1300度,且在高温550度以下性质完全不会改变。云母的热传导速率为涤纶的5倍以上。加上纳米云母表面带电荷,故水和作用颇高,即含水率极高,需在500度以上才可以将水脱除,如此一来,高含水,也带动降温作用,所以在双重效果“高热传导率+高吸热效果”的作用下,将促使纳米层云母成为新一代的降温散热材料。
牛奶蛋白纤维是以牛乳作为基本原料,经过脱水、脱油、脱脂、分离、提纯,使之成为一种具有线型大分子结构的乳酪蛋白;再与聚丙烯腈采用高科技手段进行共混、交联、接枝,制备成纺丝原液;最后通过湿法纺丝成纤、固化、牵伸、干燥、卷曲、定形、短纤维切断(长丝卷绕)而成的。它是一种有别于天然纤维、再生纤维和合成纤维的新型动物蛋白纤维,人们又叫它牛奶丝、牛奶纤维。牛奶纤维制品富含对人体有益的十八种氨基酸,能促进人体细胞新陈代谢,防止皮肤衰老、瘙痒,营养肌肤;具有天然保湿因子,因此能保持皮肤水份含量,使皮肤柔润光滑,减少皱纹,具有广谱抑菌功能,持久性强,天然抑菌功能达99%以上,抗菌率达80%以上。
本发明由多种纤维混纺而成,充分发挥各种纤维的优点,使该面料具有超强抗菌防晒功效,并且美白护肤功效,质地凉爽、抗起球、透气、吸湿性好、柔软舒适而又耐磨,非常适合内衣、外衣、衬衫、T恤等衣物的制作。
本发明中重量份可以转换成任意的重量单位。

对比例4:
一种防晒美白面料,该面料先由下列重量份数的原料混纺织造:竹纤维60份,长绒棉纤维50份,珍珠纤维20份,亚麻纤维25份,芦荟纤维15份,云母纤维20份,牛奶蛋白纤维15份,然后经过抗菌防晒整理液处理而成;所述抗菌防晒整理液包含壳聚糖8份,茶多酚6份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2份,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯1份,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵6份,聚乙二醇8份,聚六亚甲基双胍5份,纳米二氧化钛10份,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺6份,水性聚胺酯5份;
制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份取竹纤维、长绒棉纤维、珍珠纤维、亚麻纤维、芦荟纤维、云母纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维,混纺织造,得混纺面料;
(2)取壳聚糖,茶多酚,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵,聚乙二醇加入到适量的水中,采用高速剪切均质机均质,得初次整理液,将混纺面料置于初次整理液中,按浴比1:20,于40℃下保温震荡20min,浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
(3)取聚六亚甲基双胍,纳米二氧化钛,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺,水性聚胺酯,加入到适量的水中,采用高速剪切均质机均质,得二次整理液,将步骤(2)处理后的面料置于二次整理液中,按浴比1:35,于45℃下保温震荡20min,浸轧,30℃烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥,60℃下烘焙15s。
实施例4:抑菌性测评
评价织物抗菌性能的持久性,主要是对织物进行抗菌性能的耐洗性试验,织物的洗涤试验参照《FZ/T73023—2006抗菌针织品》中附录C的简化洗涤条件及程序,对待测织物洗涤50次。抗菌织物性能测试方法参照《FZ/T73023—2006抗菌针织品》中附录D的振荡法。振荡法是模仿人体的穿着条件,使细菌在振荡条件下与服装接触,通过计算细菌减少率,确定抗菌性能大小的一种方法。振荡法测试步骤是:将待测试样放入含有一定浓度的细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌菌种)培养液中,然后把试样置于往复式振荡器上,在(24±1)℃下,以150r/min的速度振荡18h,通过振荡使试样织物与菌液充分接触后,在(37±1)℃生化培养箱中培养24h,测定振荡前后细菌的菌落数,通过菌落计数方法来定量评价抗菌效果。
振荡法测试抗菌性能的计算:
抑菌率(%)=(A-B)/A×100% 其中,A为标准空白试样振荡18h后菌落数;B为待测试样振荡18h后菌落数。表1为检测得到的结果。

表1中的数据表明,本发明实施例1-3制备的的抗菌防晒面料具有较高的抑菌效果,抑菌率都达到99%以上;表1中数据还表明对比例1不使用亚麻纤维、对比例2不使用聚乙二醇以及对比例4不使用三聚磷酸钠后面料的抗菌性能下降,这说明并且本发明的各种组分相互协同,共同发挥作用。
实施例5 防晒效果测评
紫外线是一种电磁波,可分为3个区:近紫外区UVA(315~400nm)、远紫外区UVB(280~315nm)和极短紫外区UVC(100—280nm)。极短紫外线进人大气层直接被大气层吸收,对人体几乎无伤害,因此,测试波长为280~400nm处织物的透过率可用于评价面料的防紫外线效果。
将实施例1-3以及对比例1-4面料水洗50次,测定其紫外线透过率(%),结果见表2。

表2的数据表明,本发明实施例1-3的面料具有较强的防紫外线的能力,对UVA和UVB的透过率均小于1%;表2中数据还表明对比例1不使用亚麻纤维、对比例2不使用聚乙二醇、对比例3不使用邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯以及对比例4不使用三聚磷酸钠后面料的防紫外线性能下降,这说明并且本发明的各种组分相互协同,共同发挥作用。
Claims (6)
1.一种防晒美白面料,该面料先由下列重量份数的原料混纺织造:竹纤维40-80份,长绒棉纤维40-80份,珍珠纤维10-30份,亚麻纤维10-30份,芦荟纤维10-20份,云母纤维10-20份,牛奶蛋白纤维5-20份,然后经过抗菌防晒整理液处理而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防晒美白面料,其中所述抗菌防晒整理液包含壳聚糖5-10份,茶多酚5-10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5-3份,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.5-3份,三聚磷酸钠0.5-2份,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵5-8份,聚乙二醇5-10份,聚六亚甲基双胍5-10份,纳米二氧化钛5-15份,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺3-8份,水性聚胺酯5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种防晒美白面料,该面料先由下列重量份数的原料混纺织造:竹纤维60份,长绒棉纤维50份,珍珠纤维20份,亚麻纤维25份,芦荟纤维15份,云母纤维20份,牛奶蛋白纤维15份,然后经过抗菌防晒整理液处理而成;所述抗菌防晒整理液包含壳聚糖8份,茶多酚6份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2份,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯1份,三聚磷酸钠1.5份,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵6份,聚乙二醇8份,聚六亚甲基双胍5份,纳米二氧化钛10份,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺6份,水性聚胺酯5份。
4.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种防晒美白面料,该面料先由下列重量份数的原料混纺织造:竹纤维50份,长绒棉纤维60份,珍珠纤维25份,亚麻纤维20份,芦荟纤维16份,云母纤维20份,牛奶蛋白纤维10份,然后经过抗菌防晒整理液处理而成;所述抗菌防晒整理液包含壳聚糖5份,茶多酚10份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2份,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯1份,三聚磷酸钠2份,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵8份,聚乙二醇5份,聚六亚甲基双胍8份,纳米二氧化钛12份,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺6份,水性聚胺酯8份。
5.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种防晒美白面料,该面料先由下列重量份数的原料混纺织造:竹纤维45份,长绒棉纤维65份,珍珠纤维15份,亚麻纤维25份,芦荟纤维12份,云母纤维18份,牛奶蛋白纤维20份,然后经过抗菌防晒整理液处理而成;所述抗菌防晒整理液包含壳聚糖10份,茶多酚5份,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2.5份,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯1.5份,三聚磷酸钠1.5份,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵6份,聚乙二醇7份,聚六亚甲基双胍10份,纳米二氧化钛15份,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺8份,水性聚胺酯6份。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的一种防晒美白面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份取竹纤维、长绒棉纤维、珍珠纤维、亚麻纤维、芦荟纤维、云母纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维,混纺织造,得混纺面料;
(2)取壳聚糖,茶多酚,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯,三聚磷酸钠,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵,聚乙二醇加入到适量的水中,采用高速剪切均质机均质,得初次整理液,将混纺面料置于初次整理液中,按浴比1:20-30,于40-50℃下保温震荡18-22min,浸轧,30℃烘干,备用;
(3)取聚六亚甲基双胍,纳米二氧化钛,N-十二烷基葡糖基月桂酰胺,水性聚胺酯,加入到适量的水中,采用高速剪切均质机均质,得二次整理液,将步骤(2)处理后的面料置于二次整理液中,按浴比1:35-40,于42-46℃下保温震荡18-22min,浸轧,30℃烘干,用去离子水清洗织物表面残留物,自然干燥,60℃下烘焙10-18s。
