Abstract
The invention relates to a flexible circuit board, a liquid crystal display module and a terminal, wherein the flexible circuit board comprises a main body, a first branch and a second branch, the first branch and the second branch are both connected to the main body, and the first branch and the second branch are spaced; the main body is connected with a backlight lamp; the first branch can be bent relative to the main body, and one end of the first branch, which is far away from the main body, is used for connecting a key lamp; the second branch can be bent relative to the main body, and one end, far away from the main body, of the second branch is used for welding the main board. The flexible circuit board can be connected with both the key lamp and the backlight lamp, so that a main board of the terminal can provide electric signals for the backlight lamp and the key lamp through the flexible circuit board, the flexible circuit board is simple in structure, occupies a small using space, and reduces production cost.

The invention relates to the field of electronic equipment, in particular to a flexible circuit board, a liquid crystal display module and a terminal.

The button structure of the liquid crystal display module of present cell-phone is realized through the flexible circuit board of key lamp and electricity connection key lamp, and is concrete, and the key lamp is located the button flexible circuit board, and the button flexible circuit board passes through the double faced adhesive tape bonding on the touch-sensitive screen, and the button flexible circuit board links together through the mainboard of button pad or button grafting golden finger and cell-phone. The key lamp is controlled to emit light through the mainboard through the key flexible circuit board, the light of the key lamp uniformly penetrates through the keys on the touch screen through the light guide plate, and then the key position can be seen to shine in the front of the front-view liquid crystal display module. The invention also provides a liquid crystal display module which comprises any one of the flexible circuit boards, a touch panel, a liquid crystal display panel, a key lamp and a backlight lamp; the touch panel comprises a key touch area and a display touch area connected with the key touch area; the liquid crystal display panel is correspondingly attached to the display touch area; the key lamp is fixed in the key touch area and is positioned on the same side of the touch panel with the liquid crystal display panel; the backlight lamp is fixed on the side, opposite to the touch panel, of the liquid crystal display panel; the main body is electrically connected with the backlight lamp, and the first branch is electrically connected with the key lamp.
The invention further provides a terminal, wherein the terminal further comprises the liquid crystal display module, the terminal further comprises a main board and a shell, the main board and the liquid crystal display module are fixed in the shell, and the main board is electrically connected with the second branch.
The flexible circuit board, the liquid crystal display module and the terminal are used for connecting a backlight lamp on the main body; the first branch can be bent relative to the main body, and one end of the first branch, which is far away from the main body, is used for connecting a key lamp; the second branch can be bent relative to the main body, one end, far away from the main body, of the second branch is used for welding the main board, so that the flexible circuit board can be connected with the key lamp and the backlight lamp, the main board of the terminal can provide electric signals for the backlight lamp and the key lamp through the flexible circuit board, the flexible circuit board is simple in structure, small in occupied use space and low in production cost.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 together, the liquid crystal display module 100 according to the present invention includes a flexible circuit board 10, a touch panel 20, a liquid crystal display panel 30, a key lamp 40 and a backlight 50. The flexible circuit board 10 includes a main body 11, a first branch 12 and a second branch 13, wherein the first branch 12 and the second branch 13 are both connected to the main body 11, and the first branch 12 and the second branch 13 are spaced apart. The touch panel 20 includes a key touch area 21 and a display touch area 22 connected to the key touch area 21. The liquid crystal display panel 30 is correspondingly attached to the display touch area 22. The key lamp 40 is fixed to the key touch area 21 and located on the same side of the touch panel 20 as the liquid crystal display panel 30. The backlight 50 is fixed on the liquid crystal display panel 30 opposite to the touch panel 20. The main body 11 is electrically connected to the backlight 50, and the first branch 12 is electrically connected to the key lamp 30. It can be understood that the liquid crystal display module 100 is applied to a terminal, and the terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, or the like.
A backlight 50 connected to the main body 11; the first branch 12 can be bent relative to the main body 11, and one end of the first branch 12 away from the main body 11 is used for connecting a key lamp 40. The second branch 13 can be bent relative to the main body 11, and one end of the second branch 13, which is far away from the main body 11, is used for welding a main board, so that the flexible circuit board 10 can be connected with both the key lamp 40 and the backlight lamp 50, and further, the main board of the terminal can provide electric signals to the backlight lamp 50 and the key lamp 40 through the flexible circuit board 10, so that the flexible circuit board 10 has a simple structure, occupies a small use space, and reduces production cost.
The flexible circuit board 10 is formed by laminating a flexible substrate, a copper foil layer, and a cover film in this order. The copper foil layer constitutes a conductive circuit electrically connecting the key lamp 40 and the backlight 50. The first branch 12 and the second branch 13 are both integral with the body 11. The key lamp 40 penetrates through the cover film of the first branch 12 and is welded on the copper foil layer of the first branch 12; the backlight 50 penetrates through the cover film of the main body 11 and is welded on the copper foil layer of the main body 11; the pad 131 of the second branch 13 is electrically connected to the key lamp 40 and the backlight 50 through a copper foil layer, and the pad 131 is electrically connected to the main board of the terminal. And the main board of the terminal is electrically connected to the key lamp 40 and the backlight 50 through the flexible circuit board 10.
The touch panel 20 is formed by integrating a touch layer in a glass layer. The key touch area 21 and the display touch area 22 are respectively located at an upper position and a lower position of the touch panel 20 in the length direction. The display touch area 22 is used for assisting the liquid crystal display surface 30 to collect touch information so as to realize a human-computer interaction function. The key touch area 21 is used for collecting key touch information and implementing a manual instruction operation function. In other embodiments, the touch panel 20 may be formed by depositing a touch layer on one side of a glass layer, and the key lamp 40 and the liquid crystal display panel 30 are both attached to the touch layer of the touch panel 20.
The liquid crystal display panel 30 is used for displaying pictures, and the liquid crystal display panel 30 is composed of an upper base layer, a transistor layer and a lower base layer which are sequentially stacked. The upper base layer is attached to the display touch area 22. After the backlight 50 provides a backlight to the liquid crystal display panel 30, the liquid crystal display panel 30 is assisted in image formation.
The key lamp 40 and the backlight 50 are both LED lamps. The key lamp 40 provides light to the key touch area 21, thereby identifying a key position of the key touch area 21. The backlight 50 provides a backlight to the liquid crystal display panel 30, so that the liquid crystal display panel 30 can be clearly imaged.
Further, the liquid crystal display module 100 further includes a light guide plate 60, the light guide plate 60 is attached to the key touch area 21, and the key lamp 40 is attached to the light guide plate 60. After the key lamp 40 is turned on, the light of the key lamp 40 is transmitted into the light guide plate 60, and the light guide plate 60 transmits the light of the key lamp 40 to the key touch area 21, so that the key touch area 21 is illuminated, and a user can conveniently operate on the key touch area 21. The light of the key lamp 40 is transmitted by the light guide plate 60, so that the light passing through the key touch area 21 is soft, energy-saving and durable.
The liquid crystal display module 100 further includes a backlight plate 70, the backlight plate 70 is correspondingly attached to the liquid crystal display panel 30 and the opposite side of the touch panel 20, and the backlight 50 is attached to the backlight plate 70. When the backlight 50 is turned on, light from the backlight 50 enters from one side of the backlight 70 and exits from the backlight 70 while being attached to one surface of the liquid crystal display panel 30, thereby providing a light background for the liquid crystal display panel 30.
Specifically, the light guide plate 60 is in a strip shape, and the length direction of the light guide plate 60 is parallel to the width direction of the touch panel 20; the number of the key lamps 40 is two, and the two key lamps 40 are respectively attached to two ends of the light guide plate 60 in the length direction; the number of the backlight lamps 50 is plural, and the plural backlight lamps 50 are arranged at equal intervals along the width direction of the backlight plate 70. The main body 11 is in a strip shape, the length direction of the main body 11 is parallel to the width direction of the backlight 70, and the main body 11 is attached to the plurality of backlights 70; the number of the first branches 12 is two, the two first branches 12 are respectively and correspondingly connected with the two key lamps 40, the two first branches 12 are respectively connected to two ends of the main body 11 in the length direction, and the second branch 13 is located between the two first branches 11. The light guide plate 60 includes two end surfaces (not labeled) in the length direction, and the key lamp 40 is attached to the end surfaces. Therefore, the light of the key lamp 40 enters from the end surface and exits from the surface of the light guide plate 60 attached to the key touch area 21. The two key lamps 40 are used for providing light to the two ends of the light guide plate 60, so that the light emitted from the light guide plate 60 is uniform. The two second branches 13 respectively provide an electrical signal to the two key lamps 40, and simultaneously control the on/off of the two key lamps 40, so that the flexible circuit board 10 has a simple structure. The plurality of backlights 50 are arranged at one end of the backlight 70 in the longitudinal direction, so that the backlight 70 emits light uniformly. The second branch 13 is located between the two first branches 12, so that the flexible circuit board 10 has a reduced size, a simple structure, a reduced use space of the flexible circuit board 10, and convenience for connecting the flexible circuit board 10 to a terminal main board.
Further, the key touch area 21 is coated with an ink layer (not shown), the ink layer is provided with a plurality of patterned keys 211, the light guide plate 60 covers the plurality of keys, and the plurality of keys 211 transmit light of the light guide plate 60. The plurality of keys 211 may be formed by etching the ink layer, the ink layer blocks light of the light guide plate 60, and the keys 211 penetrate the light of the light guide plate 60, so that a patterned light emitting area can be displayed on the other side of the touch panel 20, and a key position of the key touch area 21 is identified, thereby facilitating user operation. More specifically, the first branch 12 is attached to the key touch area 21 by using an adhesive, and the key lamp 40 is attached to the side of the first branch 12 opposite to the touch panel 20, so that the flexible circuit board 10 and the touch panel 20 are stable in structure. Meanwhile, the main body 11 and the backlight 50 are integrated in the backlight 70, so that the flexible circuit board 100 and the backlight 70 are structurally stable. The backlight plate 70 is bonded to the lower substrate of the lcd panel 30 by an optical adhesive, so that the lcd module 100 has a stable structure.
The invention further provides a terminal, which comprises the liquid crystal display module 100, a main board (not shown) and a housing (not shown), wherein the main board and the liquid crystal display module 100 are fixed in the housing, the main board is electrically connected with the second branch 13, and the main board controls the key lamp 40 and the backlight lamp 50 to be turned off or on through the flexible circuit board 10. The terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer and the like.
The flexible circuit board, the liquid crystal display module and the terminal are used for connecting a backlight lamp on the main body; the first branch can be bent relative to the main body, and one end of the first branch, which is far away from the main body, is used for connecting a key lamp; the second branch can be bent relative to the main body, one end, far away from the main body, of the second branch is used for welding the main board, so that the flexible circuit board can be connected with the key lamp and the backlight lamp, the main board of the terminal can provide electric signals for the backlight lamp and the key lamp through the flexible circuit board, the flexible circuit board is simple in structure, small in occupied use space and low in production cost.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A flexible circuit board, comprising a main body, a first branch and a second branch, wherein the first branch and the second branch are both connected to the main body, and the first branch and the second branch are spaced apart; the main body is connected with a backlight lamp; the first branch extends from one long side of the main body to the direction far away from the main body; the first branch can be bent relative to the main body, and one end of the first branch, which is far away from the main body, is used for connecting a key lamp; the second branch can be bent relative to the main body, and one end, far away from the main body, of the second branch is used for welding the main board; the key lamp and the backlight lamp are respectively attached to two opposite sides of the flexible circuit board, one side of the first branch, which is away from the key lamp, is used for being attached to the touch panel, and one side of the main body, which is connected with the backlight lamp, faces the touch panel.
2. The flexible circuit board of claim 1, wherein the number of the first branches is two, the two first branches are respectively connected to two ends of the main body in the length direction, and the second branch is located between the two first branches.

A liquid crystal display module is characterized by comprising the flexible circuit board of any one of claims 1-2, and further comprising a touch panel, a liquid crystal display panel, a key lamp and a backlight lamp; the touch panel comprises a key touch area and a display touch area connected with the key touch area; the liquid crystal display panel is correspondingly attached to the display touch area; the key lamp is fixed in the key touch area and is positioned on the same side of the touch panel with the liquid crystal display panel; the backlight lamp is fixed on the side, opposite to the touch panel, of the liquid crystal display panel; the main body is electrically connected with the backlight lamp, and the first branch is electrically connected with the key lamp.
4. The LCD module as recited in claim 3, further comprising a light guide plate, wherein the light guide plate is attached to the key touch area, and the key light is attached to the light guide plate.
5. The liquid crystal display module of claim 4, further comprising a backlight plate, wherein the backlight plate is correspondingly attached to the liquid crystal display panel opposite to the touch panel, and the backlight is attached to the backlight plate.

The LCD module as recited in claim 5, wherein the light guide plate is strip-shaped, and the length direction of the light guide plate is parallel to the width direction of the touch panel; the number of the key lamps is two, and the two key lamps are respectively attached to two ends of the light guide plate in the length direction; the number of the backlight lamps is multiple, and the plurality of backlight lamps are arranged at equal intervals along the width direction of the backlight plate; the main body is strip-shaped, the length direction of the main body is parallel to the width direction of the backlight plate, and the main body is attached to the plurality of backlight lamps; the number of the first branches is two, the two first branches are respectively and correspondingly connected with the two key-press lamps, the two first branches are respectively connected with the two ends of the length direction of the main body, and the second branch is located between the two first branches.
7. The LCD module as recited in claim 6, wherein the key touch area is coated with an ink layer, the ink layer is provided with a plurality of patterned keys, the light guide plate covers the plurality of keys, and the plurality of keys transmit light from the light guide plate.
8. The LCD module as recited in claim 3, wherein the first branch is attached to the key touch area, and the key lamp is attached to a side of the first branch opposite to the touch panel.
9. The liquid crystal display module of claim 3, wherein the body and the backlight are integrated into the backlight.
10. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal further comprises the liquid crystal display module set according to any one of claims 3 to 9, the terminal further comprises a main board and a housing, the main board and the liquid crystal display module set are both fixed in the housing, and the main board is electrically connected to the second branch.
