Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment manufacturing, and particularly relates to a nursing machine and a defecation amount calculation method based on the nursing machine.
Background
Health care machines are products that have appeared in recent years and are generally divided into wearable devices, tubing, and mainframe portions. The wearable device is worn on the waist of a patient and is provided with a defecation monitoring device, and once the defecation of the patient is monitored, the flushing and absorbing device is started to flush the excrement of the patient. The existing nursing machine generally comprises a clean water container body and a sewage container body. The clear water tank monitors whether the clear water tank is full or not through the float switch, and the sewage tank generally adopts the capacitance sensor module to monitor whether the sewage tank is full or not, so that a user is prompted to add clear water or pour sewage.
Currently, some nursing machines monitor the waste water tank by using a capacitive sensor module, and as shown in fig. 1, the capacitive sensor 1' is installed at a position of an upper sidewall of the waste water tank. When the water level of the sewage tank is below the detection height of the capacitance sensor 1 ', as shown in (1) of fig. 1, the capacitance sensor 1' detects the capacitance value of the empty bucket; when the water level of the wastewater tank is at or above the detection level of the capacitive sensor 1 ', as shown in fig. 1(2), the capacitive sensor 1' detects the capacitance of the dirty water, and the capacitance of the two media is very different, so that whether the wastewater tank is full can be detected. Some nursing machines also adopt the capacitive sensor 1 'to monitor whether the sewage tank is full, as shown in fig. 2, but the capacitive sensor 1' module is not used, and a special chip is selected for detecting the capacitance difference between different mediums, so that the cost is lower.
The existing nursing machine only monitors whether a clear water tank is full of water or not, a float switch of the clear water tank or a sensor of a sewage tank selected by the nursing machine cannot accurately monitor the accurate position of the water level, and effective data reference cannot be provided for the defecation condition of a patient.

The method of calculating the amount of defecation is specifically described in the following examples.
According to the nursing machine 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the liquid level sensors are respectively arranged on the clean water tank 40 and the sewage tank 50, so that the liquid levels of clean water and sewage can be accurately detected, a hardware basis is provided for the controller 90 to calculate the defecation quantity according to the identification information and the liquid level information detected by the defecation detector 60, the defecation quantity is calculated, and good analysis data is provided for doctors. In addition, compared with a capacitive sensor, the liquid level sensor can further reduce the cost, and particularly, the cost can be reduced by more than half.
The controller 90 takes a difference between the amount of change in the liquid level of the sewage tank 50 and the amount of change in the liquid level of the clean water tank 40 when defecation is urine as the current urine output value, or takes a difference between the amount of change in the liquid level of the sewage tank 50 and the amount of change in the liquid level of the clean water tank 40 when defecation is feces as the current feces output value.

Specifically, the controller 90 modifies by the following equation to obtain a correction value:
m is M0T 0/T1, wherein M is a correction value, M0 is the average urine discharge capacity, T0 is the time interval between the last urination and the current defecation, T1 is the average urine time interval, and the correction value is subtracted from the current defecation value to serve as the actual value of the current defecation discharge capacity.

Based on the nursing machine, a defecation quantity calculation method according to an embodiment of the invention is described below.
FIG. 5 is a flow chart of a method for caregiver-based defecation calculation, as shown in FIG. 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprising:
and S1, respectively acquiring the identification information of the defecation in the wearable device of the nursing machine as the excrement or the urine, and the liquid level of the clean water tank and the liquid level of the sewage tank.
Whether excrement is defecating or urinating can be monitored and distinguished through urine and urine distinguishing sensor, and discernment defecation promptly is defecating or urinating to and detect the liquid level of clear water case and the liquid level of sewage case.
And S2, calculating the liquid level variation of the clean water tank and the liquid level variation of the sewage tank before and after the flushing of the wearable equipment.
And S3, calculating the defecation amount according to the identification information, the liquid level variable quantity of the clean water tank and the liquid level variable quantity of the sewage tank.
Specifically, if the defecation is judged to be urine according to the identification information, the difference value between the liquid level variation of the sewage tank and the liquid level variation of the clean water tank is taken as the current urine discharge value; or if the defecation is judged to be excrement according to the identification information, taking the difference value between the liquid level variable quantity of the sewage tank and the liquid level variable quantity of the clean water tank as the excrement discharge value.
For example, assuming that the liquid level of the wastewater tank before flushing is L0, the liquid level of the clean water tank is L1, the liquid level of the wastewater tank after flushing is L01, and the liquid level of the clean water tank is L10, it can be understood that L01> L0, and L10< L1. The amount of water used for flushing the fresh water tank can be expressed as: and DQ is equal to L1-L10, the increase of the liquid level before and after flushing of the sewage tank is DW equal to L01-L0, and the defecation amount is obtained by subtracting the decrease of the clean water tank from the increase of the sewage tank, namely DW-DQ.
According to the defecation quantity calculation method based on the nursing machine, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the defecation quantity can be calculated and obtained through the liquid level variation of the clean water tank and the sewage tank before and after flushing, so that the defecation quantity of a patient is monitored, and good analysis data is provided for a doctor.
Further, considering that there is a problem that the patient excretes stool and urine at the same time, if the patient excretes stool and urine at the same time, the stool output calculated this time is large and the statistical urine output of the patient will be small if the stool detector identifies that the excrement is stool. Aiming at the problem, the calculation method provided by the embodiment of the invention can correct the defecation quantity value at this time, and realizes the closest approach between the calculation result and the true value by adding certain algorithm compensation.
There are many correction and compensation methods, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the present stool output value may be corrected by the following method. Specifically, the correction value is obtained by the following formula:
M-M0 × T0/T1, where M is a correction value, M0 is an average urine discharge capacity, T0 is a time interval between the last urination and the present defecation, T1 is an average urine time interval, and the current defecation value minus the correction value is used as an actual value of the present defecation discharge capacity.
Wherein, the normal time interval of two urination of the patient can be recorded by the controller of the nursing machine, T0 can be recorded by the controller, the average urination time interval T1 of the patient can be calculated by the controller, and the average urination amount M0 of the patient can be obtained by taking the average value of every urination. The urine compensation amount added in the stool volume of the time is the correction value obtained by the formula, and the correction value is subtracted from the calculated stool volume of the time to be the actual value of the stool volume of the time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, an accumulated value of the urine output values for a certain period of time, for example, the whole day, may be calculated, so that the urine output of the patient for the certain period of time, that is, the whole day, is obtained, and the sum of the accumulated value and the obtained correction value is used as the actual value of the urine output for the certain period of time, that is, the whole day. It should be understood that, in order to consider the case where the patient excretes feces only once a day, it is of course possible to increase or decrease the stool number and the correction value according to the actual situation.
Therefore, the defecation quantity calculation method based on the nursing machine can realize the automatic monitoring function of the urine discharge capacity and the defecation discharge capacity of the patient all day, the two indexes can provide good analysis materials for doctors, and the defect that the existing nursing machine cannot realize the defecation quantity detection of the urine and the defecation quantity is overcome. By adopting a corresponding supplementary correction algorithm, accurate measurement of the excretion of the excrement of the patient can be more easily realized.
