Abstract

本发明提供一种电子设备的电池连接装置，用于一电子设备的电池连接，该电池包括电池主体及软性电路板，该软性电路板一端与所述电池主体连接，另一端设置有多个金属触点；该电池连接装置包括固定仓、电路板以及外壳，所述电池固定于所该固定仓上；所述软性电路板上还设置有多个定位孔；所述固定仓包括：一通孔，用以供所述电池的软性电路板穿过；及多个定位柱，该多个定位柱插入所述多个定位孔以将该软性电路板固定；其中，所述电路板上设置有多个弹性件；所述多个弹性件与所述软性电路板上的多个金属触点接触并电连接，从而使所述电池主体与所述电路板电连接。本发明还提供了一种具有电池连接装置的电子设备。

Description

电子设备及其电池连接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备及其电池连接装置，尤其涉及一种结构简单，便于组装的电子设备及其电池连接装置。
背景技术
便携式电子装置通常都是由其内置的电池提供电源，在工业设计中，电池通常使用板对板（Board to Board）连接或焊线式焊接的方法将电池与电子设备的电路板连接。使用板对板连接需要在组装时扣接板对板连接器（Board to Board Connector），使用焊线式连接易造成焊接不良，影响组装生产的效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种结构简单，便于组装的电子设备及其电池连接装置，以解决上述问题。
本发明提供了一种电子设备的电池连接装置，用于一电子设备的电池连接，该电池包括电池主体及软性电路板，该软性电路板一端与所述电池主体连接，另一端设置有一个或多个金属触点；该电池连接装置包括固定仓、电路板以及外壳，所述电池固定于所该固定仓上，所述电路板固定于所述固定仓和外壳之间；
所述软性电路板上还设置有一个或多个定位孔；
所述固定仓包括：
一通孔，用以供所述电池的软性电路板穿过；及
一个或多个定位柱，与所述一个或多个定位孔位置一一对应，所述一个或多个定位柱插入所述一个或多个定位孔以将该软性电路板固定；
其中，所述电路板与所述软性电路板上的金属触点对应的位置上设置有一个或多个弹性件；所述一个或多个弹性件与所述软性电路板上的一个或多个金属触点接触并电连接，从而使所述电池主体与所述电路板电连接。
本发明还提供了一种具有电池连接装置的电子设备，该电子设备包括电池、固定仓、电路板以及外壳，该电池固定于所述固定仓上，所述电路板固定于所述固定仓和外壳之间，所述电池包括电池主体及软性电路板，该软性电路板一端与所述电池主体连接，另一端设置有一个或多个与所述电路板电连接的金属触点以及一个或多个定位孔；
所述固定仓包括：
一通孔，用以供所述电池的软性电路板穿过；及
一个或多个定位柱，与所述一个或多个定位孔位置一一对应，所述一个或多个定位柱插入所述一个或多个定位孔以将该软性电路板固定；
其中，所述电路板与所述软性电路板上的金属触点对应的位置上设置有一个或多个弹性件；所述一个或多个弹性件与所述一个或多个金属触点接触并电连接，从而使所述电池主体与所述电路板电连接。
本发明之电子设备及其电池连接装置，通过固定仓中的定位柱插入电池软性电路板上的定位孔以将软性电路板固定，电路板上的弹性件一端与电池软性电路板上的金属触点接触并电连接，以连接电池和电路板。该电池连接装置结构简单，组装方便，具有很高的工业应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图，对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1，本发明提供了一种电子设备的电池连接装置100，该电池连接装置100可应用于手机或者平板电脑等需要使用内置电池的电子设备。
请一并参阅图2和图3，电池200包括一电池主体210，该电池主体210一侧面上设置有软性电路板220，该软性电路板220一端与电池主体210连接，另一端向外延伸。该软性电路板220上向外延伸的一端还设置有多个金属触点221，该多个金属触点221通过该软性电路板220上的电路与电池主体210电连接。该软性电路板220在远离电池主体210的一端开设有多个贯穿该软性电路板220的定位孔222，在本实施方式中，该多个定位孔222的数量为两个。
电池连接装置100包括固定仓110、电路板120和外壳130。固定仓110一面上具有收纳槽111，该收纳槽111的形状和大小与电池主体210相配合，用于收容该电池主体210。该固定仓110在与电池200的软性电路板220和电池主体210连接处对应的位置开设有通孔113，在本实施方式中，该通孔113为一贯穿该固定仓110的狭长孔，其长度比软性电路板220的宽度略大。该固定仓110在与具有收纳槽111的一面相对的另一面上，在与电池200的软性电路板220上的定位孔222对应的位置处设置有多个定位柱112，在本实施方式中，该多个定位柱112的数量为两个，且该两个定位柱112的位置与收纳槽111收纳电池200后，软性电路板220上的两个定位孔222所在的位置一一对应。
电路板120在与电池200的软性电路板220上的金属触点221对应的位置设置有弹性件121，在本实施方式中，该弹性件121为金属弹片，该弹性件121一端固定在电路板120上并与该电路板120上的电路电连接，另一端垂直向外凸出。
请一并参阅图4和图5，电池连接装置100在组装时，电池200通过压敏胶固定在固定仓110的收纳槽111中，软性电路板220穿过固定仓110上的通孔113，固定仓110上的定位柱112插入软性电路板220上的定位孔222，将该软性电路板220固定。固定仓110通过多个固定件131固定于外壳130上，进而将电路板120固定在固定仓110和外壳130之间。在本实施方式中，该多个固定件131为多个固定螺钉，固定仓110通过该多个固定螺钉固定在外壳130上。在其他实施方式中，该固定仓110还可以通过卡扣固定在外壳130上。电路板120上的弹性件121向外凸出的一端与电池200的软性电路板220上的金属触点221接触并电连接，以将电池主体210与电路板120电连接。
本发明之电子设备及其电池连接装置，通过固定仓中的定位柱插入电池软性电路板上的定位孔以将软性电路板固定，电路板上的弹性件一端与电池软性电路板上的金属触点接触并电连接，以连接电池和电路板。该电池连接装置结构简单，组装方便，具有很高的工业应用价值。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到，以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明，而并非用作为对本发明的限定，只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内，对以上实施方式所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种电子设备的电池连接装置，用于一电子设备的电池连接，该电池包括电池主体及软性电路板，其特征在于：该软性电路板一端与所述电池主体连接，另一端设置有一个或多个金属触点；该电池连接装置包括固定仓、电路板以及外壳，所述电池固定于所该固定仓上，所述电路板固定于所述固定仓和外壳之间；
所述软性电路板上还设置有一个或多个定位孔；
所述固定仓包括：
一通孔，用以供所述电池的软性电路板穿过；及
一个或多个定位柱，与所述一个或多个定位孔位置一一对应，所述一个或多个定位柱插入所述一个或多个定位孔以将该软性电路板固定；
其中，所述电路板与所述软性电路板上的金属触点对应的位置上设置有一个或多个弹性件；所述一个或多个弹性件与所述软性电路板上的一个或多个金属触点接触并电连接，从而使所述电池主体与所述电路板电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池连接装置，其特征在于，所述一个或多个定位孔的数量为两个，所述一个或多个定位柱的数量也为两个，该两个定位孔的位置与所述两个定位柱的位置一一对应。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池连接装置，其特征在于，所述固定仓上的通孔为一贯穿该固定仓的狭长孔，该通孔的长度比所述软性电路板的宽度大。
4.如权利要求1所述的电池连接装置，其特征在于，所述电路板上的弹性件为金属弹片，该弹性件一端固定在该电路板上，另一端向外凸出并与所述软性电路板上的金属触点接触。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池连接装置，其特征在于，所述外壳上设置有一个或多个固定件，所述固定仓通过该一个或多个固定件固定在所述外壳上。
6.如权利要求5所述的电池连接装置，其特征在于，所述固定仓一面上具有一收纳槽，该固定仓上的定位柱设置于该固定仓与具有所述收纳槽的一面相对的另一面上。
7.一种具有电池连接装置的电子设备，该电子设备包括电池、固定仓、电路板以及外壳，该电池固定于所述固定仓上，所述电路板固定于所述固定仓和外壳之间，其特征在于：
所述电池包括电池主体及软性电路板，该软性电路板一端与所述电池主体连接，另一端设置有一个或多个与所述电路板电连接的金属触点以及一个或多个定位孔；
所述固定仓包括：
一通孔，用以供所述电池的软性电路板穿过；及
一个或多个定位柱，与所述一个或多个定位孔位置一一对应，所述一个或多个定位柱插入所述一个或多个定位孔以将该软性电路板固定；
其中，所述电路板与所述软性电路板上的金属触点对应的位置上设置有一个或多个弹性件；所述一个或多个弹性件与所述一个或多个金属触点接触并电连接，从而使所述电池主体与所述电路板电连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子设备，其特征在于，所述一个或多个定位孔的数量为两个，所述一个或多个定位柱的数量也为两个，该两个定位孔的位置与所述两个定位柱的位置一一对应。
9.如权利要求7所述的电子设备，其特征在于，所述固定仓上的通孔为一贯穿该固定仓的狭长孔，该通孔的长度比所述软性电路板的宽度大。
10.如权利要求7所述的电子设备，其特征在于，所述一个或多个弹性件为金属弹片，该一个或多个弹性件一端固定在该电路板上，另一端向外凸出并与所述一个或多个金属触点接触。
