Abstract

汽车挡风玻璃的光洁程度决定着驾驶员的视线,从而直接关系到行车安全。因此汽车一般配有玻璃水,可配合雨刮器在行驶过程中对挡风玻璃进行清洗。但现有的玻璃水产品大多存在强氧化剂组分、强酸碱组分、具有明显毒性的有机物组分、磷组分或壬基酚类组分,对车体、人体、环境都有潜在的危害。本发明提供一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:表面活性剂0.1-2%,溶剂型助剂1-50%,有机酸盐助剂0.1-5%,两性助剂1-25%,高分子助剂0.05-0.5%,其余为水,具有清洗效果优良、配方环保、稳定可靠的优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水基玻璃清洗剂,具体是一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水。
背景技术
汽车挡风玻璃的光洁程度决定着驾驶员的视线,从而直接关系到行车安全。因此汽车一般配有玻璃水,可配合雨刮器在行驶过程中对挡风玻璃进行清洗。但现有的玻璃水产品大多存在以下问题:一是含有环氧乙烷、双氧水、氯化铵类等强氧化剂组分,或氢氧化钠、盐酸等强酸碱组分,或甲醇、异丙醇、三乙醇胺、醇醚等具有明显毒性的有机物组分,不仅可能对车体有一定的腐蚀,还可能对人造成伤害;二是含有磷组分或壬基酚类组分,对环境有明显的危害,在一定范围内已被禁止使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水。
本发明的技术方案是:一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:表面活性剂0.1-2%,溶剂型助剂1-50%,有机酸盐助剂0.1-5%,两性助剂1-25%,高分子助剂0.05-0.5%,其余为水。所述表面活性剂可以是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、葡萄糖苷中的一种或几种的组合。所述溶剂型助剂可以是乙醇、丙三醇、山梨醇中的一种或几种的组合,且其比例为0-40%:1-10%:0-1%。所述有机酸盐助剂可以是草酸盐、丁二酸盐、柠檬酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。所述两性助剂可以是甘氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸中的一种或几种的组合。所述高分子助剂是聚乙二醇。
本发明的优势是:清洗效果优良,配方环保,稳定可靠。
具体实施方式
实施例1:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5%,乙醇20%,丙三醇5%,山梨醇0.2%,丁二酸钠0.6%,柠檬酸钠0.9%,苏氨酸1.2%,丝氨酸1.1%,聚乙二醇0.1%。其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是表面活性剂,乙醇和丙三醇及山梨醇是溶剂型助剂,丁二酸钠和柠檬酸钠是有机酸盐助剂,苏氨酸和丝氨酸是两性助剂,聚乙二醇是高分子助剂.
实施例2:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1%,乙醇5%,丙三醇1%,草酸钠0.6%,柠檬酸钠1.2%,甘氨酸1.5%,聚乙二醇0.05%。
实施例3:葡萄糖苷0.1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1%,乙醇5%,丙三醇1%,柠檬酸钠2.5%,甘氨酸3%,聚乙二醇0.05%。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:表面活性剂0.1-2%,溶剂型助剂1-50%,有机酸盐助剂0.1-5%,两性助剂1-25%,高分子助剂0.05-0.5%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂可以是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、葡萄糖苷中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水,其特征在于,所述溶剂型助剂可以是乙醇、丙三醇、山梨醇中的一种或几种的组合,且其比例为0-40%:1-10%:0-1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水,其特征在于,所述有机酸盐助剂可以是草酸盐、丁二酸盐、柠檬酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水,其特征在于,所述两性助剂可以是甘氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸中的一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车风窗玻璃水,其特征在于,所述高分子助剂是聚乙二醇。
