Abstract
本发明属于合成革的制备领域,具体涉及一种触屏手套用合成革,自下而上包括基底(1)、面层(2)和面层(3);基底(1)为水洗布;面层(2)的原料组成按重量份数计为:PC-8030弹性树脂30份,PC-8010弹性树脂70份,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份,触屏粉3份,色粉5份;面层(3)的原料组成按重量份数计为:PC-8010弹性树脂100份,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份,触屏粉4份,色粉6份。本发明同时改进了触屏粉的配方,具有丝滑感、流平性、耐磨、防粘等效果。添加于合成革中,触屏手套用合皮革具有柔软、有韧性的优点,触感灵敏,不会划伤触摸屏。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于合成革的制备领域,具体涉及一种触屏手套用合成革。
背景技术
触屏手套顾名思义就是服务于触摸屏器械的专用手套,其集科技和保暖为一体,解决了“低头一族”冬天在室外操作触摸屏手机的冻手问题。我们现在使用的手机一般是采用多点触控的电容屏触摸屏,该触摸屏的操作是根据人体设计的,比如人体是导体,且人体是感温的,手指在操作的时候一部分在起导体的作用,一部分在起温度感应的作用,而在寒冷的冬天,当人们戴上手套试用触摸屏的时候,触摸屏的一切功能就不能用了,因为手套把手跟屏幕绝缘起来,也感应不到人体的温度,所以操作基本不可能。而触屏手套的出现恰恰解决了这个问题。
触屏手套已经开始在中国有生产销售,行业还处在起步阶段,真正有技术有实力的公司不多。比较知名的品牌有触族、MO牌、触手家园等。由于技术要求偏高,触屏手套的技术还亟待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种触屏手套用合成革。该触屏手套用合成革模拟肤感技术,具有柔软、有韧性的优点,触感灵敏,不会划伤触摸屏。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种触屏手套用合成革,自下而上包括基底(1)、面层(2)和面层(3);基底(1)为水洗布;面层(1)的原料组成按重量份数计为:PC-8030弹性树脂30份,PC-8010弹性树脂70份,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份,触屏粉3份,色粉5份;面层(2)的原料组成按重量份数计为:PC-8010弹性树脂100份,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份,触屏粉4份,色粉6份。
所述触屏粉的原料组成按重量分数计为:纳米微晶粉25%,松烟粉25%,功能助剂H5-5872%,硅油2%,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺46%,以上各原料质量分数之和为100%。
所述的纳米微晶粉的细度为800-1000目。
所述的松烟粉为松木燃烧后所凝之黑灰。
所述的功能助剂H5-587购自于苏州工业园区维龙科技有限公司。
所述的触屏粉的制备方法为:将各原料搅拌30min,制得触屏粉;触屏粉配制后能保留12小时。
本发明触屏手套用合成革的生产工艺采用常规的合成革生产工艺。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明的触屏粉配方优良,具有丝滑感、流平性、耐磨、防粘等效果;
2)本发明所制触屏手套用合成革模拟肤感技术,具有柔软、有韧性、保温、吸汗的优点,触感灵敏,不会划伤触摸屏。

本发明用下列实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于下列实施例。
实施例1
一种触屏手套用合皮革,自下而上包括基底(1)、面层(2)和面层(3);基底(1)为水洗布;面层(1)的原料组成按重量份数计为:PC-8030弹性树脂30份,PC-8010弹性树脂70份,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份,触屏粉3份;面层(2)的原料组成按重量份数计为:PC-8010弹性树脂100份,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份,触屏粉4份。
所述触屏粉的原料组成按重量分数计为:纳米微晶粉25%,松烟粉25%,功能助剂H5-5872%,硅油2%,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺46%,以上各原料质量分数之和为100%。
所述的纳米微晶粉的细度为900目。
所述的触屏粉的制备方法为:将各原料搅拌30min,制得触屏粉;触屏粉配制后能保留12小时。
采用常规的合成革生产工艺制得产品。

1.一种触屏手套用合成革,其特征在于:自下而上包括基底(1)、面层(2)和面层(3);基底(1)为水洗布;
面层(2)的原料组成按重量份数计为:PC-8030弹性树脂30份,PC-8010弹性树脂70份,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份,触屏粉3份,色粉5份;
面层(3)的原料组成按重量份数计为:PC-8010弹性树脂100份,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份,触屏粉4份,色粉6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的触屏手套用合成革,其特征在于:所述触屏粉的原料组成按重量分数计为:纳米微晶粉25%,松烟粉25%,功能助剂H5-5872%,硅油2%,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺46%,以上各原料质量分数之和为100%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的触屏手套用合成革,其特征在于:所述的纳米微晶粉的细度为800-1000目。
4.根据权利要求2所述的触屏手套用合成革,其特征在于:所述的松烟粉为松木燃烧后所凝之黑灰。
5.根据权利要求2所述的触屏手套用合成革,其特征在于:所述的触屏粉的制备方法为:将各原料搅拌30min,制得触屏粉;触屏粉配制后能保留12小时。
