本发明涉及发动机润滑油领域,具体涉及一种节能燃气发动机油。
背景技术
随着世界各国对环境保护意识的加强,环境排放法规日趋严格,加之石油资源的枯竭,气体燃料替代汽柴油已经成为社会发展的必然趋势,但气体燃料在燃烧室中以气体形势存在,没有类似汽柴油的液体润滑性能,干摩擦剧烈会导致机件磨损;没有液态燃料通过蒸发使进入燃烧室的空气冷却的作用,所以燃烧室的温度会更高,机油易氧化硝化而变质,滑润能力差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种节能燃气发动机油及其制备方法。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种节能燃气发动机油,由下述重量份的原料组成:单烯基丁二酰亚胺1.1-2.1份、烷基苯磺酸钙0.8-1.2份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯6-9份、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺0.3-0.5份、抗氧剂0.75-0.85份、噻二唑0.15-0.25份、N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼0.005-0.015份、二甲基硅油0.002-0.005份、基础油75-95份。
所述的基础油由癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯混合而成,所述癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的抗氧剂由40-60wt%硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和40-60wt%三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯组成。
本发明还提供了上述节能燃气发动机油的制备方法,将单烯基丁二酰亚胺、烷基苯磺酸钙、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺、抗氧剂、噻二唑、N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二甲基硅油、基础油加入调和釜中混合均匀,即得所述节能燃气发动机油。
本发明节能燃气发动机油,针对燃气发动机油的特殊要求,采用不同的添加剂种类和投料顺序,使其在理化指标和使用性能方面均优于同级别天然气发动机润滑油,具有优异的清净分散性、润滑性能、抗磨损性和抗氧化性。

癸二酸二丁酯,CAS号:109-43-3。
1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯,CAS号:3319-31-1。
硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯],CAS号:41484-35-9。
三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯,CAS号:36443-68-2。
实施例1
节能燃气发动机油原料(重量份):单烯基丁二酰亚胺1.5份、烷基苯磺酸钙1份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯7.5份、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺0.4份、抗氧剂0.8份、噻二唑0.2份、N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼0.01份、二甲基硅油0.003份、基础油87份。
所述的基础油由癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的抗氧剂由50wt%硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和50wt%三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯搅拌混合均匀得到。
节能燃气发动机油制备:将基础油加入调和釜中,升温至50℃,加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,300转/分,搅拌30分钟;加入单烯基丁二酰亚胺、烷基苯磺酸钙,升温至65℃,300转/分,搅拌20分钟;加入抗氧剂、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺、噻二唑,300转/分,搅拌20分钟;以上过程均在0.1MPa氮气保护下进行,放掉氮气,在-0.06MPa的条件下脱气10分钟;温度降至45℃,放掉负压,加入N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二甲基硅油,300转/分,搅拌20分钟;通过5μm的过滤器过滤。得到实施例1的节能燃气发动机油。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的基础油由癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的节能燃气发动机油。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的基础油由癸二酸二壬酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的节能燃气发动机油。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的基础油由癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的节能燃气发动机油。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗氧剂仅为硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]。得到实施例5的节能燃气发动机油。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的抗氧剂仅为三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯。得到实施例6的节能燃气发动机油。
测试例1
对实施例1-6制备的节能燃气发动机油进行成焦成漆清净性能测试,测试参数:曲轴箱试验板温310℃、油温150℃时间为6h,具体结果见表1。

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯复配)清净性能明显高于实施例2-4(癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯中任意二者复配);比较实施例1与实施例5-6,实施例1(硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯复配)清净性能明显高于实施例5-6(硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯中单一原料)。
测试例2
对实施例1-6制备的节能燃气发动机油进行氧化安定性测试,实验根据SH/T0193-2008润滑油氧化安定性的测定-旋转氧弹法检测,氧化时间越长则抗氧性越好。具体结果见表2。

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯复配)抗氧性能明显高于实施例2-4(癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯中任意二者复配);比较实施例1与实施例5-6,实施例1(硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯复配)抗氧性能明显高于实施例5-6(硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯中单一原料)。
Claims (2)
1.一种节能燃气发动机油,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料组成:单烯基丁二酰亚胺1.1-2.1份、烷基苯磺酸钙0.8-1.2份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯6-9份、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺0.3-0.5份、抗氧剂0.75-0.85份、噻二唑0.15-0.25份、N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼0.005-0.015份、二甲基硅油0.002-0.005份、基础油75-95份;
所述的基础油由癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯混合而成,所述癸二酸二壬酯、癸二酸二丁酯、1,2,4-苯三甲酸三(2-乙基己基)酯的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3);
所述的抗氧剂由40-60wt%硫代二乙撑双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]和40-60wt%三乙二醇醚-二(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能燃气发动机油的制备方法,其特征在于:将单烯基丁二酰亚胺、烷基苯磺酸钙、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、4,4'-二辛基二苯胺、抗氧剂、噻二唑、N,N-二(2-乙基己基)二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二甲基硅油、基础油加入调和釜中混合均匀,即得所述节能燃气发动机油。
