Abstract
本发明属于牲畜的外用中药的配制方法，是治疗
牲畜疥癣病软膏的配制方法。选用轻粉、雄黄、大枫
子、班蟊、樟丹、朱砂、冰片等中药配制混合研成细粉，
再将混合中药细粉倒入凡士林内拌匀即成软膏。用
本发明方法配制成的软膏，直接擦在牲畜患处，具有
消炎止痛、止痒，消毒杀虫之功效，既能治标又能治
本，而且治疗方法简便、疗程短、治愈率高、费用少。
Description
本发明属于牲畜的外用中药的配制方法。是治疗牲畜疥癣病软膏的配制方法。
已知防治羊疥癣病的混合药剂的配制方法有CN1031185A申请号87104373.4，是以林丹、腐植酸盐、填料、硬脂酸等组成混合药剂，用此药剂的0.2-0.4重量百分浓度的水浊液药浴牲畜，但药浴后羊体内存有林丹残余量，药浴后20天检测脂肪内存有林丹5.9PPm，人食用后有害于身体健康。
目前国内常用敌百虫、来苏儿及高锰酸钾碘酊等浴液冲洗患部或用硫磺软膏等涂擦患部，但这种方法生产的药剂或擦剂均无穿透性，只能起清热燥湿、解毒、止痛作用，一旦停药就要继续复发，只能治标不能治本。
本发明目的为牲畜的疥癣病治疗提供一种具有穿透性和吸收性的外涂擦软膏的制造方法，能够克服现有治疗牲畜疥癣病药剂或擦剂只能治标不能治本的缺点。用本发明方法配制的软膏，治疗方法简便，疗程短、治愈率高、费用少。
经临床在显微镜下观察，牲畜的疥癣病是疥螨虫之故，此病其本是疥螨虫。此病其标是患部充血、肿胀发炎，搔痒、心神不安等症状。
为实现上述治本治标的目的，将轻粉、大枫子、雄黄、班蟊、樟丹、朱砂、冰片等中药混合研成细粉末，将混合中药细粉倒入凡士林内拌匀调配成软膏即可。混合中药细粉与凡士林比例为1∶3-4。软膏的混合中药细粉可按以下比例配制：轻粉6g-24g、大枫子6g-24g、雄黄2g-12g、班蟊0.5g-4g、樟丹6g-24g、朱砂3g-14g、冰片8g-24g。
用本发明方法配制的软膏属外用药，涂擦于患部，具有消炎止痛、攻毒杀出、止痒之功效，故命名为消杀治癣膏。
本发明的优点和积极效果是：选用轻粉、大枫子、雄黄、班蟊四种中药均具有攻毒、杀虫、止痒之功效，用以治本。选用樟丹、朱砂二种中药，具有清热解毒、镇静安神之功效，用以治标。为使组成软膏的群药迅速渗透患部，必须加入适量的冰片。冰片辛苦微寒，除具有清热解毒、消肿止痛，已溃者还可祛毒生肌、除臭之攻效，冰片具有较强的穿透性，走窜甚速，无处不达。冰片与上述六种群药配伍，可使软膏具有穿透性，直抵病所，可起到引药深入除病，达到标本皆治目的，是治疗牲畜疥癣病的特效良药。
擦用本软膏应先将牲畜患部去痂皮，消毒后直接涂于患部即可。治疗兔每日用药一次，连用三日，经一周后即可治愈。治疗猪、羊，每日二次，连用二日，第三日再用药一次，经一周后治愈率达95%以上。治疗方法简便，疗程短、见效快，费用少。有利于牲畜的治疗和管理，有利于牲畜的生长和发育。
用本发明方法配制制的软膏与其它药物治疗兔的疥癣病效果对比见表1。

本发明的实施例是：
软膏可按以下比例配制：轻粉24g、大枫子24g、雄黄12g、班蟊4g、樟丹24g、朱砂14g、冰片24g、七种中药混合研成细粉共126g，中药混合细粉与凡士林378g调配拌匀即成软膏。这些软膏成本为10元，可治愈病兔50-70只或治愈猪、羊10-20只，疗效明显。
Claims (3)
1、一种治疗牲畜疥癣病软膏的配制方法，有药物和凡士林组成，其特征是将轻粉、大枫子、雄黄、班蟊、樟丹、朱砂、冰片等中药混合研成细粉，将混合中药细粉倒入凡士林内拌匀调配成软膏。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征是，软膏的混合中药细粉可按以下比例配制：轻粉6g-24g、大枫子6g-24g、雄黄2g-12g、班蟊0.5g-4g、樟丹6g-24g、朱砂3g-14g、冰片8g-24g。
3、按权利要求1、2所述的方法，其特征是：软膏可按以下比例配制：混合中药细粉与凡士林比例为1∶3-4。
