Abstract

一种微按力乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧、玻璃球和外套体,副柱的下端有下开口的弹簧座;单向阀座的顶部有若干筋板;所述活塞包括内筒形套、外筒形套和将内、外筒形套连接的圆环座板;所述压力弹簧的两端设置支撑装置,所述压力弹簧上端插入弹簧座内,支撑装置与弹簧座的顶板贴合;压力弹簧下端的支撑装置与筋板的上端配合。压力弹簧装配到本体内,不需要预压,压力弹簧的轴线与本体的轴线重合;按头向下移动,主副柱向下移动并压缩压力弹簧,在移动过程中,压力弹簧的轴线和本体的轴线保持重合;克服了现有技术中,压力弹簧不能沿轴线压缩、费力的缺陷;具有装配方便,按压需要省力。

本发明涉及一种乳液泵。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧、玻璃球和外套体,按头上有进液接口和出液通道;螺牙的顶板上导向管;主柱的下端有上活塞位、副柱上下活塞位,下活塞位上有导流孔,副柱的下端有下开口的弹簧座;本体下端有单向阀座,单向阀座的顶部有若干筋板;所述活塞包括内筒形套、外筒形套和将内、外筒形套连接的圆环座板;所述内筒形套的上端外侧与上活塞位内壁滑动配合;压力弹簧的两端的支撑圈悬空,将压力弹簧装入本体内时,先进行预压,然后再装配主副柱;工装步骤多,工效低;而且按压按头时,需大力按压。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种微按力乳液泵,它具有按压力小的特点,使用方便。
本发明是这样实现的:一种微按力乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧、玻璃球和外套体,按头上有进液接口和出液通道;螺牙的顶板上导向管;主柱的下端有上活塞位、副柱上下活塞位,下活塞位上有导流孔,副柱的下端有下开口的弹簧座;本体下端有单向阀座,单向阀座的顶部有若干筋板;所述活塞包括内筒形套、外筒形套和将内、外筒形套连接的圆环座板;所述内筒形套的上端外侧与上活塞位内壁滑动配合;其特殊之处在于:所述压力弹簧的两端设置支撑装置,所述压力弹簧上端插入弹簧座内,支撑装置与弹簧座的顶板贴合;压力弹簧下端的支撑装置与筋板的上端配合;
初始将压力弹簧放置在筋板时,压力弹簧的轴线与本体的轴线重合。
所述的一种微按力乳液泵,其特殊之处在于:所述支撑装置为一设置弹簧端部的支撑圈,支撑圈与压力弹簧的有效圈数贴合。
所述的一种微按力乳液泵,其特殊之处在于:还包括一曲线形座,曲线形座的一端与支撑圈连接、另一端悬空;曲线形座和支撑圈在一个平面上;曲线形座与压力弹簧的内腔相对。
所述的一种微按力乳液泵,其特殊之处在于:内筒形套的上端外侧有一滑动斜面,所述滑动斜面与上活塞位内壁滑动配合;
所述外筒形套上、下端外侧设置有上滑动斜面和下滑动斜面,上、下滑动斜面与所述主体内壁滑动配合。
本发明一种微按力乳液泵,由于采用这样的结构,压力弹簧装配到本体内,不需要预压,即可保证压力弹簧的轴线与本体的轴线重合;按头向下移动,主副柱向下移动并压缩压力弹簧,在移动过程中,压力弹簧的轴线和本体的轴线保持重合;克服了现有技术中,压力弹簧不能沿轴线压缩、费力的缺陷;具有装配方便,按压省力,泵出效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1、图2所示,一种微按力乳液泵,包括按头1、螺牙2、本体3、主柱4、副柱5、活塞6、压力弹簧7、玻璃球8和外套体9,按头1上有进液接口1A和出液通道1B;螺牙2的顶板上导向管21;主柱4的下端有上活塞位41、副柱5上下活塞位51,下活塞位51上有导流孔,副柱5的下端有下开口的弹簧座52;本体3下端有单向阀座31,单向阀座31的顶部有若干筋板32;所述活塞6包括内筒形套61、双曲线形的外筒形套62和将内、外筒形套连接的圆环座板63;所述内筒形套61的上端外侧与上活塞位41内壁滑动配合;主柱4的上端穿过螺牙2和导向管21与按头的进液接口1A连接,副柱5上的与主柱4连接;
所述压力弹簧7的两端设置支撑装置,所述压力弹簧7上端插入弹簧座52内,支撑装置与弹簧座52的顶板贴合;压力弹簧7下端的支撑装置与筋板32的上端配合;
初始将压力弹簧7放置在筋板32时,压力弹簧7的轴线与本体3的轴线重合。
所述支撑装置为一设置弹簧端部的支撑圈71,支撑圈71与压力弹簧7的有效圈数贴合。压力弹簧采用这样的结构,两端中任何一端放置在平面上,其轴线与水平面垂直。
作为进一步改进:还包括一曲线形座72,曲线形座72的一端与支撑圈71连接、另一端悬空;曲线形座72和支撑圈71在一个平面上;曲线形座72与压力弹簧7的内腔相对。
内筒形套61的上端外侧有一滑动斜面611,所述滑动斜面611与上活塞位41内壁滑动配合;
所述外筒形套62上、下端外侧设置有上滑动斜面621和下滑动斜面622,上、下滑动斜面611、612与所述主体3内壁滑动配合。
压力弹簧7、滑动斜面611、上滑动斜面621和下滑斜面的协同作用,用很小的力按压按头1,就可以向下移动。

1.一种微按力乳液泵,包括按头、螺牙、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、压力弹簧、玻璃球和外套体,按头上有进液接口和出液通道;螺牙的顶板上导向管;主柱的下端有上活塞位、副柱上下活塞位,下活塞位上有导流孔,副柱的下端有下开口的弹簧座;本体下端有单向阀座,单向阀座的顶部有若干筋板;所述活塞包括内筒形套、外筒形套和将内、外筒形套连接的圆环座板;所述内筒形套的上端外侧与上活塞位内壁滑动配合;其特征在于:所述压力弹簧的两端设置支撑装置,所述压力弹簧上端插入弹簧座内,支撑装置与弹簧座的顶板贴合;压力弹簧下端的支撑装置与筋板的上端配合;
初始将压力弹簧放置在筋板时,压力弹簧的轴线与本体的轴线重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微按力乳液泵,其特征在于:所述支撑装置为一设置弹簧端部的支撑圈,支撑圈与压力弹簧的有效圈数贴合。
