具体实施方式
本发明是一种有益于上消化道肿瘤术后康复的中草药物，本发明是使用了一些促进消化，提高病人抗癌药物,能够提高病人的抗病能力，加快病人的体质恢复的药物，对一些晚期患者而言可提高抗病能力，延长生存时间。

黄芪：抗肿瘤，补气升阳、固表止汗、利水消肿、脱毒排脓；黄芪能显著增加血液中的白细胞总数，促进中性粒细胞及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和杀菌能力，增强肾上腺皮质功能和抗疲劳；
鸡内金：鸡内金有抑制肿瘤细胞的作用，口服本品后，胃液分泌量、酸度和消化能力均提高，胃运动加强，排空率加快，催泌作用甚至强于肉粉，该药经消化吸收后进入血液内，通过体液因素而兴奋胃壁的神经肌肉装置；
白花蛇舌草：对急性淋巴细胞型、粒细胞型、单核细胞型以及慢性粒细胞型的肿瘤细胞有较强抑制作用，能增强机体的免疫力，抑制肿瘤细胞的生长，对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、痢疾杆菌等致病菌有抑制作用；
人参：补气固脱，健脾益肺，宁心益智，养血生津的功效，主治大病、久病、失血、脱液所致元气欲脱，神疲脉微，脾气不足之食少倦怠，呕吐泄泻，肺气虚弱之气短喘促，咳嗽无力等心气虚衰之失眠多梦，惊悸健忘，体虚多汗;津亏之口渴，消渴、血虚之萎黄，眩晕;肾虚阳萎，尿频，气虚外感；
白术：具有补气健脾、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎之功效，对脾胃虚弱，特别是对因脾虚水停所致的痰饮、水肿，为痰饮水肿的良药；
茯苓：具有抗肿瘤作用，利水渗湿、健脾、安神，特别是对对久病瘦弱、食欲不振或兼有体倦乏力、腹泻的气虚脾弱病人有扶脾益气的作用，而且药性平和；
郁金：行气活血、疏肝利胆、化瘀解郁；
柴胡：解热、疏肝解郁、升提中气；
当归：补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便，用于血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，月经不调，经闭痛经，虚寒腹痛,肠燥便秘,风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤，痈疽疮疡。酒当归活血通经；
酸枣仁：养心安神，益阴敛汗，用于肝血不足，虚烦不眠，体虚多汗，津伤口渴，主治心脏亏虚，神志不守，恐怖惊惕，常多恍惚，易于健忘，睡卧不宁，梦涉危险，一切心疾；
莪术：可增强瘤细胞的免疫原性，从而诱发和促进抗体对肿瘤的免疫排斥反应，莪术的活血化瘀功效，能使处于血流高凝状态的癌症病人，癌灶内及其周围具有的大量纤维蛋白沉积所形成的纤维蛋白网络，阻止了药物和免疫细胞的进入；
石见穿：具有活血化瘀、清热解毒、消肿止痛的功效。临床上主要用来治疗各种特异性和非特异性感染，如淋巴结核、肝炎及乳腺炎、臃肿疮毒等；
菝契：祛风利湿、解毒消肿、治疗外科急性感染和食道癌；
黄芩：清热燥湿，凉血安胎，解毒功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。黄芩的临床应用抗菌比黄连还好，而且不产生抗药性。
仙鹤草：收敛止血，解毒疗疮，杀虫,涩汗，止咳，用于咯血、吐血、衄血、尿血、崩漏、血痢、疟疾、消渴病多汗、伤力咳嗽等症,外治滴虫性阴道炎、疖疮痈肿、痔疮等症；
泽漆：用于大腹水肿，四肢面目浮肿。该品苦寒泄降，有较强的利尿消肿作用，用于痰饮喘咳。该品辛宣苦降，故有化痰止咳平喘之功；
桂枝：有解表散寒、温通经脉、通阳化气等功效，主治风寒表证、寒湿痹痛、四肢厥冷、经闭痛经，症瘕结块;胸痹、心悸;痰饮、小便不利；
升麻：升麻用于热毒斑疹、牙龈浮烂恶臭、口舌生疮、咽喉肿痛、疮疡等症。本品清热解毒以治胃火亢盛的牙龈浮烂、口舌生疮及咽喉肿痛，临床常与石膏、黄连等配伍；对热病高热、身发斑疹以及疮疡肿痛；
枳壳：主治胸隔痞满、胁肋胀痛、食积不化、脘腹胀满、下痢后重、脱肛、子宫脱垂；
麦门冬：养阴润肺，益胃生津，清心除烦，用于肺燥干咳，虚痨咳嗽，津伤口渴，心烦失眠，内热消渴，肠燥便秘，咽白喉，养阴生津，润肺止咳：用于肺胃阴虚之津少口渴、干咳咯血；
甘草：解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用，甘草补脾益气，滋咳润肺，缓急解毒，调和百药。主治咽喉肿痛，痛疽疮疡，胃肠道溃疡以及解药毒、食物中毒等；
半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。用于痰多咳喘，痰饮眩悸，风痰眩晕，痰厥头痛，呕吐反胃，胸脘痞闷，梅核气；生用外治痈肿痰核；
仙灵脾：补肾壮阳、祛风除湿、强筋键骨的功效，仙灵脾治目昏生翳；
实施例1
本中草药物中以黄芪为100按比例进行多种中草药的制备方法，其中黄芪的重量为30g，在一定范围内称取其他中草药，利用专用的中药粉碎机或碾压设备将上述中草药粉碎或碾碎，并将粉碎或碾碎后的上述中草药中加入水的重量为中草药总重量的4-10倍水，浸泡15~30分钟，煎服沸1小时，然后再利用250~300目滤网过滤药液，降温到30~50℃后让患者服用，进行临床试验。
其实验结果如表中“上消化道肿瘤术后康复药试验结果一”一栏中显示其中可以看出，配比1到配比6中的多种中草药在如下范围内时，效果都好，但在超过上述范围的配比7中效果不明显。
本次试验中得到好的效果的重要范围如下：
黄芪、鸡内金、白花蛇舌草、人参、白术、茯苓、郁金、柴胡、当归、酸枣仁、莪术、石见穿、菝契、黄芩、仙鹤草、泽漆、桂枝、升麻、枳壳、麦门冬、甘草、陈皮、半夏、仙灵脾，其重量比为：100∶45~60∶45~60∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶25~35∶25~35∶12~25∶12~25∶12~25∶12~25。
实施例2
本中草药物中以黄芪为100按比例进行多种中草药的制备，其中黄芪的重量为30g，在一定范围内称取其他中草药，利用专用的中药粉碎机或碾压设备将上述中草药粉碎或碾碎，并将粉碎或碾碎后的上述中草药中加入水的重量为中草药总重量的5-8倍水，浸泡15~30分钟，煎沸1小时，然后再利用250~300目滤网过滤药液，降温到30~50℃后让患者服用，进行临床试验。
从上述“上消化道肿瘤术后康复药试验结果二”试验结果可以看出，按照如下配比1到配比6的比例配制的中药，服用后效果都很好，其比例再述的配比范围内，而且得到了比“上消化道肿瘤术后康复药试验结果一”更好地效果良好。但在超过上述范围的配比7中效果不明显。
本次试验结果好的比例范围如下：
黄芪、鸡内金、白花蛇舌草、人参、白术、茯苓、郁金、柴胡、当归、酸枣仁、莪术、石见穿、菝契、黄芩、仙鹤草、泽漆、桂枝、升麻、枳壳、麦门冬、甘草、陈皮、半夏、仙灵脾，其重量比为：100∶45~55∶45~55∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶25~32∶25~32∶15~25∶15~25∶15~25∶15~25。
临床试验报告
2011年6月-2015.6月间，治疗食管癌术后病人45例，有效38例，有效率84%。贲门癌术后病人37例，有效31例，有效率84%。胃癌术后病人24例，有效18例，有效率75%。
用法及用量、疗程和服用次数
成人：温开水冲服每次10-20g，每日2次，连续用1-3月。儿童患者减半。
利用本药物可改善消化功能，加速术后的病体康复，增加抗病力和体质，提高身体的免疫能力，特别是对放化、疗病人，可增加放化疗效果和机体抗肿瘤能力，减少放化疗副作用，消除防化疗带来的副作用具有明显的效果，并且能够缩短病人体质恢复时间，促进病人的消化能力，增大病人进食量,，提高生活质量，延长生存期，通过利用本药物，可缩短病人的住院时间，尽快出院，在家中进行恢复，同时也能够给患者家属腾出大量的时间，用于工作和其他方面，服用本药物，能够缩短住院治疗时间，为患者节约治疗费用，减轻患者的家庭经济负担，能使患者尽早康复。

Claims (3)

1.一种有益于上消化道肿瘤术后康复的中草药物，其特征在于：所述中草药的制备方法如下：
（1）按照以下比例分别称取各种中草药：黄芪、鸡内金、白花蛇舌草、人参、白术、茯苓、郁金、柴胡、当归、酸枣仁、莪术、石见穿、菝契、黄芩、仙鹤草、泽漆、桂枝、升麻、枳壳、麦门冬、甘草、陈皮、半夏、仙灵脾，其重量比为：100∶45~60∶45~60∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶20~35∶25~35∶25~35∶12~25∶12~25∶12~25∶12~25；
（2）其制作工艺为：粉碎或碾碎后的上述中草药中加入水的重量为中草药总重量的4-10倍水，浸泡15~30分钟，煎沸1小时，利用250~300目滤网过滤药液，过滤后降温待用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有益于上消化道肿瘤术后康复的中草药物，其特征在于：方法（1）所述中草药黄芪、鸡内金、白花蛇舌草、人参、白术、茯苓、郁金、柴胡、当归、酸枣仁、莪术、石见穿、菝契、黄芩、仙鹤草、泽漆、桂枝、升麻、枳壳、麦门冬、甘草、陈皮、半夏、仙灵脾之间的重量比为：100∶45~55∶45~55∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶28~35∶25~32∶25~32∶15~25∶15~25∶15~25∶15~25。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种有益于上消化道肿瘤术后康复的中草药物，其特征在于：所述方法（2）制作工艺中，粉碎或碾碎后的上述中草药中加入水的重量为中草药总重量的5-8倍水，浸泡20~30分钟，煎沸1小时。
