室内墙面干装法,把单根“工”字钢架从墙面一头上、下排开横着固定在墙面上,“工”字钢架下沿槽铁扣合在膨胀螺丝上并焊接在下沿上,安装时,石材板所放位置抹上干挂胶,把石材板套装入两根“工”字钢架头上其相对着的上沿和槽铁背面之间空隙,用手推到头,调整对正,安完后再把一组单根“工”字钢架上、下排开接头横着固定在墙面上,套装入石材板,安装到墙面另一头时,把“工”字钢架头上上沿去掉一段,再从这一段套装入石材板,最后对于这一段,把石材板背面上、下两边割出空隙,用干挂胶直接沾固在“工”字钢架竖支撑和槽铁背面上。

背景技术
现在室内墙面石材干装方法有多种,但大同小异,一般是膨胀螺丝固定角码,角码上再固定双钩吗,再用双钩吗和干挂胶固定石材板,工艺繁琐,结构复杂,用料多,施工费时费力,石材与墙面距离大。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案是:“工”字钢架横着排放,用膨胀螺丝固定在墙面上,把单根“工”字钢架从墙面一头上、下排开横着固定在墙面上,两个“工”字钢架中心线间距比石材板高度大0.5—3毫米,“工”字钢架下沿有槽铁,槽铁扣合在“工”字钢架下沿上盖住膨胀螺丝并焊接在下沿上,“工”字钢架上沿与槽铁背面之间间距比石材板厚度大0.5—3毫米,安装时,石材板所放位置抹上干挂胶,把石材板套装入两根“工”字钢架头上其相对着的上沿和槽铁背面之间空隙,用手推到头,调整对正,安完后再把一组单根“工”字钢架上、下排开接头横着固定在墙面上,套装入石材板,安装到墙面另一头时,把“工”字钢架头上竖支撑之上的上沿去掉比石材板长度大0.5—5毫米的一段,再从去掉上沿的这一段套装入石材板,最后对于去掉上沿的这一段,把石材板背面上、下两边割出比“工”字钢架竖支撑大0.5—3毫米的空隙,用干挂胶直接沾固在“工”字钢架竖支撑和槽铁背面上。
这种室内墙面石材干装方法结构简单,工艺简单,省事、省料,石材与墙面距离近,节省空间。

具体实施方式
图中,1、石材板,2、“工”字钢架,3、干挂胶,4、槽铁,5、膨胀螺丝,6、墙面,7、墙面另一头,“工”字钢架2横着排放,用膨胀螺丝5固定在墙面6上,把单根“工”字钢架2从墙面6一头上、下排开横着固定在墙面6上,两个“工”字钢架2中心线间距比石材板1高度大2毫米,“工”字钢架2下沿有槽铁4,槽铁4扣合在“工”字钢架2下沿上盖住膨胀螺丝5并焊接在下沿上,“工”字钢架2上沿与槽铁4背面之间间距比石材板1厚度大1毫米,安装时,石材板1所放位置抹上干挂胶3,把石材板1套装入两根“工”字钢架2头上其相对着的上沿和槽铁4背面之间空隙,用手推到头,调整对正,安完后再把一组单根“工”字钢架2上、下排开接头横着固定在墙面6上,套装入石材板1,安装到墙面另一头7时,把“工”字钢架2头上竖支撑之上的上沿去掉比石材板1长度大2毫米的一段,再从去掉上沿的这一段套装入石材板1,最后对于去掉上沿的这一段,把石材板1背面上、下两边割出比“工”字钢架2竖支撑大2毫米的空隙,用干挂胶3直接沾固在“工”字钢架2竖支撑和槽铁4背面上。

1.室内墙面干装法,其特征是:“工”字钢架横着排放,用膨胀螺丝固定在墙面上,把单根“工”字钢架从墙面一头上、下排开横着固定在墙面上,两个“工”字钢架中心线间距比石材板高度大0.5—3毫米,“工”字钢架下沿有槽铁,槽铁扣合在“工”字钢架下沿上盖住膨胀螺丝并焊接在下沿上,“工”字钢架上沿与槽铁背面之间间距比石材板厚度大0.5—3毫米,安装时,石材板所放位置抹上干挂胶,把石材板套装入两根“工”字钢架头上其相对着的上沿和槽铁背面之间空隙,用手推到头,调整对正,安完后再把一组单根“工”字钢架上、下排开接头横着固定在墙面上,套装入石材板,安装到墙面另一头时,把“工”字钢架头上竖支撑之上的上沿去掉比石材板长度大0.5—5毫米的一段,再从去掉上沿的这一段套装入石材板,最后对于去掉上沿的这一段,把石材板背面上、下两边割出比“工”字钢架竖支撑大0.5—3毫米的空隙,用干挂胶直接沾固在“工”字钢架竖支撑和槽铁背面上。
