Abstract
The invention relates to a screen protection film attaching device and method. The screen protection film attaching device comprises a base, a protection film, a first guide shifting piece and a second guide shifting piece. The top surface of the base is provided with a containing groove and a temporary fixing part. The protection film comprises a release layer, a body layer and a protective layer, wherein the release layer, the body layer and the protective layer are mutually stacked together. The first guide shifting piece and the second guide shifting piece are provided with a first fixing part and a second fixing part respectively. The first fixing part is used for detachably fixing the end, provided with the protective layer, of the protection film. The second fixing part is used for being fixed to the end, provided with the release layer, of the protection film. In this way, a user can arrange the protection film in the corresponding position of an electronic device conveniently and accurately with the assistance of the base, the first guide shifting piece and the second guide shifting piece, and the work of attaching the protection film accurately can be completed easily at a low cost.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a device and a method for attaching a screen protection film, and more particularly, to a device and a method for attaching a screen protection film for assisting in attaching a screen protection film.
Background
With the advent of the digital age, more and more electronic products are carried by people in daily life, and the vigorous development of derived goods around the electronic products is also driven. Especially, the screen (monitor) specifications of electronic products are becoming higher and higher, and the screen protection sticker becomes one of the necessary accessories of electronic products with screens in consideration of the functions of screen scratch prevention, fingerprint prevention, beauty and peep prevention. Most people can ask a shop to assist the shop in pasting the screen protection sticker when the shop purchases electronic products, and because most people have more experience to ensure the pasting quality, the unskilled people are less prone to have the problem of inaccurate pasting position, and the like, manufacturers also develop a pasting device for assisting the pasting of the screen protection sticker for users who want to paste the screen protection sticker by themselves, so that inexperienced users can also ensure the pasting quality of the pasted screen protection sticker, such as Chinese patents CN203345234U, CN103448943A, CN202540904U, US patent US8393377B2, and the like.
In most of the above prior proposals, a roller seat is disposed in a slide rail on a base, and the roller seat is pushed to complete the attachment of the screen protector. However, the attaching structure is usually a disposable product, and is discarded after the operation of attaching the screen protector to the screen of the electronic product is completed, and the roller seat is a relatively complicated and non-integrally formed component, and a specific mold needs to be developed for production and assembly, which causes a burden to the production cost of manufacturers, and therefore, it is necessary to improve the structure of the attaching device for assisting the attachment of the screen protector.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a device and a method for attaching a screen protective film, which has a simple structure and can easily attach the protective film by using both hands without relying on other complicated aids, thereby increasing the cost of production and purchase.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts a main technical means that the screen protection film attaching device comprises:
a base having a top surface, wherein a containing groove and a temporary fixing portion are formed on the top surface, the containing groove has a first end and a second end, and the temporary fixing portion is located outside the first end of the containing groove;
a protective film, including a release layer, a body layer and a protective layer which are mutually overlapped;
the first drawing sheet is provided with a first fixing part for detachably fixing one end of the protective layer of the protective film; and
a second drawing sheet with a second fixing part for fixing on one end of the release layer of the protective film.
The protective film attaching device is used for accommodating the electronic device to be attached with the film in an accommodating groove on the top surface of the base, fixing the protective layer of the protective film on a temporary fixing part of the base through a first drawing sheet, and peeling the release layer positioned below the body layer from the body layer towards the direction of the second end of the accommodating groove through a second drawing sheet, so that a user can attach the body layer to the surface of the electronic device from the first end of the accommodating groove towards the second end; after the release layer is completely stripped, the first drawing sheet is taken down from the temporary fixing part on the base, and the protective layer is stripped from the body layer which is completely pasted from the first end of the containing groove to the second end direction, so that the film pasting operation on the surface of the electronic device can be conveniently completed.
In order to achieve the above objects, another main technical means of the present invention is a method for attaching a protective film to an electronic device, wherein the protective film comprises a release layer, a body layer and a protective layer, the release layer, the body layer and the protective layer are stacked on a base, a first tab is detachably fixed to one end of the protective layer, the first tab is detachably fixed to the base, and a second tab is fixed to one end of the release layer; and performing the following steps:
a positioning step, namely placing the electronic device into the accommodating groove, and temporarily fixing the first pull sheet fixed with the protective layer on the base so as to cover the electronic device with the protective film;
a bonding step, moving the second drawing sheet towards a direction far away from the temporary fixing position of the first drawing sheet on the base, so that the release layer fixed on the second drawing sheet is peeled off from the body layer of the protective film, and the body layer is bonded on the electronic device; and
and a cleaning step, namely taking down the first drawing sheet from the base and moving the first drawing sheet in a direction away from the temporary fixing position of the first drawing sheet on the base so that the protective layer fixed on the first drawing sheet is stripped from the body layer of the protective film, and the body layer is attached to the electronic device.
The invention has the advantages that the film pasting operation can be finished by drawing the first drawing sheet and the second drawing sheet without depending on other complex auxiliary tools, so that the production and purchase costs are increased.

Detailed Description
The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the purpose of the invention are further explained below by combining with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the device for attaching a screen protection film of the present invention includes a base 10, a protection film 20, a first drawing piece 30 and a second drawing piece 40.
The base 10 has a top surface, on which a receiving cavity 11 recessed downward and a temporary fixing portion 12 are formed, in this embodiment, the temporary fixing portion 12 includes two fixing holes 121 arranged in parallel and a U-shaped groove 122 located between the two fixing holes 121. The containing groove 11 is rectangular, two ends of the length direction are respectively a first end and a second end, the two fixing holes 121 and the U-shaped groove 122 of the temporary fixing portion 12 are disposed outside the first end of the containing groove 11, in this embodiment, the containing groove 11 is for correspondingly containing a mobile phone to be covered with a protective film, and the containing groove 11 is provided with an air hole 111 therein, the air hole 111 is used for preventing the mobile phone from increasing resistance due to the difference between the air pressure inside and outside the containing groove 11 when the mobile phone is placed in or taken out of the containing groove 11, and the installed electronic product is easily pushed out from the back of the base.
The protective film 20 includes a release layer 21, a body layer 22 and a protective layer 23, which are stacked together, in this embodiment, the release layer 21, the body layer 22 and the protective layer 23 of the protective film 20 are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, and then formed by laser cutting or cutting with a knife mold, the protective layer 23 is composed of a protective sheet 231 and a first positioning sheet 24 corresponding to one end of the first guiding sheet 30, the body layer 22 is composed of a body sheet 221 and a second positioning sheet 25 corresponding to one end of the first guiding sheet 30, the first positioning sheet 24 is provided with a first joint portion 241, the second positioning sheet 25 is provided with a second joint portion 251, the protective sheet 231 and the body sheet 221 are correspondingly cut up and down, and the first positioning sheet 24 and the second positioning sheet 25 are correspondingly cut up and down. In this embodiment, the first joint portion 241 and the second joint portion 251 are respectively three engaging holes, wherein two engaging holes are arranged in parallel, and the other engaging hole is arranged between the two engaging holes and is not collinear with the two engaging holes, so that the triangular structure formed by the three engaging holes can make the first drawing piece 30 more stable when fixed on a plane, and is not easy to be subjected to transverse or longitudinal stress to deform the positioning piece. In this embodiment, three engaging holes 211 are formed at one end of the release layer 21 corresponding to the first positioning sheet 24 and the second positioning sheet 25, and the positions of the three engaging holes 211 of the release layer 21 correspond to the three engaging holes on the first engaging portion 241 of the first positioning sheet 24 and the second engaging portion 251 of the second positioning sheet 25. In the embodiment, the protective layer 23 further includes a sticky sheet 26, the protective sheet 231 of the protective layer 23 and the first positioning sheet 24 are connected to each other through the sticky sheet 26, and the sticky sheet 26 is located on the other side of the protective layer corresponding to the body layer 22; the body piece 221 of the body layer 22 is not connected to the second positioning piece 25.
The first guiding plate 30 has a first fixing portion for detachably fixing one end of the first positioning plate 24 of the protection layer 23 and one end of the second positioning plate 25 of the body layer 22, in this embodiment, the first fixing portion is a three-convex-column 31, and the three-convex-column 31 is correspondingly inserted and clamped in the three-clamping holes of the first positioning plate 24 of the protection layer 23 and the second positioning plate 25 of the body layer 22. In the present embodiment, the protruding columns 31 at two sides of the first guiding plate 30 are detachably fixed in the two fixing holes 121 on the base 10.
One end of the second pulling sheet 40 has a second fixing portion, which is fixed to one end of the release layer 21 of the protective film 20 during use, in this embodiment, the second fixing portion is a three-convex-column 41, and the three-convex-column 41 correspondingly penetrates through and is clamped in the three-clamping-hole 211 of the release layer 21.
Referring to fig. 2A to 2C, the above-mentioned protective film attaching apparatus is to accommodate the electronic device to be attached with a film in the accommodating groove 11 on the top surface of the base 10, and fix the protective layer 23 and the body layer 22 of the protective film 20 on the temporary fixing portion 12 of the base 10 through the first guiding sheet 30, wherein only the portion of the releasing layer 21 having the locking hole 211 is turned over so that the second guiding sheet 40 does not block the convex pillar 31 from being joined to the fixing hole 121, and the releasing layer 21 located below the body layer 22 is peeled from the body layer 22 toward the second end of the accommodating groove 11 through the second guiding sheet 40, so that the user can attach the body layer 22 to the surfaces of the base 10 and the electronic device from the first end of the accommodating groove 11 toward the second end; after the release layer 21 is completely peeled off, the first guiding sheet 30 is removed from the temporary fixing portion 12 of the base 10, the protection sheet 231 and the first positioning sheet 24 of the protection layer 23 are peeled off from the body layer 22 from the first end of the accommodating groove 11 toward the second end, and the second positioning sheet 25 of the body layer 22 is removed together, so as to leave the body sheet 221 of the body layer 22 on the surface of the electronic device, thereby completing the film pasting operation.
Referring to fig. 3, another preferred embodiment of the screen protection film attaching apparatus of the present invention is substantially the same as the above-mentioned embodiment, but further includes an electrostatic dust removal film 50, the electrostatic dust removal film 50 can be disposed between the top surface of the base 10 and the release layer 21 of the protection film 20, and the electrostatic dust removal film 50 can have an adhesive dust removal portion repeatedly attached to the surface of the electronic device for absorbing dirt on the electronic device. In this embodiment, one end of the electrostatic dust collecting film 50 can be adhered to the other side surface of the second guiding sheet 40 corresponding to the three protruding columns 41, please refer to fig. 4A to 4C, the operation of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of fig. 2A to 2C, but the second guiding sheet 40 peels the release layer 21 located under the body layer 22 away from the body layer 22 toward the second end of the accommodating slot 11, at the same time, the electrostatic dust collecting film 50 is removed from the surface of the electronic device toward the second end of the accommodating slot 11 by the second guiding sheet 40, the body layer 22 is left on the surface of the base 10 and the electronic device, the first guiding sheet 30 is taken down from the temporary fixing portion 12 on the base 10, the protection sheet 231 of the protection layer 23 and the first positioning sheet 24 are peeled off from the body layer 22 from the first end of the accommodating slot 11 toward the second end, and the second positioning sheet 25 of the body layer 22 is removed, leaving the body sheet 221 of the body layer 22 on the surface of the electronic device, thereby completing the film-attaching operation.
Therefore, the present invention can complete the film attaching operation by pulling the first and second drawing pieces 30 and 40 without relying on other complicated auxiliary tools to increase the production and purchase costs, and the relative position of the protective film and the electronic device is accurately configured by the aid of the base 10 and the first and second drawing pieces 30 and 40, so that the operation of accurately attaching the protective film can be easily completed at low cost.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. The utility model provides a screen protection film laminating device, its characterized in that, screen protection film laminating device includes:
the base is provided with a top surface, a containing groove and a temporary fixing part are formed on the top surface, the containing groove is provided with a first end and a second end, and the temporary fixing part is positioned outside the first end of the containing groove;
a protective film, including a release layer, a body layer and a protective layer which are mutually overlapped;
the first drawing sheet is provided with a first fixing part and can detachably fix one end of the protective layer of the protective film; and
and the second drawing sheet is provided with a second fixing part and is fixed at one end of the release layer of the protective film.
2. The device for attaching a screen protection film to a display panel of claim 1, wherein the protective layer and the body layer are each formed with a positioning piece at an end thereof corresponding to the first tab, and each positioning piece is provided with a joint portion, and each joint portion is fixedly connected to the first fixing portion; a protection sheet is formed at the other end of the protection layer corresponding to the first drawing sheet, and the protection sheet is connected with the positioning sheet of the protection layer; the other end of the body layer corresponding to the first drawing sheet is provided with a body sheet, and the body sheet is not connected with the positioning sheet of the body layer.
3. The device of claim 2, wherein the protective layer further comprises a bonding sheet adhered between the positioning sheet and the protective sheet of the protective layer and on the other side of the protective layer corresponding to the body layer.
4. The device for attaching a screen protective film according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising an electrostatic precipitator film, wherein the electrostatic precipitator film is disposed between the top surface of the base and the release layer of the protective film, and a sticky precipitator portion is formed on a side surface of the electrostatic precipitator film corresponding to the base.
5. The device for attaching a screen protective film according to claim 4, wherein one end of the electrostatic precipitator film is capable of being attached to the other side surface of the second pull tab corresponding to the second fixing portion.
6. The device for attaching a screen protection film according to claim 2, wherein the temporary fixing portion comprises two fixing holes arranged in parallel and a U-shaped groove located between the two fixing holes.
7. The device for attaching a screen protection film to a display panel of claim 6, wherein the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are each a three-post.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein each of the joints is a three-locking hole, the three-locking hole is sleeved and locked on the three protruding posts, and a vent is formed in the receiving groove of the base.
9. A method for attaching a screen protective film is characterized in that the protective film comprises a release layer, a body layer and a protective layer which are mutually overlapped, wherein one end of the protective layer is detachably fixed with a first pull sheet, the first pull sheet is detachably fixed on a base, and one end of the release layer is fixed with a second pull sheet; the screen protection film attaching method comprises the following steps:
a positioning step, namely placing the electronic device into the accommodating groove, and temporarily fixing the first pull sheet fixed with the protective layer on the base so as to cover the electronic device with the protective film;
a bonding step, moving the second drawing sheet in a direction away from the temporary fixing position of the first drawing sheet on the base, so that the release layer fixed on the second drawing sheet is peeled off from the body layer of the protective film, and the body layer is bonded on the electronic device; and
and a cleaning step, namely taking down the first drawing sheet from the base and moving the first drawing sheet in a direction away from the temporary fixing position of the first drawing sheet on the base so that the protective layer fixed on the first drawing sheet is stripped from the body layer of the protective film, and the body layer is attached to the electronic device.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the positioning step further comprises placing an electrostatic precipitator film between the protective film and the electronic device, such that the electrostatic precipitator film is applied to the electronic device; and the attaching step further comprises the step of fixing the electrostatic dust removal film on the second drawing sheet, so that the electrostatic dust removal film is also peeled off from the electronic device through the traction of the second drawing sheet while the release layer is separated from the body layer of the protective film.
