Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses an establishing method for a technical standard database. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining technical standards resolved and recorded by a user; according to a train structure, establishing a tree structure from whole to part, and correspondingly filling the technical standards into the tree structure; establishing correlation between the technical standards and a product, so that a user compares parameters and performances which correspond to the product with related technical standards. The embodiment of the invention further discloses an establishing device for the technical standard database and the technical standard database. The purpose of improving product development efficiency of research personnel is realized.

Technical Field

Background
A product technology standard is a specification or other precise criteria that can be used to define rules, guidelines, or characteristics for a range of activities and their results, with the purpose of ensuring that materials, products, processes, and services are able to meet the needs. The technical standard database is used for organizing and summarizing technical standards related to trains, establishing a tree structure from the whole to part according to the train structure, and associating the technical standards and/or processes, so that a user can compare parameters and performance with the associated technical standards when developing products, or automatically match the technical standards corresponding to the processes when executing corresponding research and development steps, and reference is given to the user. Through the technical standard database, the technical standard is pertinently combined with the structure and the development task flow of the train, and in the development flows of different components, the product corresponds to the technical standard, so that the product can meet the requirements of the technical standard, and the accuracy and the working efficiency are improved.
