Fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a method for confirming a user identity in a VTM system provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the steps include:
step S101: and establishing a user characteristic information database for confirming the identity of the user.
Specifically, firstly, the identity card information of the user is confirmed, after the identity card information is confirmed, the user characteristic information of the confirmed identity card information is collected, and the confirmed identity card information and the collected user characteristic information are stored in a user characteristic information database. Wherein, the step of confirming the identity card information of the user comprises the following steps: identifying the authenticity of the identity card information, and scanning the identity card information into an image file; according to the requirement, the identity card information can be preliminarily confirmed by a teller; after the confirmation, shooting the user randomly through a network to obtain the face information of the user; the method comprises the steps of automatically identifying, analyzing and comparing user face information in an acquired identity card with user face information obtained through shooting, confirming similarity, and when the similarity is higher than a threshold value, confirming that the face in the identity card is matched with the face obtained through shooting, namely, the user identity card information is verified to be passed.
Further, the user characteristic information includes user biological characteristic information and/or user signature information, wherein the user biological characteristic information includes fingerprint information, palm vein information, face information, and iris information.
Step S102: when a user transacts a remote service through a network, user characteristic information is collected.
Specifically, when a user transacts a remote service through a network, at least one of fingerprint information, palm vein information, face information, iris information, and user signature information is collected. That is, in order to improve security, two or more user characteristic information may be compared comprehensively to verify the user identity.
Step S103: and comparing the collected user characteristic information with the user characteristic information in the user characteristic information database.
Specifically, at least one of the collected fingerprint information, palm vein information, face information, iris information, and user signature information is compared with corresponding information in the user feature information database, and if all the information is matched, the collected user feature information is verified.
Step S104: and if so, the verification of the collected user characteristic information is passed.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a device for confirming user identity in a VTM system provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the device includes a database module 21, an information collection module 22, an information comparison module 23, and an information confirmation module 24. Wherein:
the database module 21 is used for establishing a user characteristic information database for confirming the identity of the user.
The information collecting module 22 is used for collecting the user characteristic information when the user transacts the remote service through the network.
The information comparison module 23 is configured to compare the collected user characteristic information with the user characteristic information in the user characteristic information database.
And the information confirmation module 24 is used for verifying the collected user characteristic information when the user characteristic information is matched with the user characteristic information.
First, the information collection module 22 collects the user characteristic information of the confirmed identity card information, and stores the confirmed identity card information and the collected user characteristic information into the user characteristic information database established by the database module 21. Further, the user characteristic information includes user biological characteristic information and/or user signature information, wherein the user biological characteristic information includes fingerprint information, palm vein information, face information, and iris information. Then, the information collecting module 22 collects at least one of fingerprint information, palm vein information, face information, iris information, and user signature information when the user transacts a remote service through a network. The information comparison module 23 compares at least one of the collected fingerprint information, palm vein information, face information, iris information, and user signature information with corresponding information in the user characteristic information database, and if all the information is matched, the information confirmation module 24 passes the verification of the collected user characteristic information.
Further, the device also comprises the following modules for verifying the user identity card information: the system comprises an identity card information acquisition module, a user shooting module, an identity card information comparison module and an identity card information verification module.
The identity card information acquisition module acquires user face information, user name, age and other user related information in the identity card, and the user shooting module shoots the user corresponding to the identity card to obtain the user face information. The identity card information comparison module compares the acquired user face information in the identity card with the shot user face information, and if the acquired user face information is matched with the shot user face information, the identity card information verification module passes the verification of the user identity card information.
For example, user face information, user name, age and other user-related information in the authenticated identification card are collected and stored, the collected user face information is compared with the shot user face information (which can be shot under the control of a teller or automatically shot by corresponding equipment), and the identification card information is confirmed when matching is performed. After the identity card information is confirmed, collecting user characteristic information of the confirmed identity card information, and storing the confirmed identity card information and the collected user characteristic information into a user characteristic information database, wherein the user characteristic information comprises user biological characteristic information and/or user signature information, and the user biological characteristic information comprises fingerprint information, palm vein information, face information and iris information. When a user transacts a remote service through a network, fingerprint information and palm vein information of the user are collected (one or a combination of a plurality of information can be collected), the collected fingerprint information is compared with the fingerprint information in the user characteristic information database, the collected palm vein information is compared with the palm vein information in the user characteristic information database, if the collected fingerprint information and the collected palm vein information are matched, the collected fingerprint information and the collected palm vein information are verified, and a subsequent service flow can be performed. When the service needs user signature, comparing the acquired user signature information with the user signature information in the user characteristic information database and/or the user name in the previously stored identity card, and if the acquired user signature information is matched with the user signature information in the user characteristic information database, verifying the acquired user signature information. Further, in the above verification process, if the automatic verification fails, the teller may be requested to perform manual verification through the network.
