Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,特别涉及一种LED灯的电连接件。
背景技术
随着全球环保意识的提高,LED照明灯运用于室内照明领域得到快速的发展。目前的LED灯通常包括光源板与驱动板,驱动板需与光源板电连接以实现驱动光源板上LED光源发光的目的。目前,光源板与驱动之间一般采用焊接导线方式实现电连接,以达到连接驱动电源的目的。这样的连接方式由于需人工穿导线及焊线,生产工序复杂化、生产效率低,过程费时繁琐且不好定位安装,不利于自动化生产。因此,目前已有改进采用端子的方案,以利于自动化生产,但是这些端子长期使用时往往易变形,导致电连接失效,可靠性差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单、可靠性高的LED灯的电连接件。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种LED灯的电连接件,用于实现LED灯的光源板与驱动板的电连接,其包括输入端子和输出端子,该输入端子的一端固定在该LED灯的驱动板上并与驱动板电连接,该输出端子包括导电端、弹性夹持部及抵接部,该导电端包括导电脚,该导电端通过导电脚固定在该光源板上并与该光源板电连接,该弹性夹持部及抵接部均设置在该导电端上,组装时,该输入端子的另一端与弹性夹持部的一侧弹性地抵接,该抵接部与该弹性夹持部的另一侧抵接。
与现有技术相比,该LED灯的电连接件设有输入端子及输出端子,该驱动板、该输入端子、该输出端子及该光源板依次电连接,该输出端子上特别设置有弹性夹持部及抵接部,组装时,该输入端子的另一端与该弹性夹持部的一侧弹性地抵接,该抵接部与该弹性夹持部的另一侧抵接,这样,该抵接部可为该弹性夹持部提供反作用力,从而使得该弹性夹持部在与该输入端子电接触时更为紧密不易松动,使得LED灯的电连接件具有结构简单、可靠性高的优点。

以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述:
图1是本发明LED灯的电连接件第一实施例的立体分解图,该LED灯的电连接件用于实现LED灯的光源板30与驱动板40的电连接,其包括输入端子10和输出端子20,该输入端子10的一端固定在该LED灯的驱动板40上并与驱动板40电连接。
请参考图3,该输出端子20包括导电端21、弹性夹持部22及抵接部23。该弹性夹持部22及抵接部23均设置在该导电端21上,本实施例中,该弹性夹持部22及该抵接部23均一体设置在该导电端21上。该导电端21由金属材料一体制成。
请参考图2至图4,该导电端21包括导电脚211,该导电端21通过导电脚211固定在该光源板30上并与该光源板30电连接。通常,该导电脚211焊接在该光源板30上。
该弹性夹持部22的底部一体连接在该导电端21上,该弹性夹持部22的顶部朝向远离该导电端21的方向倾斜地弯折。本实施例中,包括两个弹性夹持部22,这些弹性夹持部22相对对称设置且相互组成“八”字形结构,这些弹性夹持部22分别与该输入端子10的两个侧壁弹性地抵接。该导电端21上还设有穿孔212,这些弹性夹持部22对称地设置在该穿孔212的两侧,该输入端子10穿过该穿孔212与这些弹性夹持部22电连接。
本实施例中,该抵接部23为“门”形折弯结构的弹片结构,该抵接部23的一端固定在该导电端21上,该抵接部23的另一端被弯折后抵接在该弹性夹持部22上。该抵接部23的另一端的底部抵接在该弹性夹持部22上。每个弹性夹持部22上均设有开口,使得每个弹性夹持部22均形成梳状结构,这些弹性夹持部22的梳状结构相互交错设置。这样,一方面提高了该弹性夹持部22的弹性,另一方面使得该输入端子10在与该弹性夹持部22抵接时梳状结构可相互岔开而有多点电接触,提高了电连接的可靠性。
组装时,该输入端子10的另一端与弹性夹持部22的一侧弹性地抵接,该抵接部23与该弹性夹持部22的另一侧抵接。本实施例中,该输入端子10的另一端与弹性夹持部22的顶部弹性地抵接,该抵接部23与该弹性夹持部22的中部抵接。这样,该输入端子10与该抵接部23相互错开,能有效限制该弹性夹持部22的变形范围。综上所述,该LED灯的电连接件设有输入端子10及输出端子20,该驱动板40、该输入端子10、该输出端子20及该光源板30依次电连接,该输出端子上特别设置有弹性夹持部22及抵接部23,组装时,该输入端子10的另一端与该该弹性夹持部22的一侧弹性地抵接,该抵接部23与该弹性夹持部22的另一侧抵接,这样,该抵接部23可为该弹性夹持部22提供反作用力,从而使得该弹性夹持部22在与该输入端子10电接触时更为紧密不易松动,使得LED灯的电连接件具有结构简单、可靠性高的优点。
当然,该抵接部23可以为刚性结构,该抵接部23的一端固定在该导电端21上,该抵接部23的另一端与该弹性夹持部22的中部抵接。同样能起到限制该弹性夹持部22变形范围的作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种LED灯的电连接件,用于实现LED灯的光源板与驱动板的电连接,其包括输入端子和输出端子,其特征在于:该输入端子的一端固定在该LED灯的驱动板上并与驱动板电连接,该输出端子包括导电端、弹性夹持部及抵接部,该导电端包括导电脚,该导电端通过导电脚固定在该光源板上并与该光源板电连接,该弹性夹持部及抵接部均设置在该导电端上,组装时,该输入端子的另一端与弹性夹持部的一侧弹性地抵接,该抵接部与该弹性夹持部的另一侧抵接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:该弹性夹持部及该抵接部均一体设置在该导电端上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:该弹性夹持部的底部连接在该导电端上,该弹性夹持部的顶部朝向远离该导电端的方向倾斜地弯折。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:该输入端子的另一端与弹性夹持部的顶部弹性地抵接,该抵接部与该弹性夹持部的中部抵接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:该抵接部为刚性结构,该抵接部的一端固定在该导电端上,该抵接部的另一端与该弹性夹持部的中部抵接。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:该抵接部为弹片结构,该抵接部的一端固定在该导电端上,该抵接部的另一端被弯折后抵接在该弹性夹持部上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:该抵接部为“门”形折弯结构,该抵接部的另一端的底部抵接在该弹性夹持部上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:包括两个弹性夹持部,所述弹性夹持部相对设置且相互组成“八”字形结构,所述弹性夹持部分别与该输入端子的两个侧壁弹性地抵接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:该导电端上还设有穿孔,所述弹性夹持部对称地设置在该穿孔的两侧,该输入端子穿过该穿孔与所述弹性夹持部电连接。
10.根据权利要求8所述的LED灯的电连接件,其特征在于:每个所述弹性夹持部上均设有开口,使得每个所述弹性夹持部均形成梳状结构。
