本发明公开了一种清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒,由以下重量份原料构成:茶叶70-80、竹叶10-15、雪梨7-8、金针菇4-5、菊花9-12、西瓜皮3-4、仙草0.8-1、芦根1-1.2、栀子1.3-1.5,柠檬酸、维生素C、食用酒精、白酒、蛋清、白糖和水适量。本发明使用的茶叶经过食用酒精浸泡过,解决了茶叶中脂溶性农药的残留问题;在茶叶调味酒中加入蛋清沫和白糖煮沸溶化过滤,可去除成品酒中的苦辣味,使其口感更柔和绵长;雪梨与菊花还有多种有益于人体的营养元素,有清心润肺的、清热解毒、明目等作用;添加多种中草药使其具有保健功效。

本发明涉及茶叶加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
茶叶中含有多种营养成分和功能因子,尤其是茶多酚和咖啡碱含量较高,研究表明,茶多酚具有消炎抑菌、降低血脂、血糖、血压、抗衰老、抗辐射等作用;咖啡碱具有强心利尿、消除疲劳、增进食欲、减除酒精毒害等作用;而酒能刺激人的神经、具有消除疲劳,加速血液循环等功能。饮茶在我国已经有4500多年的历史文化传统,饮酒文化距今也有4000多年的历史,茶酒做为一种新型的酒饮品正逐步走入人们的生活。茶酒即以茶叶为主要原料,经浸提或生物发酵后过滤、陈酿、勾兑而成的,其不仅含有酒的特性,还保持茶的原香及色泽,富含茶多酚、氨基酸、茶多糖、蛋白质等物质,具有健胃生津、醒脑明目、杀菌解毒等功效。随着人们保健意识的增强和消费观念的转变,茶酒越来越受到人们的喜爱。
目前,在茶叶生长过程中会喷洒农药,所用农药大部分为脂溶性农药,而脂溶性农药溶于酒精,故茶酒会有农药残留的问题;有些茶酒还有味道苦辣等问题。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒,由以下重量份原料构成:
茶叶70-80、竹叶10-15、雪梨7-8、金针菇4-5、菊花9-12、西瓜皮3-4、仙草0.8-1、芦根1-1.2、栀子1.3-1.5,柠檬酸、维生素C、食用酒精、白酒、蛋清、白糖和水适量。
所述的清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘新鲜茶叶,将茶叶放入食用酒精中浸泡15-20分钟后再冲洗沥干,再摊晒揉捻,得初处理茶叶;
(2)将仙草、芦根和栀子加5-7倍水加热水提2-3次,过滤合并药液;将雪梨去皮去核切块,金针菇洗净切碎,西瓜皮洗净切块,将雪梨、金针菇和西瓜皮混合,加入药液打浆,离心过滤,取滤液,得雪梨药液;
(3)将初处理茶叶粉碎后均分分为两份;一份加入茶叶总重量10倍的水中,并加入竹叶、菊花、原料总重1%的柠檬酸和0.1%的维生素C,搅拌均匀,煎煮至沸腾,保持沸腾状态10-15分钟,粗滤得茶汁,取滤渣加适量水再次煎煮10-15分钟,粗滤取茶汁,将两次煎煮所得茶汁合并并浓缩;一份加入茶叶总重量10倍的白酒、雪梨药液、原料总重1%的柠檬酸和0.1%的维生素C,浸泡1-2天后粗滤,滤渣加适量白酒再次浸泡1-2天粗滤,将两次浸泡所得滤液合并,得茶液;
(4)将茶汁与茶液混合,静置7-10天,澄清、精滤,得茶叶调味酒;将蛋清打成细沫,在茶叶调味酒中加入蛋清沫和适量白糖,用小火煮沸溶化,过滤;
(5)在茶叶调味酒中加入适量柠檬酸、维生素C、白酒和白糖,调配至酒香与茶香协调,再经杀菌、灌装,即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明使用的茶叶经过食用酒精浸泡过,解决了茶叶中脂溶性农药的残留问题;在茶叶调味酒中加入蛋清沫和白糖煮沸溶化过滤,可去除成品酒中的苦辣味,使其口感更柔和绵长;加入柠檬水和维生素C能提高维生素的稳定性,起到固色护色的作用;雪梨与菊花还有多种有益于人体的营养元素,雪梨有清心润肺的功效,还可以降低血压、清热、润燥、醒酒、解毒等,菊花可降火消炎,也可降低血压、明目等;添加多种中草药使其具有保健功效,如芦根清热生津等。
具体实施方式
一种清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒,由以下重量份原料构成:
茶叶70、竹叶10、雪梨7、金针菇4、菊花9、西瓜皮3、仙草0.8、芦根1、栀子1.3,柠檬酸、维生素C、食用酒精、白酒、蛋清、白糖和水适量。
所述的清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘新鲜茶叶,将茶叶放入食用酒精中浸泡15分钟后再冲洗沥干,再摊晒揉捻,得初处理茶叶;
(2)将仙草、芦根和栀子加5倍水加热水提2次,过滤合并药液;将雪梨去皮去核切块,金针菇洗净切碎,西瓜皮洗净切块,将雪梨、金针菇和西瓜皮混合,加入药液打浆,离心过滤,取滤液,得雪梨药液;

(4)将茶汁与茶液混合,静置7天,澄清、精滤,得茶叶调味酒;将蛋清打成细沫,在茶叶调味酒中加入蛋清沫和适量白糖,用小火煮沸溶化,过滤;
(5)在茶叶调味酒中加入适量柠檬酸、维生素C、白酒和白糖,调配至酒香与茶香协调,再经杀菌、灌装,即得。
Claims (2)
1.一种清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料构成:
茶叶70-80、竹叶10-15、雪梨7-8、金针菇4-5、菊花9-12、西瓜皮3-4、仙草0.8-1、芦根1-1.2、栀子1.3-1.5,柠檬酸、维生素C、食用酒精、白酒、蛋清、白糖和水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清肺解毒雪梨菊花茶酒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘新鲜茶叶,将茶叶放入食用酒精中浸泡15-20分钟后再冲洗沥干,再摊晒揉捻,得初处理茶叶;
(2)将仙草、芦根和栀子加5-7倍水加热水提2-3次,过滤合并药液;将雪梨去皮去核切块,金针菇洗净切碎,西瓜皮洗净切块,将雪梨、金针菇和西瓜皮混合,加入药液打浆,离心过滤,取滤液,得雪梨药液;
