本发明涉及一种蕨菜孢子育苗基质,其由腐殖土100-150份、豆粕20-30份、骨粉10-12份、硅酸盐菌肥5-8份、甜菜碱1-1.5份、亚精胺0.005-0.008份、肌醇渣3-5份、维生素B10.08-0.1份、维生素B20.24-0.3份为原料制成,本发明基质营养丰富、质地疏松透气,且具有一定的保水性能,肥力容易被吸收利用且持久,能够促进薇菜孢子提早萌发,缩短薇菜孢子成苗时间,缩短了育苗周期。

本发明涉及一种蕨类植物栽培基质,具体涉及一种蕨菜孢子育苗基质。
背景技术
蕨菜是一种多年生草本植物,生长在针阔混交林或阔叶林间隙地及草山地,具有庞大的地下根茎,可防止水土流失;地上叶柄和幼叶可作野菜食用,具有驱风湿、安神、利尿等功效,以其风味独特,营养丰富,而受人们青睐,,利用蕨菜产生的大量孢子进行人工繁殖,是提高蕨菜繁殖系数的有效途径,现有技术中多采用直接在基质中播种蕨菜孢子使其萌发成苗,不同基质对蕨菜育苗周期长短有着较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明以促进蕨菜幼孢子体的形成和提高其繁殖效果为目的,提供一种蕨菜孢子育苗基质。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种蕨菜孢子育苗基质,其基质配方为:
腐殖土100-150份、豆粕20-30份、骨粉10-12份、硅酸盐菌肥5-8份、甜菜碱1-1.5份、亚精胺0.005-0.008份、肌醇渣3-5份、维生素B10.08-0.1份、维生素B20.24-0.3份。
本发明基质营养丰富、质地疏松透气,且具有一定的保水性能,肥力容易被吸收利用且持久,能够促进薇菜孢子提早萌发,缩短薇菜孢子成苗时间,缩短了育苗周期。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种蕨菜孢子育苗基质,其基质配方为:腐殖土100份、豆粕20份、骨粉10份、硅酸盐菌肥5份、甜菜碱1份、亚精胺0.005份、肌醇渣3份、维生素B10.08份、维生素B20.24份。
实施例2:
一种蕨菜孢子育苗基质,其基质配方为:腐殖土150份、豆粕30份、骨粉12份、硅酸盐菌肥8份、甜菜碱1.5份、亚精胺0.008份、肌醇渣5份、维生素B10.1份、维生素B20.3份。
以下结合对照实验对本发明进行说明:
实验分为实验组、对照组1、对照组2,3组;
实验组采用本发明基质作为播种基质;
对照组1采用腐殖土作为播种基质;
对照组2采用蕨菜原生长土与腐熟有机肥按1:1的重量比混和作为播种基质;
选择当年采收成熟的蕨菜褐色粉孢子,用无菌水充分冲洗后,等量播种于实验组、对照组1、对照组2的培养基中,每平方米播种9-10粒薇菜孢子,生长湿度保持在75-85%,生长温度保持在26℃,生长光照强度在1800lx并保持24小时光照,实验组、对照组1、对照组2的孢子生长条件均相同。
播种后,实验组的孢子1-2天后萌发;对照组1的孢子4-6天后萌发;对照组2的孢子4-7天后萌发;
播种后,实验组的孢子5-6天后进入原丝体期;对照组1的孢子9-11天后进入片状期;对照组2的孢子10-11天后进入片状期;
播种后,实验组的孢子8-9天后进入配子体期;对照组1的孢子13-15天后出现原叶体;对照组2的孢子14-18天后出现原叶体;
播种后,实验组的孢子26-27天后孢子体第一片叶开展;对照组1的孢子33-35天后出现第一片孢子叶;对照组2的孢子33-38天后出现第一片孢子叶。

腐殖土100-150份、豆粕20-30份、骨粉10-12份、硅酸盐菌肥5-8份、甜菜碱1-1.5份、亚精胺0.005-0.008份、肌醇渣3-5份、维生素B10.08-0.1份、维生素B20.24-0.3份。
