When the mobile terminal user rents the public bicycles in an appointment mode, the mobile terminal user needs to complete the bicycle renting of the public bicycles according to the position information of the public bicycles and the intelligent lock passwords in the appointed time; the difference value between the appointed time and the bicycle renting time is smaller than a set value, for example, the set value is half an hour, and when the user does not complete the renting of the public bicycles within half an hour exceeding the bicycle renting time, the background monitoring server sends an instruction for canceling the reserved locking to the main control chip.
