Abstract
The invention proposes a product information tracing system, terminal and method, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out feature collection of a traced object through a tracing terminal; generating time information and/or position information of feature collection at this time; enabling the collected feature information, time information and/or position information and a tracing mark number to be transmitted to a tracing information management platform; and enabling the received information to be recorded in an information sequence corresponding to the tracing mark number through the tracing information management platform. The method can provide the credibility of information tracing, and reduces the difficulty in use.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of product information management, in particular to a product information tracing system, a terminal and a method.
Background
At present, a traceability technology becomes an important technical means for food safety and integrity service, but the current traceability technology mainly focuses on identification means such as RFID and two-dimensional codes, and the content of traceability information has the following problems: firstly, most information contents are filled by the manufacturer, and the reliability of the information contents for the user is lacked; and secondly, the information is the name of a production unit, the operator and the like, and the key content of the object to be traced, which needs to be known by the user, cannot be comprehensively reflected.
In the current tracing technology, tracing software is generally installed on a tracing terminal, and a tracing website is logged in by scanning a two-dimensional code or identifying RFID information to obtain pre-input tracing information. The tracing information is generally input and uploaded by a unit or a person needing tracing, and from the perspective of practical application effect, people generally have questionable attitudes on the real reliability of the tracing information, so that the tracing effect is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical defects, the invention provides a product information tracing system which comprises a tracing information management platform, a tracing terminal and an inquiry terminal, wherein the tracing information management platform is respectively in wired or wireless connection with the tracing terminal and the inquiry terminal, and is used for generating a unique tracing label of a tracing object and receiving and storing tracing object information acquired by the tracing terminal; receiving a request of the query terminal, and feeding back corresponding information to the query terminal; the traceability terminal is used for carrying out feature acquisition on a traceability object, generating time information and/or position information of the feature acquisition, and sending the time information and/or the position information to the traceability information management platform; and the query terminal is used for querying the traceability object information to the traceability information management platform.
Preferably, the tracing terminal includes at least one of a production link tracing terminal and a circulation link tracing terminal.
Preferably, the tracing terminal includes a satellite positioning module, configured to automatically generate time information and/or position information of the feature acquisition behavior; furthermore, the source tracing terminal further comprises a storage module, which is used for storing the collected characteristic information, the time information and/or the position information and the tracing label.
Preferably, the traceability information management platform further generates a unique identification tag for the traceability object. Referring to fig. 1, the product information tracing system provided by the present invention includes a tracing information management platform, a tracing terminal and an inquiry terminal, wherein the tracing information management platform is respectively connected with the tracing terminal and the inquiry terminal by wire or wireless. Wherein,
the traceability information management platform is used for generating a unique traceability label of a traceability object, and receiving and storing traceability object information acquired by the traceability terminal; receiving a request of the query terminal, and feeding back corresponding information to the query terminal; the traceability information management platform also generates a unique identification tag for the traceability object, such as a two-dimensional code, an RFID or a one-dimensional code identification.
The tracing terminal is used for carrying out characteristic acquisition on a tracing object, generating time information and/or position information of the characteristic acquisition and sending the time information and/or the position information to the tracing information management platform; the tracing terminal can be a production link tracing terminal or a circulation link tracing terminal.
The tracing terminal can comprise a camera module, a satellite positioning module (such as a Beidou/GPS module), a storage module and an identification module. The camera module is used for generating a picture or video file to record characteristic information of a retrospective object; the satellite positioning module is used for automatically generating time information and/or position information of the characteristic acquisition behavior; the storage module is used for storing the collected characteristic information, the time information and/or the position information and the tracing label; and the identification module is used for identifying the identification tag arranged on the tracing object to acquire a corresponding tracing label, such as a two-dimensional code scanning module, an RFID identification module, a one-dimensional code identification module and the like.
And the query terminal is used for querying the traceability object information to the traceability information management platform. The query terminal comprises an identification module, such as a two-dimensional code scanning module, an RFID identification module, a one-dimensional code identification module and the like, and is used for identifying the identification tags arranged on the traceable object, so that the traceable object information is queried to the traceable information management platform.
Referring to fig. 2, the tracing method based on the product information tracing system includes the following steps:

the tracing label can be obtained by logging in the tracing information management platform through the tracing terminal to select the tracing object, can be stored in the tracing terminal in advance, and can be obtained from the tracing information management platform when the tracing project is established.
S203: the tracing terminal sends the collected characteristic information, time information and/or position information and the corresponding tracing label to the tracing information management platform;
s204: and the traceability information management platform records the received information into the corresponding information sequence.
In the process, the tracing terminal can also store the collected characteristic information, time information and/or position information and the tracing label in the local, and send the information to the tracing information management platform in real time or non-real time through a wired or wireless network after network connection.
Before S201, a preparation stage may be further included: the tracing terminal uploads initial information of a tracing object to the tracing information management platform, the tracing information management platform generates a unique tracing label for the tracing object and returns the tracing label to the tracing terminal, and the tracing terminal receives and stores the tracing object and the corresponding tracing label.

And the query terminal logs in a traceability information management platform by scanning the identification tag, and the traceability information management platform provides traceability object information corresponding to the identification tag for the query terminal. After S204, the tracing information management platform may further return a confirmation message to the tracing terminal.
Example (b): the following describes the specific implementation of the present invention in detail by taking the end-to-end whole process tracing of vegetables as an example. The end-to-end process of the vegetables refers to the process of selecting the designated vegetables from the planted land and the planted variety, producing, harvesting, transporting and selling the designated vegetables, and then dividing the designated vegetables into six processes in the hands of the consumers, and referring to fig. 3, the tracing product is the leaf lettuce.
Production base and variety selection: in the stage, rape is planted in a designated land, land marks can be photographed in a tracing preparation stage, and a two-dimensional code, a tracing label and a tracing item are formed in a tracing information management platform; after the tracing project is established, tracing of the plot can be started, such as plot detection certification and the like. The specific implementation is shown in the attached figure 4:

The preparation phase is now complete. The process can also be realized by manual input respectively at the traceability information management platform and the traceability terminal.
Tracing the prenatal production data and the midpartum section: and (4) referring to the tracing stage flow, and storing the behavior tracing data of each stage into the tracing item. Please refer to fig. 5 for specific implementation:

During the concrete implementation of each stage, the process of linking the tracing terminal and the tracing information management platform can also be performed after data acquisition, namely, the tracing terminal stores the data locally first and sends the data to the tracing information management platform when network connection exists.
Harvesting and warehousing: and printing the two-dimension code, and pasting the two-dimension code on the lettuce packaging box.
A transportation stage and a sale stage: and providing the transportation and sale tracing information according to the two-dimension code-based tracing stage. Please refer to fig. 6:

After the vegetables are sold, consumers can inquire the traceability information of the vegetables through two-dimensional code scanning or the Internet and the like. Taking scanning two-dimensional code as an example, please refer to fig. 7 for a specific process:

As can be seen from the above embodiments, the system, the terminal and the method provided by the present invention have the following advantages: the tracing terminal automatically acquires satellite timing and positioning data, and forms tracing information with higher integrity by combining a tracing behavior photo; the integrity problem of the content of the traceability information is solved. In addition, the tracing terminal is automatically operated, and character information does not need to be manually input basically; is simple and easy to operate.

the traceability terminal is used for carrying out feature acquisition on a traceability object, generating time information and/or position information of the feature acquisition, and sending the time information and/or the position information to the traceability information management platform;
and the query terminal is used for querying the traceability object information to the traceability information management platform.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the traceability terminal comprises at least one of a production link traceability terminal and a circulation link traceability terminal.
3. The system according to claim 1, wherein the tracing terminal comprises a satellite positioning module for automatically generating time information and/or location information of the feature acquisition behavior.
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the tracing terminal further comprises a storage module for storing the collected characteristic information, the time information and/or the location information and the tracing label.
5. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the traceability information management platform further generates a unique identification tag for the traceability objects.
6. The system according to claim 5, wherein the tracing terminal further comprises an identification module for identifying the identification tag disposed on the tracing object to obtain the corresponding tracing label.
7. The system according to claim 5, wherein the query terminal includes an identification module configured to identify an identification tag disposed on the traceable object, so as to query the traceable object information to the traceable information management platform.

A tracing terminal used in the system of claim 1, configured to perform feature acquisition on a tracing object, generate time information and/or location information of the feature acquisition, and send the time information and/or location information to the tracing information management platform; the tracing terminal is characterized by comprising a satellite positioning module for automatically generating time information and/or position information of the characteristic acquisition behavior.
10. The tracing terminal of claim 9, wherein the tracing terminal further comprises a camera module for generating a picture or a video file to record the feature information.
11. The tracing terminal according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the tracing terminal further comprises a storage module for storing the collected characteristic information, time information and/or location information and the tracing label.
12. The tracing terminal of claim 9, wherein the tracing terminal further comprises an identification module, configured to identify an identification tag disposed on the tracing object to obtain the corresponding tracing label.
13. A product information tracing method based on the system of claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:
