本发明提供一种太阳能电池,包括接线盒、等离子层、硅胶及背板,其中,所述等离子层设置在所述接线盒与所述硅胶之间,所述接线盒通过所述硅胶与所述背板连接;所述背板包括自上而下依次设置的PVF膜层、PET膜层及用于吸收10-400nm的紫外光的增效膜层,所述PVF膜层、所述PET膜层与所述增效膜层共挤成型。本发明的太阳能电池的接线盒与背板结合更牢固,并且光电转化率高。

一种太阳能电池
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能技术领域,特别涉及一种太阳能电池。
背景技术
近年来,环境污染已引起全世界的关注,尤其由矿物质燃料燃烧排放的二氧化碳所引起的温室效应更是一个严重的问题。因此,人们强烈希望能够开发出无污染能源。太能作为新型能源,具有取之不尽、用之不竭,无污染、无公害的特点而备受全球关注,并实现能源转化的产业化。目前,人们利用太阳能的主要手段之一是,利用太阳电池对太阳能进行光电转化,将太阳能转化成电能。
现有的太能电池一般包括接线盒及背板,接线盒与背板之间采用硅胶连接,在生产过程中,不可避免地接线盒与硅胶接触的表面不干净,并且由于接线盒为塑料材制成,接线盒与硅胶接触的面较为平滑,导致接线盒与硅胶的粘结度不够,从而使接线盒与背板结合不够牢固,接线盒易脱落。
另外,目前的商业化晶体硅太阳能电池主要吸收利用400-700nm的可见光,对于低于400nm的紫外线波段的光基本不吸收利用,造成部分太阳光的能量不被有效利用,这在一定程度上影响了太阳能电池的效率,使得当前商业化晶体硅太阳能电池的效率基本处在14%-17%,在现有的商业化晶体硅的生产水平下难有更大程度的提高。因此,现有技术中的太阳能电池的光电转化率低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种接线盒与背板结合更牢固,并且光电转化率高的太阳能电池。
本发明提供一种太阳能电池,包括接线盒、等离子层、硅胶及背板,其中,所述等离子层设置在所述接线盒与所述硅胶之间,所述接线盒通过所述硅胶与所述背板连接;所述背板包括自上而下依次设置的PVF膜层、PET膜层及用于吸收10-400nm的紫外光的增效膜层,所述PVF膜层、所述PET膜层与所述增效膜层共挤成型。
进一步地,所述PVF膜层的厚度为15-45um。
进一步地,所述PET膜层的厚度为100-400um。
进一步地,所述增效膜层的厚度为15-150um。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的太阳能电池的接线盒与背板结合更牢固,并且光电转化率高。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明实施例提供的太阳能电池,包括接线盒1、等离子层2、硅胶3及背板4。其中,等离子层2设置在接线盒1与硅胶3之间,接线盒1通过硅胶3与背板4连接。背板4包括自上而下依次设置的PVF膜层41、PET膜层42及增效膜层43。需要说明的是,接线盒1与硅胶3接触的面采用常规的等离子喷涂达设定时间(例如3秒)即可,增加了接线盒1与硅胶3连接面的摩擦性,从而加强了接线盒1与硅胶3的粘结度,使接线盒1与背板4的结合更加牢固,接线盒1不易脱落。另外,PVF膜层41、PET膜层42与增效膜层43共挤成型,背板4是通过共挤成型所形成的微纳结构,增强了PVF膜层41、PET膜层42及增效膜层43之间的粘结性、耐候性和对水汽及氧的阻隔性能,保证了背板4的使用寿命。增效膜层43用于吸收10-400nm的紫外光,能转换利用现有电池片无法转化的光波,拓宽对太阳能光谱吸收转化范围,使得本发明的太阳能电池的光电转化效率提高。
具体地,在本实施例中,增效膜层43是以聚烯烃树脂和粘结性树脂为主体树脂的薄膜,并且增效膜层43还加入荧光剂,可以吸收10-400nm的紫外光。
在其他实施例中,增效膜层43是以线性低密度聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为主体树脂的薄膜,并且增效膜层43还加入荧光剂,可以吸收10-400nm的紫外光。
在其他实施例中,增效膜层43是以高密度聚乙烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为主体树脂的薄膜,并且增效膜层43还加入荧光剂,可以吸收10-400nm的紫外光。
在其他实施例中,增效膜层43是以低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为主体树脂的薄膜,并且增效膜层43还加入荧光剂,可以吸收10-400nm的紫外光。
在本实施例中,PVF膜层41的厚度为15-45um,该厚度范围内的PVF膜层41的透光率好,使得本发明的太阳能电池的光电转换率高。为使本发明达到最佳使用效果,PVF膜层41的厚度为30um。
在本实施例中,PET膜层42的厚度为100-400um,该厚度范围内的PET膜层42透光效率好,使得本发明的太阳能电池的光电转换效率高。为使本发明达到最佳使用效果,PET膜层42的厚度为250um。
在本实施例中,增效膜层43的厚度为15-150um,该厚度范围内的增效膜层43透光效率好,使得本发明的太阳能电池的光电转换效率高。为使本发明达到最佳使用效果,增效膜层43的厚度为75um。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的太阳能电池的接线盒与背板结合更牢固,并且光电转化率高。

1.一种太阳能电池,其特征在于,包括接线盒(1)、等离子层(2)、硅胶(3)及背板(4),其中,所述等离子层(2)设置在所述接线盒(1)与所述硅胶(3)之间,所述接线盒(1)通过所述硅胶(3)与所述背板(4)连接;所述背板(4)包括自上而下依次设置的PVF膜层(41)、PET膜层(42)及用于吸收10-400nm的紫外光的增效膜层(43),所述PVF膜层(41)、所述PET膜层(42)与所述增效膜层(43)共挤成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于:所述PVF膜层(41)的厚度为15-45um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于:所述PET膜层(42)的厚度为100-400um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于:所述增效膜层(43)的厚度为15-150um。
