本发明公开了金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂及其制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(1)将双马来酰亚胺、聚醚醚酮、二氧化钛置于球磨机内混合均匀,制得初料;(2)将铜粉放入烧结机进行烧结,排出的料自然冷却15‑20h;(3)将经过冷却后的料与聚胺‑酰亚胺、氧化锌混合投入烧结机内烧结后加入初料,烧结后排出自然冷却;(4)、将自然冷却后的排料与高耐磨碳黑和活性碳酸钙置于混料机内混合,过25‑35目筛制得复合型砂轮用结合剂。本发明的有益效果是将金属和树脂有机结合制成兼具两者优点同时避免了两者缺点的复合型结合剂,强度高、韧性好,自锐性好。

金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及砂轮用结合剂,尤其涉及金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂。
背景技术
砂轮又称固结磨具,砂轮是由结合剂将普通磨料固结成一定形状(多数为圆形,中央有通孔),并具有一定强度的固结磨具。其一般由磨料、结合剂和气孔构成,这三部分常称为固结磨具的三要素。按照结合剂的不同分类,常见的有陶瓷(结合剂)砂轮、树脂(结合剂)砂轮、橡胶(结合剂)砂轮。砂轮是磨具中用量最大、使用面最广的一种,使用时高速旋转,可对金属或非金属工件的外圆、内圆、平面和各种型面等进行粗磨、半精磨和精磨以及开槽和切断等。砂轮中用以粘结磨料的物质称结合剂。砂轮的强度、抗冲击性、耐热性及抗腐蚀能力主要决定于结合剂的性能。常用的结合剂有陶瓷、树脂、橡胶和金属,它们各有优缺点,陶瓷耐热性、耐腐蚀性好、气孔率大、易保持轮廓、弹性差,树脂强度高、弹性大、耐冲击、坚固性和耐热性差、气孔率小,橡胶强度和弹性更高、气孔率小、耐热性差、磨粒易脱落,金属韧性和成形性好、强度大、但自锐性差,中国发明专利公开号CN1515383公开了一种磨钢球砂轮结合剂及其生产方法,耐热性高,耐磨性好,但强度不高,并未使得结合剂具有较综合全面的性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的金属自锐性差、树脂结合剂坚固性和耐热性差、气孔率小,为此提供一种金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂。
本发明的技术方案是:金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂,它包括包括按重量份计的组分如下:20-30份的双马来酰亚胺、6-10份的聚醚醚酮、10-22份的聚胺-酰亚胺、3-6份的氧化锌、13-21份的铜粉、3-12份的高耐磨碳黑、3-9份的活性碳酸钙和4-8份的二氧化钛。
金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:将20-30份的双马来酰亚胺、6-10份的聚醚醚酮、4-8份的二氧化钛置于球磨机内混合均匀,球磨时间为2-4h后过30-40目筛制得初料;(2)将13-21份的铜粉放入烧结机进行烧结,烧结3~5h后,开始排料,排出的料自然冷却15-20h;(3)将经过冷却后的料与10-22份的聚胺-酰亚胺、3-6份的氧化锌混合投入烧结机内烧结4-6h后加入初料,烧结3-7h后排出自然冷却10-13h;(4)、将自然冷却后的排料与3-12份的高耐磨碳黑和3-9份的活性碳酸钙置于混料机内混合20-30min,过25-35目筛制得复合型砂轮用结合剂。
本发明的有益效果是将金属和树脂有机结合制成兼具两者优点同时避免了两者缺点的复合型结合剂,强度高、韧性好,自锐性好,高耐磨碳黑可以提高结合剂的耐磨性能,活性碳酸钙可以提高结合剂的硬度,聚胺-酰亚胺可以提高结合剂的机械性能、耐热性能以及耐化学腐蚀性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。本发明中提到的分数都是指重量份。
实施例1:金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂,它包括包括按重量份计的组分如下:20份的双马来酰亚胺、6份的聚醚醚酮、10份的聚胺-酰亚胺、3份的氧化锌、13份的铜粉、3份的高耐磨碳黑、3份的活性碳酸钙和4份的二氧化钛。

实施例2:金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂,它包括包括按重量份计的组分如下:30份的双马来酰亚胺、10份的聚醚醚酮、22份的聚胺-酰亚胺、6份的氧化锌、21份的铜粉、12份的高耐磨碳黑、9份的活性碳酸钙和8份的二氧化钛。
金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(1)、将30份的双马来酰亚胺、10份的聚醚醚酮、8份的二氧化钛置于球磨机内混合均匀,球磨时间为4h后过40目筛制得初料;(2)将21份的铜粉放入烧结机进行烧结,烧结5h后,开始排料,排出的料自然冷却20h;(3)将经过冷却后的料与22份的聚胺-酰亚胺、6份的氧化锌混合投入烧结机内烧结6h后加入初料,烧结7h后排出自然冷却13h;(4)、将自然冷却后的排料与12份的高耐磨碳黑和9份的活性碳酸钙置于混料机内混合30min,过35目筛制得复合型砂轮用结合剂。
实施例3:金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂,25份的双马来酰亚胺、8份的聚醚醚酮、16份的聚胺-酰亚胺、5份的氧化锌、17份的铜粉、8份的高耐磨碳黑、6份的活性碳酸钙和6份的二氧化钛。
金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(1)、将25份的双马来酰亚胺、8份的聚醚醚酮、6份的二氧化钛置于球磨机内混合均匀,球磨时间为3h后过35目筛制得初料;(2)将17份的铜粉放入烧结机进行烧结,烧结4h后,开始排料,排出的料自然冷却18h;(3)将经过冷却后的料与16份的聚胺-酰亚胺、5份的氧化锌混合投入烧结机内烧结5h后加入初料,烧结6h后排出自然冷却12h;(4)、将自然冷却后的排料与8份的高耐磨碳黑和6份的活性碳酸钙置于混料机内混合25min,过30目筛制得复合型砂轮用结合剂。
本发明制得的结合剂用在砂轮上在抗折强度、耐热性、硬度、自锐性方面均兼顾了金属和树脂结合剂的优点,具体取树脂结合剂和金属结合剂多为两个对比例,和本发明的实施例1-3做性能对比,试验数据见下表:

可见本发明制得的复合型结合剂使得砂轮成品具有强度高、耐热性高、气孔率大、自锐性好的优点。

Claims (1)

1.金属、树脂复合型砂轮用结合剂的制备方法,其特征是它包括以下步骤:(1)、将20-30份的双马来酰亚胺、6-10份的聚醚醚酮、4-8份的二氧化钛置于球磨机内混合均匀,球磨时间为2-4h后过30-40目筛制得初料;(2)将13-21份的铜粉放入烧结机进行烧结,烧结3~5h后,开始排料,排出的料自然冷却15-20h;(3)将经过冷却后的料与10-22份的聚胺-酰亚胺、3-6份的氧化锌混合投入烧结机内烧结4-6h后加入初料,烧结3-7h后排出自然冷却10-13h;(4)、将自然冷却后的排料与3-12份的高耐磨碳黑和3-9份的活性碳酸钙置于混料机内混合20-30min,过25-35目筛制得复合型砂轮用结合剂。
