Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,首先将表布面料、玻璃棉、底布面料从上至下按顺序依次叠放整齐,平铺在送料板,然后将铺放好的材料送入压机上模具腔内进行模压成型冲切,压制成型得到半成品,模压时的成型温度为180~210℃,成型压力为8~15MPa,成型时间为120~210s,最后将压制成型后的半成品放置在冷却治具上进行冷却定型45~65s,产品经检验合格后入库。本发明制造工艺步骤简单,操作方便,制备出的汽车蓄电池保护罩,重量轻,成型加工容易,成本低,具有较好的防寒、隔热功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,属于汽车零配件技术领域。
背景技术
汽车发动机在运行过程中会产生大量的热量,这些热量使汽车发动机仓内的温度升高,会在一定程度上影响仓内的零部件的正常工作。其中蓄电池是一种对环境温度比较敏感的电子器件,通常蓄电池中电解液的温度应维持在15-55°C比较立项,即使在不得已的情况下,放电时也不可以超过-15~55°C、充电时不可以超过0~60°C的范围。所以蓄电池的极限工装温度应到为-15°C和60°C,超过这些极限温度工作,均会对蓄电池性能和工作寿命带来很大的破坏性伤害。无论是寒冷的冬天,还是在发动机整车工作时的高温环境中,为了确保蓄电池工作于允许的温度范围内,都有必要对蓄电池设置具有防寒、隔热功能的保护设施。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中汽车发动机产生大量热量对蓄电池的使用寿命造成影响等问题,提供了一种工艺简单的汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)材料切割与铺放:按尺寸裁剪相应大小的玻璃棉,将表布面料、玻璃棉、底布面料从上至下按顺序依次叠放整齐,平铺在送料板上;
(2)热压成型:将送料板上铺放好的材料送入压机上模具腔内进行模压成型冲切,压制成型得到半成品,模压时的成型温度为180~210℃,成型压力为8~15MPa,成型时间为120~210s;
(3)冷却定型:将压制成型后的半成品放置在冷却治具上于室温条件下进行冷却定型,,冷却时间45~65s;
(4)检验:经检验,产品表面平整,无损伤、破裂、皱褶、欠料、渗胶、异物后,装箱入库。
进一步的,所述表布面料和底布面料为PET热轧无纺布面料或PET针刺无纺布面料,表层面料的克重为100~130g/m2;底层面料的克重为45~80g/m2。
进一步的,所述玻璃棉为玻璃纤维和酚醛树脂,酚醛树脂含量约12~13%,密度为600~1200g/m2。
本发明制造工艺步骤简单,操作方便,制备出的汽车蓄电池保护罩,重量轻,成型加工容易,成本低,具有较好的防寒、隔热功能。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例一:一种汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)材料切割与铺放:按尺寸裁剪相应大小的玻璃棉,将表布面料、玻璃棉、底布面料从上至下按顺序依次叠放整齐,平铺在送料板上,表布面料和底布面料为PET热轧无纺布面料或PET针刺无纺布面料,表层面料的克重为130g/m2;底层面料的克重为80g/m2,玻璃棉为玻璃纤维和酚醛树脂的混合物,酚醛树脂含量约12%,其余为玻璃纤维,密度为600g/m2;
(2)热压成型:将送料板上铺放好的材料送入压机上模具腔内进行模压成型冲切,压制成型得到半成品,模压时的成型温度为180℃,成型压力为8MPa,成型时间为210s;
(3)冷却定型:将压制成型后的半成品放置在冷却治具上于室温条件下进行冷却定型,冷却时间45s;
(4)检验:经检验,产品表面平整,无损伤、破裂、皱褶、欠料、渗胶、异物后,装箱入库。
实施例二:一种汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)材料切割与铺放:按尺寸裁剪相应大小的玻璃棉,将表布面料、玻璃棉、底布面料从上至下按顺序依次叠放整齐,平铺在送料板上,表布面料和底布面料为PET热轧无纺布面料或PET针刺无纺布面料,表层面料的克重为130g/m2;底层面料的克重为80g/m2,玻璃棉为玻璃纤维和酚醛树脂的混合物,酚醛树脂含量约12%,其余为玻璃纤维,密度为600g/m2;
(2)热压成型:将送料板上铺放好的材料送入压机上模具腔内进行模压成型冲切,压制成型得到半成品,模压时的成型温度为210℃,成型压力为10MPa,成型时间为120s;
(3)冷却定型:将压制成型后的半成品放置在冷却治具上于室温条件下进行冷却定型,冷却时间65s;
(4)检验:经检验,产品表面平整,无损伤、破裂、皱褶、欠料、渗胶、异物后,装箱入库。
实施例三:一种汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)材料切割与铺放:按尺寸裁剪相应大小的玻璃棉,将表布面料、玻璃棉、底布面料从上至下按顺序依次叠放整齐,平铺在送料板上,表布面料和底布面料为PET热轧无纺布面料或PET针刺无纺布面料,表层面料的克重为130g/m2;底层面料的克重为60g/m2,玻璃棉为玻璃纤维和酚醛树脂的混合物,酚醛树脂含量约12%,其余为玻璃纤维,密度为1200g/m2;
(2)热压成型:将送料板上铺放好的材料送入压机上模具腔内进行模压成型冲切,压制成型得到半成品,模压时的成型温度为190℃,成型压力为15MPa,成型时间为190s;
(3)冷却定型:将压制成型后的半成品放置在冷却治具上于室温条件下进行冷却定型,冷却时间55s;
(4)检验:经检验,产品表面平整,无损伤、破裂、皱褶、欠料、渗胶、异物后,装箱入库。

1.一种汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)材料切割与铺放:按尺寸裁剪相应大小的玻璃棉,将表布面料、玻璃棉、底布面料从上至下按顺序依次叠放整齐,平铺在送料板上;
(2)热压成型:将送料板上铺放好的材料送入压机上模具腔内进行模压成型冲切,压制成型得到半成品,模压时的成型温度为180~210℃,成型压力为8~15MPa,成型时间为120~210s;
(3)冷却定型:将压制成型后的半成品放置在冷却治具上于室温条件下进行冷却定型,,冷却时间45~65s;
(4)检验:经检验,产品表面平整,无损伤、破裂、皱褶、欠料、渗胶、异物后,装箱入库。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述表布面料和底布面料为PET热轧无纺布面料或PET针刺无纺布面料,表层面料的克重为100~130g/m2;底层面料的克重为45~80g/m2。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车蓄电池保护罩的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述玻璃棉为玻璃纤维和酚醛树脂的混合物,酚醛树脂含量约12~13%,其余为玻璃纤维,玻璃棉的密度为600~1200g/m2。
