Abstract

本发明公开了一种衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构,该衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构包括攻丝机、升降夹紧装置和成品料箱,升降夹紧装置后侧设有攻丝机,升降夹紧装置右侧设有成品料箱,所述升降夹紧装置包括铝合金框架,框架滚轮式支撑座、升降机构和夹紧机构,升降机构的衬套安装板上平面固定有夹紧机构的衬套模具,所述升降机构还包括导柱、导柱固定法兰、导套、升降气缸和升降气缸安装板,四根导柱成矩形分布于铝合金框架的横梁上,导柱上均设有可滑动的导套,导套均固定于衬套安装板,衬套安装板下平面连接着四个升降气缸的活塞杆。通过上述方式,本发明能够自动夹紧、自动攻牙和自动卸料,节省劳动力,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构。
背景技术
攻丝机是用丝锥加工内螺纹的一种机床,它是应用最广泛的一种内螺纹加工机床,全自动攻丝机自动化程度最高,工作时只要把毛坯料放入料斗中即可自动送料、自动定位、自动夹紧、自动攻牙和自动卸料,但生产成本高,一般的攻丝机的毛坯料都是由工人摆放后手工安装的,不仅效率低,而且在安装时容易安装不到位,攻牙时容易出错,导致产品报废,有鉴于此,有必要对现有的衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构以改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构,能够自动夹紧、自动攻牙和自动卸料,节省劳动力,降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构,该衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构包括攻丝机、升降夹紧装置和成品料箱,升降夹紧装置安装于工厂地面,升降夹紧装置后侧设有攻丝机,升降夹紧装置右侧设有成品料箱,所述升降夹紧装置包括铝合金框架,框架滚轮式支撑座、升降机构和夹紧机构,铝合金框架下底面设有四个框架滚轮式支撑座,铝合金框架的横梁上安装有升降机构的导柱固定法兰安装板,升降机构的衬套安装板上平面固定有夹紧机构的衬套模具,所述升降机构还包括导柱、导柱固定法兰、导套、升降气缸和升降气缸安装板,四根导柱成矩形分布于铝合金框架的横梁上,每根导柱下端设有导柱固定法兰,导柱固定法兰均固定于导柱固定法兰安装板,导柱上均设有可滑动的导套,导套均固定于衬套安装板,衬套安装板下平面连接着四个升降气缸的活塞杆,四个升降气缸成矩形分布于衬套安装板下平面,升降气缸均安装于升降气缸安装板,升降气缸安装板安装于铝合金框架的横梁上;所述夹紧机构还包括伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸支架、鱼眼轴承接头、“L”形连接杆、连接杆支架、直连杆和衬套夹紧模,衬套模具为正六边形,衬套模具上平面的六个拐角处设有避让凹槽,避让凹槽的下凹台阶上均设有沉头安装孔,衬套模具通过螺丝固定于衬套安装板上平面,衬套模具中间设有六边形的避让通孔,衬套模具下平面设有六等分矩形开口通槽,开口通槽均位于两沉头安装孔之间,开口通槽里插装有衬套夹紧模,衬套夹紧模通过销钉连接着直连杆的一端,直连杆的另一端通过销钉连接着“L”形连接杆的短臂端,“L”形连接杆的拐角处通过销钉连接着连接杆支架,连接杆支架固定于衬套安装板,“L”形连接杆的长臂端通过销钉连接着鱼眼轴承接头,鱼眼轴承接头安装于伸缩气缸的活塞杆,伸缩气缸通过销钉连接着伸缩气缸支架,伸缩气缸支架均固定于衬套安装板,六个伸缩气缸成环形均匀分布于衬套模具四周。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构,能够自动夹紧、自动攻牙和自动卸料,节省劳动力,降低生产成本。

一种衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构,该衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构包括攻丝机21、升降夹紧装置22和成品料箱23,升降夹紧装置22安装于工厂地面,升降夹紧装置22后侧设有攻丝机21,升降夹紧装置22右侧设有成品料箱23,所述升降夹紧装置22包括铝合金框架221,框架滚轮式支撑座222、升降机构223和夹紧机构224,铝合金框架221下底面设有四个框架滚轮式支撑座222,铝合金框架221的横梁上安装有升降机构223的导柱固定法兰安装板2233,升降机构223的衬套安装板2237上平面固定有夹紧机构224的衬套模具2241,所述升降机构223还包括导柱2231、导柱固定法兰2232、导套2234、升降气缸2235和升降气缸安装板2236,四根导柱2231成矩形分布于铝合金框架221的横梁上,每根导柱2231下端设有导柱固定法兰2232,导柱固定法兰2232均固定于导柱固定法兰安装板2233,导柱2231上均设有可滑动的导套2234,导套2234均固定于衬套安装板2237,衬套安装板2237下平面连接着四个升降气缸2235的活塞杆,四个升降气缸2235成矩形分布于衬套安装板2237下平面,升降气缸2235均安装于升降气缸安装板2236,升降气缸安装板2236安装于铝合金框架221的横梁上;所述夹紧机构224还包括伸缩气缸2242,伸缩气缸支架2243、鱼眼轴承接头2244、“L”形连接杆2245、连接杆支架2246、直连杆2247和衬套夹紧模2248,衬套模具2241为正六边形,衬套模具2241上平面的六个拐角处设有避让凹槽22411,避让凹槽22411的下凹台阶上均设有沉头安装孔22412,衬套模具2241通过螺丝固定于衬套安装板2237上平面,衬套模具2241中间设有六边形的避让通孔22413,衬套模具2241下平面设有六等分矩形开口通槽22414,开口通槽22414均位于两沉头安装孔22412之间,开口通槽22414里插装有衬套夹紧模2248,衬套夹紧模2248通过销钉连接着直连杆2247的一端,直连杆2247的另一端通过销钉连接着“L”形连接杆2245的短臂端,“L”形连接杆2245的拐角处通过销钉连接着连接杆支架2246,连接杆支架2246固定于衬套安装板2237,“L”形连接杆2245的长臂端通过销钉连接着鱼眼轴承接头2244,鱼眼轴承接头2244安装于伸缩气缸2242的活塞杆,伸缩气缸2242通过销钉连接着伸缩气缸支架2243,伸缩气缸支架2243均固定于衬套安装板2237,六个伸缩气缸2242成环形均匀分布于衬套模具2241四周。
本发明衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构工作时,衬套被移至衬套安装板2237正下方,升降气缸2235收缩带动衬套安装板2237向下移动,衬套位于衬套模具2241的避让通孔22413里,伸缩气缸2242伸展,“L”形连接杆2245旋转带动带动直连杆2247向开口通槽22414方向移动,衬套夹紧模2248将衬套模具2241里的衬套夹紧,升降气缸2235伸展带动衬套安装板2237向上移动,此时攻丝机21对衬套进行攻牙,攻牙完成后伸缩气缸2242收缩,带有螺纹的衬套被放置传送带上,由传送带移至成品料箱23中,机器重复以上工作步骤。
本发明衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构,能够自动夹紧、自动攻牙和自动卸料,节省劳动力,降低生产成本。

1.一种衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构,其特征在于:该衬套自动攻丝机的攻丝机构包括攻丝机、升降夹紧装置和成品料箱,升降夹紧装置安装于工厂地面,升降夹紧装置后侧设有攻丝机,升降夹紧装置右侧设有成品料箱,所述升降夹紧装置包括铝合金框架,框架滚轮式支撑座、升降机构和夹紧机构,铝合金框架下底面设有四个框架滚轮式支撑座,铝合金框架的横梁上安装有升降机构的导柱固定法兰安装板,升降机构的衬套安装板上平面固定有夹紧机构的衬套模具,所述升降机构还包括导柱、导柱固定法兰、导套、升降气缸和升降气缸安装板,四根导柱成矩形分布于铝合金框架的横梁上,每根导柱下端设有导柱固定法兰,导柱固定法兰均固定于导柱固定法兰安装板,导柱上均设有可滑动的导套,导套均固定于衬套安装板,衬套安装板下平面连接着四个升降气缸的活塞杆,四个升降气缸成矩形分布于衬套安装板下平面,升降气缸均安装于升降气缸安装板,升降气缸安装板安装于铝合金框架的横梁上;所述夹紧机构还包括伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸支架、鱼眼轴承接头、“L”形连接杆、连接杆支架、直连杆和衬套夹紧模,衬套模具为正六边形,衬套模具上平面的六个拐角处设有避让凹槽,避让凹槽的下凹台阶上均设有沉头安装孔,衬套模具通过螺丝固定于衬套安装板上平面,衬套模具中间设有六边形的避让通孔,衬套模具下平面设有六等分矩形开口通槽,开口通槽均位于两沉头安装孔之间,开口通槽里插装有衬套夹紧模,衬套夹紧模通过销钉连接着直连杆的一端,直连杆的另一端通过销钉连接着“L”形连接杆的短臂端,“L”形连接杆的拐角处通过销钉连接着连接杆支架,连接杆支架固定于衬套安装板,“L”形连接杆的长臂端通过销钉连接着鱼眼轴承接头,鱼眼轴承接头安装于伸缩气缸的活塞杆,伸缩气缸通过销钉连接着伸缩气缸支架,伸缩气缸支架均固定于衬套安装板,六个伸缩气缸成环形均匀分布于衬套模具四周。
