Abstract

本发明涉及一种防伪标识,它包括基体、形成于基体上的识别标签或二维码,识别标签或所述二维码包含有防伪丝线,所述防伪丝线包括PET基材层、涂布在所述PET基材层任一表面的高分子保护层、嵌设于所述高分子保护层内且底面与所述PET基材层相接触的全息信息层以及嵌设于所述高分子保护层内且形成于所述全息信息层上的金属铝层,所述金属铝层上表面形成有微纳米衍射光栅。而识别标签或二维码包含有防伪丝线,这样形成了能够视觉直接鉴别的一线防伪特征;另一方面防伪丝线含有全息信息层和带有微纳米衍射光栅的金属铝层,这样在特定光线下能够显现出七彩的彩虹光泽,另外可以在全息信息层设置防伪字,在放大镜下能够观察到,从而形成了多种防伪的功能。

技术领域
本发明属于防伪技术领域,具体涉及一种防伪标识。
背景技术
防伪标识是能粘贴、印刷、转移在标的物表面,或标的物包装上,或标的物附属物(如商品挂牌、名片以及防伪证卡)上,具有防伪作用的标识。防伪标识的防伪特征以及识别的方法是防伪标识的灵魂。现有的防伪标识结构简单,难以适应越发自能化的当今社会的要求。另外,当今社会的高端产品越来越多,正品与仿品的价格差距巨大,因此迫切需要一种不容易被仿造的防伪标识,能够方便地与产品的商标等融合在一起。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种防伪标识。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防伪标识,它包括基体、形成于基体上的识别标签或二维码,所述识别标签或所述二维码包含有防伪丝线,所述防伪丝线包括PET基材层、涂布在所述PET基材层任一表面的高分子保护层、嵌设于所述高分子保护层内且底面与所述PET基材层相接触的全息信息层以及嵌设于所述高分子保护层内且形成于所述全息信息层上的金属铝层,所述金属铝层上表面形成有微纳米衍射光栅。
优化地,所述识别标签或所述二维码由所述防伪丝线编织而成。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明防伪标识,通过在基体上设置识别标签或二维码,而识别标签或二维码包含有防伪丝线,这样形成了能够视觉直接鉴别的一线防伪特征;另一方面防伪丝线含有全息信息层和带有微纳米衍射光栅的金属铝层,这样在特定光线下能够显现出七彩的彩虹光泽,另外可以在全息信息层设置防伪字,在放大镜下能够观察到,从而形成了多种防伪的功能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明优选实施方案进行详细说明:
如图1所示的防伪标识,主要包括基体1和防伪丝线4。
其中,基体1可以是商品上方便引入防伪丝线4的标识物,例如衣服标签、织唛、吊牌、PVC章、吊粒、织带等等,在该基体1形成有识别标签2或/和二维码3。防伪丝线4可以嵌设于标签2或/和二维码3中,即标签2或/和二维码3包含有防伪丝线4;在本实施例中,识别标签2或/和二维码3由防伪丝线4编织而成。
该防伪丝线4如图2所示,包括PET基材层41、全息信息层43、金属铝层44和高分子保护层42。
其中,基材层41由PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材料制成;高分子保护层42涂布在PET基材层41的任一表面上,起到增加防伪丝线抗拉伸性能和保护全息信息层43的作用。全息信息层43嵌设于高分子保护层42内,并且它的底面与PET基材层41相接触,用于形成进行方位的文字。金属铝层44也嵌设于高分子保护层42内,它形成在全息信息层43上并且其表面形成有微纳米衍射光栅(图3是微纳米衍射光栅的一种实施例)。本发明中防伪标识的防伪功能和鉴别方法列于表1中。
为了制备上述微纳米衍射防伪金线,它的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(a)利用电脑软件设计微纳米衍射光栅微结构图;
(b)将设计好的微纳米衍射光栅微结构图对应记录至载体上,随后进行显影;
(c)在载体表面进行银镜反应,形成金属化层;
(d)在金属铝层表面形成与载体表面对应的金属化镜像;
(e)对金属铝层进行裁边,随后将其压制在PET基材层上并且形成金属化镜像的一面朝外;
(f)定点在金属铝层表面印刷荧光油墨,烘干形成防伪图案;
(g)在金属铝层表面涂布刻蚀液形成与防伪图案相对应的缺陷,烘干;
(h)在PET基材层表面涂布高分子材料使其覆盖荧光油墨,固化后进行分切并卷绕收集。

1.一种防伪标识,其特征在于:它包括基体(1)、形成于所述基体(1)上的识别标签(2)或二维码(3),所述识别标签(2)或所述二维码(3)包含有防伪丝线(4),所述防伪丝线(4)包括PET基材层(41)、涂布在所述PET基材层(41)任一表面的高分子保护层(42)、嵌设于所述高分子保护层(42)内且底面与所述PET基材层(41)相接触的全息信息层(43)以及嵌设于所述高分子保护层(42)内且形成于所述全息信息层(43)上的金属铝层(44),所述金属铝层(44)上表面形成有微纳米衍射光栅;所述识别标签(2)或所述二维码(3)由所述防伪丝线(4)编织而成。
