Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a network communication method, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for implementing a conference in which a conference and a group call (group call) are combined.
Background
The telephone conference is a service of connecting more than two multi-party telephone terminals through a telephone network to realize real-time two-way conversation among multiple points. The user can use the fixed telephone, the mobile telephone or the special conference terminal to dial the access number of the teleconference service, and the convenience brought by the teleconference is enjoyed. Compared with the traditional face-to-face conference of users, the teleconference service improves the conference efficiency and reduces the cost.
In existing private network systems, the implementation of a conference requires a conference to be booked, and the booking information may include, but is not limited to: conference number, conference time, number of participants, conference duration, etc., and then individual participating users of the conference are called in, or the conference number is actively called by a user to request to join the conference. After the conference user successfully joins the conference, the voice data packet can be sent to the system in a conversation mode, the conference processing module receives the voice packet of each conference user, encodes the voice information (for example, G.729-G.711), then performs sound mixing processing, and sends the sound-mixed voice packet to each conference user.
For the voice coding processing, there are two common methods of the existing conference system, namely, coding processing is performed through a DSP; and secondly, coding by using software. However, no matter what coding process is adopted for the voice, in the traditional conference mode, the voice quality is correspondingly reduced along with the increase of conference users. The overhead of audio encoding and decoding of the whole system is increased greatly, and the performance of the system may not meet the requirements of call quality and real-time performance. In addition, the traditional conference mode also lacks flexibility in controlling conference users and cannot well control the user conversation attributes.

Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the invention, specific embodiments of the method of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is understood by those skilled in the art that the drawings in the following description are merely exemplary of the invention, and that other related matters can be obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive exercise.
The invention provides a group calling combined conference realization method, which utilizes a scheduling system to add conference users into a conference to realize voice communication and comprises the following steps: applying for meeting resources and adding at least one dynamic group in the meeting resources; defining a first user and a second user in a conference; adding at least one first user to the conference resource and more than one second user to the group; initiating a conference call application to enable a first user to enter a conference and initiate a group call to the group, and enabling a second user to enter the conference in which the group is located through the group call; receiving a voice packet of a conference user, the voice packet being from a first user and/or the group; and processing the voice packet, sending the processed voice packet to all the first users and the group entering the conference, and further sending the voice packet to all the second users by the group.
Specific implementations of the present invention will be described below with reference to specific embodiments:
in the conference implementation method disclosed by the invention, conference users are divided into a full duplex mode and a half duplex mode (listening mode), and the users directly controlled by the conference are in the full duplex mode, wherein group calling is equivalent to one user of the conference. The users connected with the group call are in full duplex mode for one user and in half duplex mode (listening mode) for the other users.
When the users in the group need to talk, the method can be realized by applying the speaking right, and the user who grasps the speaking right is set as a full-duplex user.
Example 1
Taking mcwil system as an example, fig. 2 is a signaling flow chart of a conference implementation process in a private network scheduling system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
101. adding a dynamic group (the group number is 3001) on a dispatching desk, and applying for a conference resource (the conference number is 8001);
102. conference users are divided into two categories: users that need full duplex and users that only need to listen, i.e., half duplex users. The two types of users are respectively distributed with user numbers (such as A, B and C) and group user numbers (such as group user 1 and group user 2) on the dispatching desk;
the user classification herein can be flexibly performed according to user rights or service attributes or other factors (e.g., for reasons such as convenience in managing scheduling). Similarly, the number of groups may be set to one or more according to actual conditions.
103. Adding full-duplex users in the conference to conference resources, adding half-duplex users to a dynamic group, and simultaneously adding the group number 3001 of the dynamic group to the full-duplex users;
104. after a conference is reserved, initiating a conference call application to a dispatching system, receiving the conference call application by the dispatching system, calling users A, B and C needing full duplex into the conference, or calling a conference number 8001 by the users actively to enter the conference, for example, a conference user who does not respond to the initiated call;
105. for the conference users who only need to answer, the scheduling system initiates group calling, and the users enter the group by receiving the group calling, or the users actively dial the group number 3001 to enter the group;
106. when a user speaks, please refer to fig. 3, the dispatch system receives voice packets of full duplex users, such as from users a, B, C or dynamic group, and performs voice encoding/decoding and voice mixing processing on the voice packets of these users, and sends the voice packets after voice mixing to the full duplex users to realize listening, if a group user member (e.g. group user 2) needs to speak, since only one of the users in the group is full duplex, and the other users are half duplex, it needs to apply for speaking right first, and then performs speaking processing after applying successfully.
Because the present invention focuses on combining group calling in a conference, the above example mainly describes the operation process of group users in detail, so the process of traditional single user entering a conference, sending and receiving voice is not described again, which has become the common prior art in the field. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the conference implementation method of the present invention is also applicable to a case where various users participate in a conference at the same time. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the method of the present invention is not limited to one group and may allow multiple groups to join a conference together, depending on the nature of the group or convenient user management. Such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
Example 2
The invention also provides a scheduling device for realizing the conference, which adds conference users into the conference to realize voice communication, and the system comprises the following modules: the resource application module is used for applying for meeting resources and adding at least one dynamic group in the meeting resources; a user joining module for adding at least one first user to the conference resource and adding more than one second user to the group; the initiating conference call module is used for initiating a conference call to a first user and initiating a group call to the group so as to enable the first user and a second user to enter a conference respectively; a receiving module, configured to receive a voice packet of a conference user, where the voice packet is from a first user and/or the group; and the processing and sending module is used for processing the voice packet, sending the processed voice packet to all the first users and the group entering the conference, and further sending the voice packet to all the second users by the group.
Preferably, all users in each group can receive voice packets and only one user can send voice packets.
Preferably, the conference resource includes a conference number, wherein the group includes a group number, and the module for initiating a conference call further includes a group call module, configured to initiate a group call to the group number, and a second user accepts the group call to enter a conference in which the group is located; and a notification module for notifying the second user to actively dial the group number into the group, thereby entering the conference.
Preferably, only one user in the group can send a voice packet, and the voice packet has a full-duplex mode, and the other users are in a half-duplex mode, and the scheduling system further includes a mode setting module, configured to set a second user in the half-duplex mode as the full-duplex mode capable of sending the voice packet, and set the other second users as the half-duplex mode at the same time, when the second user applies for the talk right successfully.
Preferably, the apparatus may further include a definition module, configured to define the first user and the second user according to the service requirement and/or the user right.
Example 3
The invention also provides a conference scheduling system used for the conference implementation method, the conference scheduling system comprises the scheduling device and one or more user terminals, and the users use the terminals to carry out voice communication.
In summary, with the present invention, a special user is added on the basis of the traditional single conference user, and the special user is a user group and has a group number (dynamic recombination number). The system needs to implement the function of group calling correspondingly. The group needs special treatment, that is, if the group is entered into the conference, the group receives the voice packet sent from the conference and sends the voice packet of the conference to all the users in the group. And, the voice packets received by the group from the users in the group are sent to the conference. Because of the group setting, the conversation attribute of the users in the group is limited and managed by the group, only one user can be used as the group user to send the voice packet outwards, the phenomenon that the conversation data volume is too large due to the fact that a single user is not controlled is avoided, and the speaking users in the group can also be adjusted according to the application. Therefore, the method and the device realize flexible call attribute control on the conference users.
Compared with the prior art, the novel conference mode allowing group calling can not only meet the functions of the traditional conference, but also greatly improve the number of conference support users, reduce the overhead of the system, flexibly control the conversation attribute of the conference users and ensure the voice quality of the conference.
Embodiments of the invention may be implemented in hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof. The software is preferably implemented as an application program tangibly embodied on a program storage unit or tangible computer readable medium, consisting of components or certain devices and/or combinations of devices. The application program may be uploaded to, and executed by, a computer or server comprising any suitable architecture.
The disclosure of the present invention is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
