本发明公开了一种塑料挤出机挤料装置,涉及塑料挤出机制造技术领域,包括内设有筒套的筒体和设在所述筒套内的两根相互啮合的螺杆,所述筒套具有两个侧壁相贯连接的弧形筒,两个所述弧形筒为相连结的一个整体,所述弧形筒的内壁与两根所述螺杆外圆母线的间隙为0.2毫米~0.25毫米。与现有技术相比,本发明能更好的通过控制其弧形筒内腔加工位置精度和尺寸精度来确保两个弧形筒内壁与两根螺杆的安装间隙,使两根相互啮合的螺杆即能很好地完成向前挤料,又能减少残留在筒套内壁的余料,从而提高生产改性塑料的产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料挤出机制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于双螺杆塑料挤出机的挤料装置。
背景技术
双螺杆塑料挤出机的挤料装置是双螺杆塑料挤出机的重要件之一,它的工作原理是将各种塑料原料充分混合均匀输入到塑料挤出机的挤料装置的加热单元上熔融,熔融后的原料通过塑料挤出机模头将熔融的改性塑料成形为条状,供后续设备切断成为颗粒料。现有一种塑料挤出机挤料装置,该塑料挤出机挤料装置包括内设有筒套的筒体和设在所述筒套内的两根相互啮合的螺杆,所述筒套由两个侧壁相贯嵌接的弧形筒构成。这种塑料挤出机挤料装置在使用过程中存在如下问题:1、由于筒套是由两个弧形筒连接构成,为便于两个弧形筒的嵌接和防止因安装误差对螺杆造成的干涉,加工时有意把弧形筒内腔直径加大,因此,导致两个弧形筒内壁与两根螺杆外圆母线的间隙大,两根螺杆在相互啮合挤料时,残留在筒套内壁的余料容易碳化产生杂质而影响改性塑料的产品质量;2、弧形筒是由棒料加工而成,加工量大、费料、成本高。
发明内容
本发明所解决的问题是提供一种塑料挤出机挤料装置,以解决现有的塑料挤出机的筒套内壁有余料残留容易碳化产生杂质而影响产品质量的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种塑料挤出机挤料装置包括内设有筒套的筒体和设在所述筒套内的两根相互啮合的螺杆,所述筒套具有两个侧壁相贯连接的弧形筒,两个所述弧形筒为相连结的一个整体,所述弧形筒的内壁与两根所述螺杆外圆母线的间隙为0.18毫米~0.25毫米。
上述塑料挤出机挤料装置技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述筒套由铸钢件制成。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:1、由于筒套的两个侧壁相贯连接的弧形筒为一个整体,能更好的通过控制其弧形筒内腔加工位置精度和尺寸精度来确保两个弧形筒内壁与两根螺杆的安装间隙在一个最佳范围,使两根相互啮合的螺杆即能很好地完成向前挤压送料,又能使残留在筒套内壁的余料降为最少,提高生产改性塑料的产品质量;2、由于筒套由铸钢件制成,省工、省料、降低生产成本。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
如图1所示的塑料挤出机挤料装置包括内嵌装有筒套的筒体1,在筒套内穿装有两根相互啮合的并连接有驱动装置的螺杆3,筒套具有两个侧壁相贯连接的弧形筒2,两个弧形筒2为相连结的一个整体,本实施例的筒套由铸钢件制成,弧形筒2的内壁与两根螺杆3外圆母线的间隙s为0.2毫米。
实施例2:
弧形筒2的内壁与两根螺杆3外圆母线的间隙s为0.25毫米;其他特征与实施例1相同。
由于弧形筒2的内壁与两根螺杆3外圆母线的间隙s为0.2毫米~0.25毫米,使两根相互啮合的螺杆在工作时即能顺利地向前挤料,又能减少残留在筒套内壁的余料,从而提高改性塑料的产品质量。 

Claims (2)

1.一种塑料挤出机挤料装置,包括内设有筒套的筒体(1)和设在所述筒套内的两根相互啮合的螺杆(3),所述筒套具有两个侧壁相贯连接的弧形筒(2),其特征在于:两个所述弧形筒(2)为相连结的一个整体,所述弧形筒(2)的内壁与两根所述螺杆(3)外圆母线的间隙(s)为0.2毫米~0.25毫米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机挤料装置,其特征在于:所述筒套由铸钢件制成。
