Summary of The Invention

Having described the general principles of the invention, various non-limiting embodiments of the invention are described in detail below.
Application scene overview
Referring first to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of possible interfaces of some instant messaging tools such as "WeChat", "QQ", etc. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the terminal provided with instant messaging tools such as 'WeChat' and 'QQ' shown in figure 1. The terminal applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention can provide an input area for modifying the first related information of the instant messaging contact in the interface 102 for displaying the first related information of the instant messaging contact. For example, a display area of the account displayed in the interface 102 may be used as an input area for modifying the account. And obtaining second related information which is input by the user and is expected to be displayed by the user through the input area. For example, referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for protecting related information of an instant messaging contact according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:

In some possible implementations, the input area for modifying the first related information of the instant messaging contact according to the embodiments of the present invention may be another area or multiple areas independent from the display area for displaying the first related information. It should be noted that, the modification of the name of the instant messaging contact is different from the addition of the remark name of the instant messaging contact in the prior art, the addition of the remark name in the prior art is only to "add" another name to the instant messaging contact, and the addition of the remark name in the prior art does not "modify" the name of the instant messaging contact itself, so that the name of the instant messaging contact can still be found when the information of the instant messaging contact is locally checked, and the information of the name of the instant messaging contact still has the possibility of being leaked.

The specific implementation manner of displaying the second related information instead of the first related information is not limited. For example, in some possible embodiments, the first related information may be completely deleted from the display area, and the second related information may be displayed instead of the deleted first related information. For another example, in other possible embodiments, the first related information may be blurred, and the blurred first related information cannot be recognized, so that the original first related information is locally concealed and displayed by replacing the first related information with the second related information. For example, the display area 103 displaying the original real account number of the instant messaging contact may be covered by an image displayed as "XXXXX" as shown in fig. 1, so as to achieve the purpose of blurring the first related information, and thus hide the original real account number of the instant messaging contact locally.
Therefore, when the method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to the terminal provided with the instant messaging tool, the first related information of the instant messaging contact person can be modified by a user, and after the first related information of the instant messaging contact person is modified, even if the instant messaging contact person information is locally clicked to view or refreshed, the first related information cannot be locally seen, and the modified second related information which is only displayed according to the desire of the user can be seen, so that people with information stealing intentions are effectively puzzled, the risk that the first related information of the instant messaging contact person is leaked is remarkably reduced, the privacy of the user is protected, and better experience is brought to the user.
In some possible embodiments, in order to protect the first related information of the instant messaging contact from being lost while preventing the related information of the instant messaging contact from being leaked, the first related information of the instant messaging contact may be saved locally at the terminal or on the server side. Specifically. For example, before the second related information is displayed in place of the first related information, the first related information may be locally stored in a terminal on which the instant messenger operates, and/or uploaded to a server side.
In some possible embodiments, in order to enable a user to see the original real related information of the instant messaging contact when needed, an interface for receiving a restore instruction is further provided, after the second related information is displayed in place of the first related information, the first related information may be further obtained in response to receiving a restore instruction for the first related information of the instant messaging contact through the interface for receiving the restore instruction, and the first related information is displayed in place of the second related information in an interface of an instant messaging tool.
In some possible embodiments, in order to prevent other people than the user from restoring and stealing the first related information through the restoring instruction, the location of the interface for receiving the restoring instruction may be set by the user. For example, a call interface or a call menu for calling the interface for receiving the restore instruction may be provided. The calling interface or the calling menu can be set at a position where the terminal is not easy to find, and the position where the terminal is not easy to find can be preset by a user.
In some possible embodiments, in order to prevent other people except the user from restoring and stealing the first related information through the restoring instruction, when the interface receiving the restoring instruction needs to be used, the user may be prompted to input a password allowing the interface receiving the restoring instruction to be used. For example, when the user clicks the call interface or calls a menu, a prompt dialog box may pop up that requires the user to enter a password that allows the use of the interface that receives the restore instruction. The specific implementation of acquiring the first related information is not limited. For example, the first relevant information may be obtained locally from a terminal on which the instant messenger operates or from a server side, in combination with some of the possible embodiments mentioned above.

In some possible embodiments, the first related information includes: instant messaging contact details and/or chat records with instant messaging contacts. For example, the instant messaging contact data may include any one or any combination of an instant messaging contact id (i.e., an instant messaging account number of an instant messaging contact), an instant messaging contact name, an instant messaging contact avatar, an instant messaging contact signature, an instant messaging contact gender, an instant messaging contact age, and an instant messaging contact location.
In some possible embodiments, the modification information display unit 330 may be configured to, in response to receiving an instruction to view the first related information of the instant messaging contact, or in response to receiving an instruction to refresh the first related information of the instant messaging contact, display the second related information instead of the first related information in an interface of an instant messaging tool.
In some possible implementations, the apparatus for protecting relevant information of an instant messaging contact provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include: the information saving unit 321 may be configured to save the first related information locally at a terminal on which the instant messenger operates, and/or upload the first related information to a server side before the modification information display unit 330 displays the second related information instead of the first related information.
In some possible implementations, the apparatus for protecting relevant information of an instant messaging contact provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include: the restore interface providing unit 340 may be configured to provide an interface for receiving a restore instruction. The restoring execution unit 350 may be configured to, after the modification information display unit 330 replaces the first related information with the second related information for display, in response to receiving a restoring instruction for the first related information of the instant messaging contact through the interface that receives the restoring instruction, obtain the first related information, and display the first related information in place of the second related information in the interface of the instant messaging tool.

It can be understood that, with the information storage unit 321, the restore interface providing unit 340 and the restore executing unit 350, the user can see the relevant information of the instant messaging contact, which is true, when needed.

Claims (8)
1. A method of protecting instant messaging contact related information, comprising:
providing an input area for modifying first relevant information of an instant messaging contact;
obtaining input second related information through the input area;
in response to receiving an instruction for presenting the first relevant information, displaying the second relevant information instead of the first relevant information in an interface of an instant messaging tool;
the instructions to present the first relevant information comprise:
instructions to view first relevant information for the instant messaging contact; or,
refreshing the first related information of the instant messaging contact;
the first related information includes: instant messaging contact information and/or chat records with instant messaging contacts;
the instant messaging contact information comprises any one or any combination of an instant messaging contact id, an instant messaging contact head portrait, an instant messaging contact signature, an instant messaging contact gender, an instant messaging contact age and an instant messaging contact location;
the method further comprises the following steps:
providing an interface for receiving a restore instruction;
after replacing the first related information with the second related information for displaying, further comprising:
responding to a restoration instruction of first related information of the instant messaging contact person received through the interface for receiving the restoration instruction, acquiring the first related information, and displaying the first related information instead of the second related information in an interface of an instant messaging tool;
when the interface for receiving the restoration instruction needs to be used, prompting a user to input a password for allowing the interface for receiving the restoration instruction to be used.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the input area for modifying the first relevant information of the instant messaging contact is specifically:
another one or more areas independent from a display area where the first related information is displayed, or,
and a display area for displaying the first related information.
3. The method of claim 1, prior to displaying in place of the first related information with the second related information, further comprising:
-saving said first relevant information locally at the terminal on which said instant messaging tool is operating, and/or,
and uploading the first related information to a server side.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining first relevant information comprises:
and acquiring the first related information from a terminal local or server side on which the instant messaging tool operates.
5. An apparatus for protecting instant messaging contact related information, comprising:
the system comprises a modification area providing unit, a display unit and a display unit, wherein the modification area providing unit is used for providing an input area for modifying first related information of an instant messaging contact;

the device further comprises:
a restoration interface providing unit configured to provide an interface for receiving a restoration instruction;
the restoring execution unit is configured to respond to a restoring instruction of first related information of the instant messaging contact person received through the interface for receiving the restoring instruction after the second related information replaces the first related information to be displayed, acquire the first related information, and replace the second related information with the first related information to be displayed in an interface of an instant messaging tool;
and the restoration execution unit is configured to prompt a user to input a password allowing the interface receiving the restoration instruction to be used when the interface receiving the restoration instruction needs to be used.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein,
the modification area providing unit is configured to provide another area or areas independent from the display area for displaying the first related information as an input area for modifying the first related information of the instant messaging contact, or,
the modification area providing unit is configured to provide a display area for displaying the first related information as an input area for modifying the first related information of the instant messaging contact.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
an information storage unit configured to locally store the first related information at a terminal on which the instant messenger operates, before the modified information display unit displays the first related information in place of the second related information, and/or,
the information storage unit is configured to upload the first related information to a server side.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein,
the restoring execution unit is configured to obtain the first relevant information from a terminal local or a server side on which the instant messaging tool operates.
