Abstract
说明了一种由其上施加的电场驱动的改进液晶器件。该器件包括一层分布进入象素的液晶层,其光学性质被其中所感应的电场所改变。为了将磁滞给于该器件,邻近液晶层备有半导体电荷存储薄膜。
Description
本发明是生产学生练习本的专用设备。采用卷筒纸进行连续印刷。卷筒收纸以所须页数的纸卷进行长条连续胶粘。再切断成单本的薄本生产工艺。为满足该工艺要求。须专用的小型双面轮转印刷机和连续胶粘胶订机。
历来印刷行业印制学生练习本均是采用普通印刷机印制。然后进行单本或联本装订。再裁切为成品。其效率低、成本高。纸张利用率低。
本发明为印刷机和胶订机组成。其特点在于:印刷机的印版滚筒直径按印版长度计算,印版为凸版。采用水溶性染料或油墨进行印刷;在印版边上另装一组着墨装置。使印版滚筒的每一周长或分本长度上印出供装订时每页对位和裁切的深色的或磁性的信号标志。供装订时的电子检测、裁切装置识别;该机为复卷收纸。印成品为成卷的纸卷。供胶订机进行连续胶订。上述为各类型普通印刷机的主要区别。
装订机是将若干卷纸在一定的位置上施以胶液。拖动纸卷后即形成一条胶线。各卷纸张逐步放开。各张纸相互胶粘成本。经折本、裁切即为成品。上述作业在该机上一次完成。该机由若干卷筒纸支架、涂胶、压实、折本、分切、电子控制等装置组成。其工作原理为:待装订的纸卷经在需胶订的位置上涂上胶液后。由压实装置拉动纸带及纸卷、纸带上即形成一条胶线进行胶粘。并由压实装置将纸带送至折本装置。折本压实后再送至裁切装置进行裁切。完成书本骑马胶订。若产品需平订胶粘。纸带则只通过压实后。不通过折本装置即进行裁切。散张成品则不涂胶水。不经折本。单凭信号裁切为成品。各卷纸张即各层纸张书页的对位。是由纸卷支架轴头上的电磁装置来控制纸张张力。以手动和自动的方式来实现。其原理是:当印刷时印上之信号标志经过检测头时。检测头即发出信号。由手动或自动来调节每个纸卷纸带的越位和滞后。使各卷纸带上的书页对齐。纸卷支架的轴头均装有电磁装置。使纸带释放速度受检测装置的控制。裁切装置利用书页的对位标志进行单本裁切。为使裁切不误动作。加装书本长度控制。使裁切精度提高。这一装置亦由电子装置来完成。
本发明虽为学生作业本、练习本的专用设备。亦可作为杂志、书籍的印制。因其简化了很多工艺环节。其前景有待开发和利用。
Claims (2)
1、本发明是以卷筒纸进行无限长条印刷,成卷收纸,多卷长条胶粘装订,然后经折本或只经胶粘不经折本成帖的装订工艺,其特点在于:
A、卷筒纸进行印刷,卷筒收纸的薄本、书籍的印刷工艺,
B、在印刷品上印刷供装订用的光电或磁性的书页对位和纸页裁切长度的信号标志,
C、在印刷主版面之外另加供检测的印刷着墨装置。
2、根据权利要求1的多卷长条胶粘装订的胶粘装订机。其特点在于:
A、以数卷成卷的纸张进行长条连续胶粘装订的工艺及设备,
B、采用电子装置用光控或磁控线路来对齐印刷品的版口的工艺和装置,
C、用电子装置来控制由卷筒纸裁切为书本或单张的印刷品长度的工艺和装置;
D、承受纸卷的支架的轴头支座内装磁力纸圈。利用磁力强弱来调节纸张张力。
