Abstract

背景技术
鞋袜，特别是孩子的鞋袜，可有广泛的颜色和风格。随着风格和品味不断地变化，对于任何人来说，拥有多双鞋是平常的。在孩子的鞋袜的情况中，因为孩子经常长大而穿不下鞋子，所以为孩子买多双不同风格的鞋变得相当贵，因为鞋子经常在磨损之前就不合适。而且，孩子和家长在买鞋的风格上无法达成一致的情况经常发生。对于定制产品的要求不断增加，但是传统的鞋袜制造技术要求很长的订货交付时间。这么长的订货交付时间不仅消除了对鞋袜立即定制化的可能，而且典型的制造过程要求顾客为定制产品的递送等待几个星期。
因此，本发明的目的是提供设计成用户可以替换外观的鞋袜。
发明内容
因此，鞋袜设置有被用户容易地替换的闭合系统。该闭合系统包括使得条带的一端优选地通过钩和圈固定件固定至鞋，并且条带的另一端通过环和砧结合固定至鞋。条带为可互换的并且包括多种颜色、设计、标记。
从应当根据附图阅读的下文中的详细描述中，本发明的这些和其它目标以及特征会被更全面的理解，在附图中，在多个视图中对应的参考标号始终涉及对应的部分。

具体实施方式
图1A、图2A和图3A显示静态可互换条带10的多个视图，其中适合鞋袜的任意静态材料(即不能被拉伸的材料)被围绕哑铃形的锚14的核心12来缠绕(见图6)。条带10的缠绕材料应当配合与锚的球形突出部12齐平(即对齐边缘)。球形突出部12以及围绕锚14缠绕的条带10的部分11的总直径会大于D形环16的内部尺寸，以为施加至鞋袜的典型条带闭合部的典型的力提供固定锚。在一些实施方式中，仅有D形环的球形突出部12具有大于D形环的高度的直径。可互换条带10的尖端18通过典型的钩和圈固定件22a、22b的方式而固定到鞋20的另一边上。
图1B、图2B和图3B显示条带的另一实施方式。在这个实施方式中，条带10以之前描述的相同方式固定，但是条带10由具有动态属性的材料构成以允许鞋被容易地套上。在这个实施方式中，(当与图1A、图2A和图3A中显示的条带比较时)钩和圈固定件22a、22b的典型圈部分22a在条带10的后侧的占用面积减少，以允许全范围动态扩张。
条带10是可互换的，以允许(静态与动态相比)具有不同属性，例如不同材料、颜色、印刷和功能的条带10相互缠绕。
图4和图5显示优选的D形环16。D形环16可以由多种材料制成，并且可以为各种形状和尺寸，但是优选材料为圆角矩形的金属。D形环16还可以以多种方法固定至鞋20。将D形环16固定至鞋20的优选方法是将端部26通过鞋20的上部部分中的穿孔28(见图8)插入，并且将端部26固定至带有最佳耐久性的抗撕裂材料30的上部材料的后侧。
条带锚14的实施方式显示在图6和图7中。锚14由多种材料如金属或塑料制成，并且锚可以为各种形状和尺寸。优选材料为哑铃形的热塑性聚氨酯，其中球形突出部12的直径大于D形环16的内部直径32。
图9显示粘贴至鞋20的上部部分而没有附接任何可互换条带10的D形环16。
图10显示利用优选的D形环16的可互换条带10的初始接合。可互换条带10的尖端18通过D形环16的底面侧插入，并且通过D形环16开口拉动和从向上的面侧拉出，直到更大尺寸锚14阻止进一步接合不能穿过D行环16开口的更小内部尺寸为止。
图11和图12显示完全接合的可互换条带10。可互换条带10的尖端18通过典型的钩和圈固定件的方法固定在鞋20的另一侧上。
可互换条带10的移除遵循相反的顺序。在这个情况下，钩和圈固定件22a、22b以典型的方式从鞋20脱离。然后将锚12从D形环16开口拉出，直到可互换条带10摆脱D形环16并且从鞋10完全移除为止。

Claims (10)

1.一种鞋，包括：
外底；
安装在外底上的上部，所述上部具有两个片状物，其中第一片状物被包括在所述上部的一侧上以及所述两个片状物的第二片状物被包括在所述上部的第二侧上；
安装至所述上部的所述第一片状物的表面的至少一个环，以使得所述至少一个环在所述上部的所述第一片状物的所述表面上延伸；
条带，其从所述上部是可去除的并且可插入所述至少一个环中；
条带锚，所述条带锚定位在通过将所述条带的一部分折叠在所述条带的另一部分上形成的所述条带的两层材料之间以形成单一整体条带，所述锚的长度大于通过所述环的纵向开口以防止所述条带锚完全穿过所述环，当所述单一整体条带从所述鞋去除时，所述锚一体成型至所述单一整体条带；并且
其中，当所述鞋被穿着时，当所述条带插入所述鞋上的所述环中时，所述单一整体条带的一端邻接所述至少一个环，并且所述单一整体条带的另一端固定到所述上部的所述第二片状物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋，其中，所述条带由静态材料构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鞋，其中，所述条带由动态材料构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的鞋，还包括第二可去除条带和第二环。
5.一种鞋闭合系统，包括：
安装在鞋的上部的一侧的第一片状物的外表面上的至少一个环，以使得所述至少一个环在所述上部的所述第一片状物的所述表面上延伸；
条带，其从所述上部是可去除的并且可插入所述至少一个环中的每个环中；
条带锚，所述条带锚定位在通过将所述条带的一部分折叠在所述条带的另一部分上形成的所述条带的两层材料之间以形成单一整体条带，所述锚的长度大于通过所述环的纵向开口以防止所述条带锚完全穿过所述环，当所述条带从所述鞋去除时，所述锚一体成型至所述条带；并且
其中当所述鞋被穿着时，当所述条带插入所述鞋中的所述至少一个环中时，所述条带的一端邻接所述至少一个环并且所述条带的另一端固定到所述上部的第二侧上的第二片状物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的鞋闭合系统，其中，所述条带由静态材料构成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的鞋闭合系统，其中，所述条带由动态材料构成。
8.根据权利要求5所述的鞋闭合系统，还包括第二可去除条带和第二环。
9.根据权利要求1所述的鞋，其中，所述至少一个环安装在所述第一片状物的外表面上。
10.根据权利要求5所述的鞋闭合系统，其中，所述至少一个环安装在所述第一片状物的所述外表面上。
