Abstract
The invention provides a method and a system for recycling industrial naphthalene. The system provided by the invention comprises a naphthalene feeding hole, a draught fan, a spray tower and a water storage tank, which are connected in sequence. According to the method and the system for recycling industrial naphthalene provided by the invention, by means of two water curtain spraying devices, the contact time of water and dust collecting gas is prolonged; the contact area of water and gas is increased; gas can be effectively purified; industrial naphthalene in gas is sufficiently recycled; the system is reasonable in design, simple in structure and convenient to use; the method and the system are not beneficial to protecting the environment but also capable of effectively reducing the production cost of enterprises and increasing performance of enterprises; and the system provided by the invention reduces injury of naphthalene to operators, ensures occupational health and safety of staffs and avoids serious pollution of the atmospheric environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical machinery, in particular to a method and a system for recovering and treating industrial naphthalene.
Background
Industrial naphthalene is an important raw material in the chemical industry, is mainly prepared by further processing and separating kerosene, and has higher content in coal tar; naphthalene is an important raw material in the organic chemical industry, and the naphthalene is in short supply in markets at home and abroad. Naphthalene is volatile and toxic, and is crystalline at room temperature. When naphthalene is industrially prepared, due to the volatility, naphthalene cannot be collected at one time, if the naphthalene is volatilized into air, environmental pollution and harm to human health are easily caused, and the naphthalene is required to be processed through a plurality of procedures during production to realize recycling. However, the existing industrial naphthalene recovery efficiency is low (usually about 60.03%), the dust collection effect is not ideal, and the environment for putting naphthalene into a naphthalene room is poor. In view of the above problems, it is desirable to provide a method and a system for recovering and treating industrial naphthalene with high efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provides a method and a system for recovering and treating industrial naphthalene, which has high naphthalene recovery efficiency, simple structural design and low manufacturing cost.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the industrial naphthalene recovery processing method comprises the following steps:
step S01: absorbing naphthalene-containing gas into a spray tower through a draught fan;
step S02: the naphthalene-containing gas sequentially passes through two rows of water curtain spraying devices in the spraying tower;
step S03: naphthalene in the gas becomes solid along with the temperature reduction, settles in the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spraying device and is discharged into the water storage tank through the water outlet;
step S04: the filtering device in the water storage pool purifies the liquid containing the naphthalene solid and conveys the purified liquid to the water curtain spraying device.
Preferably, 0.5 to 1 percent of settling agent is added into the water storage tank.
Preferably, the settling agent is polyacrylamide or polyaluminium chloride.
Preferably, the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spraying device is deionized water or weakly alkaline liquid.
The invention also provides an industrial naphthalene recovery processing system, which comprises a naphthalene feeding port, an induced draft fan, a spray tower and a water storage tank which are connected in sequence; the naphthalene feeding ports, the induced draft fan and the spray tower are connected through air inlet pipes; an air inlet is formed in the left side of the spray tower and is communicated with the air inlet pipe, an air outlet is formed in the right side of the spray tower, at least two rows of water curtain spray devices are arranged between the air inlet and the air outlet, and a water outlet is formed below the spray tower; the spray tower reduces the temperature of the gaseous naphthalene introduced by the induced draft fan into solid, the solid is settled in the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spray device and is discharged through the water outlet; the water storage tank is connected with the water curtain spraying device through a water inlet pipe and is used for providing water source for the water curtain spraying device; the water storage tank is connected with the water outlet through a water discharge pipe and is used for receiving liquid discharged by the water outlet; and a filtering device is arranged in the water storage tank and used for cleaning the liquid in the water storage tank.
Preferably, the water curtain spraying devices are arranged in two rows and are sequentially arranged in the longitudinal direction in the spraying tower.
Preferably, a temperature sensor and a temperature controller are arranged in the water storage tank; the temperature sensor is used for sensing the temperature of liquid in the water storage tank, and the temperature controller is used for adjusting the temperature of the liquid in the water storage tank.
Preferably, a water level controller and a medicament feeding port are arranged in the water storage tank, and the water level controller is used for controlling the water level height in the water storage tank.
Preferably, the water curtain spraying device comprises a plurality of fan-shaped spray heads.
Preferably, the air inlet pipe and the water inlet pipe are both provided with control valves.
The invention provides a method and a system for recycling industrial naphthalene, which prolong the contact time of water and naphthalene gas, improve the contact area of water and gas, effectively purify the gas, fully recycle the industrial naphthalene contained in the gas, have reasonable design, simple structure and convenient use, are beneficial to environmental protection, and can effectively reduce the production cost of enterprises and improve the enterprise benefit. The system reduces the damage of naphthalene gas to the bodies of operators, guarantees the occupational health and safety of staff, and avoids serious pollution to the atmospheric environment.

The invention is of course not limited to this particular embodiment, and general alternatives known to those skilled in the art are also covered by the scope of the invention. The present invention is described in detail with reference to the drawings, and the drawings are not to be considered as limiting the invention, but are enlarged partially in accordance with the general scale for convenience of explanation.
The above and other technical features and advantages will be described in detail with reference to the embodiment and the accompanying fig. 1. As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a preferred embodiment of the industrial naphthalene recovery processing system of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an industrial naphthalene recovery processing system, which comprises a naphthalene feeding port 10, an induced draft fan 20, a spray tower 30 and a water storage tank 40, which are connected in sequence; at least two naphthalene feeding ports 10 are provided, and the naphthalene feeding ports 10, the induced draft fan 20 and the spray tower 30 are connected through an air inlet pipe 50; an air inlet 60 is formed in the left side of the spray tower 30, the air inlet 60 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 50, an air outlet 70 is formed in the right side of the spray tower 30, at least two rows of water curtain spray devices 80 are arranged between the air inlet 60 and the air outlet 70, and a water outlet 90 is formed below the spray tower 30; wherein, the spray tower 30 reduces the temperature of the gaseous naphthalene introduced by the induced draft fan 20 into a solid which is settled in the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spray device 80 and discharged through the water outlet 90; the water storage tank 40 is connected with the water curtain spraying device 80 through a water inlet pipe 100 and is used for providing water source for the water curtain spraying device 80; the water storage tank 40 is connected with the water outlet 90 through a water discharge pipe 110 and is used for receiving the liquid discharged from the water outlet 90; a filter device 120 is disposed in the reservoir 40 for cleaning the liquid in the reservoir 40.
Specifically, the water curtain spraying devices 80 are arranged in two rows and sequentially installed in the longitudinal direction inside the spray tower 30, and each water curtain spraying device 80 includes a plurality of fan-shaped spray heads. In this embodiment, the gaseous naphthalene passes through the two water curtain spraying devices 80, so that the contact time between water and naphthalene gas is prolonged, the contact area between water and gas is increased, the gas can be purified effectively, and the industrial naphthalene contained in the gas can be fully recovered
In this embodiment, a temperature sensor 130 and a temperature controller 140 are disposed in the water storage tank 40; the temperature sensor 130 is used for sensing the temperature of the liquid in the water storage 40, and the temperature controller 140 is used for adjusting the temperature of the liquid in the water storage 40. Further, a water level controller 150 may be further disposed in the water storage tank 40, and the water level controller 150 is configured to control a water level height in the water storage tank 40. Meanwhile, a medicament feeding port 160 is formed in the water storage tank 40 and used for feeding cleaning medicaments and the like.
In addition, the air outlet 70 is connected to a drying device for drying the gas discharged from the air outlet, and the air inlet pipe 50 and the water inlet pipe 100 are both provided with a control valve 170.
The invention also provides an industrial naphthalene recovery processing method, which comprises the following steps:
step S01: absorbing naphthalene-containing gas into a spray tower 30 through a draught fan 20;
step S02: the naphthalene-containing gas sequentially passes through two rows of water curtain spraying devices 80 in the spraying tower 30;
step S03: naphthalene in the gas becomes solid along with the temperature reduction, settles in the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spraying device 80 and is discharged into the water storage tank 40 through the water outlet 90;
step S04: the filter device 120 in the reservoir 40 purifies the liquid containing naphthalene solids and delivers the purified liquid to the water curtain spray device 80.
In this embodiment, 0.5% -1% of settling agent is added into the water storage tank 40; wherein, the settling agent is polyacrylamide or polyaluminium chloride. In addition, the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spraying device 80 is deionized water or weakly alkaline liquid.
In conclusion, the invention provides the industrial naphthalene recovery processing system, the contact time of water and dust collection gas is prolonged, the contact area of water and gas is increased, gas can be purified effectively, industrial naphthalene contained in the gas is fully recovered, the design is reasonable, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, the environmental protection is facilitated, the production cost of enterprises can be effectively reduced, and the enterprise benefit is improved. The system reduces the damage of naphthalene gas to the bodies of operators, guarantees the occupational health and safety of staff, and avoids serious pollution to the atmospheric environment.
Although the present invention has been described mainly in the above embodiments, it is described as an example only and the present invention is not limited thereto. Numerous modifications and applications will occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the essential characteristics of the embodiments. For example, each of the components detailed for the embodiments may be modified and operated, and the differences associated with the variants and applications may be considered to be included within the scope of protection of the invention as defined by the following claims.

Claims (10)
1. The industrial naphthalene recovery processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S01: absorbing naphthalene-containing gas into a spray tower through a draught fan;
step S02: the naphthalene-containing gas sequentially passes through two rows of water curtain spraying devices in the spraying tower;
step S03: naphthalene in the gas becomes solid along with the temperature reduction, settles in the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spraying device and is discharged into the water storage tank through the water outlet;
step S04: the filtering device in the water storage pool purifies the liquid containing the naphthalene solid and conveys the purified liquid to the water curtain spraying device.
2. The industrial naphthalene recovery processing method of claim 1, wherein 0.5% -1% of settling agent is added in the water storage tank.
3. The industrial naphthalene recovery process of claim 2, wherein the settling agent is polyacrylamide or polyaluminum chloride.
4. The industrial naphthalene recovery processing method of claim 1, wherein the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spraying device is deionized water or a weak alkaline liquid.
5. An industrial naphthalene recovery processing system is characterized by comprising a naphthalene feeding port, an induced draft fan, a spray tower and a water storage tank which are connected in sequence; wherein,
the naphthalene feeding ports are at least two, and the naphthalene feeding ports, the induced draft fan and the spray tower are connected through an air inlet pipe; an air inlet is formed in the left side of the spray tower and is communicated with the air inlet pipe, an air outlet is formed in the right side of the spray tower, at least two rows of water curtain spray devices are arranged between the air inlet and the air outlet, and a water outlet is formed below the spray tower; the spray tower reduces the temperature of the gaseous naphthalene introduced by the induced draft fan into solid, the solid is settled in the liquid sprayed by the water curtain spray device and is discharged through the water outlet;
the water storage tank is connected with the water curtain spraying device through a water inlet pipe and is used for providing water source for the water curtain spraying device; the water storage tank is connected with the water outlet through a water discharge pipe and is used for receiving liquid discharged by the water outlet; and a filtering device is arranged in the water storage tank and used for cleaning the liquid in the water storage tank.
6. The industrial naphthalene recovery processing system of claim 5, wherein said water curtain spray devices are arranged in two rows, one after the other, in the longitudinal direction of the interior of said spray tower.
7. The industrial naphthalene recovery processing system of claim 5, wherein a temperature sensor and a temperature controller are disposed in said water storage; the temperature sensor is used for sensing the temperature of liquid in the water storage tank, and the temperature controller is used for adjusting the temperature of the liquid in the water storage tank.
8. The industrial naphthalene recovery processing system of claim 5, wherein a water level controller and a chemical feeding port are arranged in the water storage tank, and the water level controller is used for controlling the water level in the water storage tank.
9. The industrial naphthalene recovery processing system of claim 5, wherein said water curtain spray means comprises a plurality of fan spray heads.
10. The industrial naphthalene recovery processing system of claim 5, wherein the inlet pipe and the inlet pipe are both provided with control valves.
