Abstract
The invention discloses a production process of a glass fiber composite. The production process comprises the following steps of (1) uniformly mixing the following components in parts by weight: 2.3 parts of styrene, 26 parts of glass fiber mineral powder, 1.4 parts of polypropylene, 0.2 part of p-tert-butylbenzoic acid, 5 parts of polyacrylic acid, 3.6 parts of AES resin and 1.7 parts of stearic acid, melting and drawing wires to prepare glass fiber; (2) uniformly mixing 11 parts of PS resin and 13 parts of ABS resin, and spinning to form polymer fiber; and (3) weaving the glass fiber and the polymer fiber together to obtain the glass fiber composite. The glass fiber composite prepared by using the production process has the advantages of acid and alkaline resistance, good rigidity, ageing resistance and oxidation resistance.
